“Our experience with Leesa was fantastic. Leesa proved to be a conscientious and detail-oriented sitter. Before our engagement even began, Leesa asked to come to our house to meet our dogs so she could get an understanding of their behavior and daily routine. She was attentive and receptive to all the nuances that go into their daily routine and she was also very careful to always ask questions and permission if there was something she wanted to do (e.g., prepare home-cooked doggy treats). Leesa was also very keen to replicate routines and keep old habits going strong. For example, she recorded me putting our dogs collars/leashes on so as to not disrupt the pre-walk routine that the dogs have become used to. She also picked up on a few commands that our dogs knew, and wanted to be sure to use them. Leesa was flexible (as she came to our home a few hours earlier than originally planned) and reliable with photos and updates during the stay. My wife and I were leaving town for the weekend and, as most couples do, found ourselves hurried and late. Leesa arrived and immediately stepped in, taking the dogs on a walk. She wanted to make sure that we could finish packing and hit the road without the distraction of the dogs trying to stay good-bye. Leesa gave regular reports on the dogs while we were away and continued to be mindful of anything she thought might be worth asking. Not once did I get the impression that things could go south--she seemed 100% in control. Leesa was also as gracious a guest in our home as one could ask. We returned to a hand-written, welcome-home note and two dogs that were (seemingly) better behaved than when we left. All in all, our experience with Leesa was terrific, and we hope to be able to repeat with her as often as she'll let us.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 6 and I’m great with all sizes, breeds and ages as I’ve helped multiple dogs give birth and I’ve also taken care of geriatric dogs. I have volunteered at Our Farm Sanctuary and I foster for The Rescue Haven My life has always been surrounded by dogs, I love my animals more than anything. The first thing I do when I wake up is take care of the dogs, take them on a walk and then give them their breakfast and enrichment bowls/mats. I base my daily routine off my pets! I have fenced in yard and three fixed golden retrievers that are sweethearts. If you use a crate, I do ask that you provide that as I only have 2 of my own and they are occupied by my two youngest dogs. I have to crate Tucker and Dixie because they will eat anything when they’re bored, INCLUDING a wall 🤣 the crate will be cleaned and sanitized before pickup. I also ask that you provide your own food, that way there’s no upset bellies! I have plenty of natural treats if you’re okay with your dog having them

“Serenity was wonderful. So communicative and there for my animals around the clock. I had a friend drop out at the last minute and was unable to take care of our animals but serenity was ready to take care of them the second I reached out. She has done a great job of taking care of my dog pets needs and making me feel secure in her care. I would definitely recommend her and would love to use her services in the future!”

“Deborah was so sweet and caring of the dogs. Our babies are very large and can be intimidating if you don't give them a chance to show that they are loving, but she handled meeting them with care and confidence and they took to her almost immediately. She was respectful of our home, cleaned up after the dogs who are very messy/dirty, and also took care of the fish while we were away. Our newfoundland with separation anxiety is acting normal now that we're home, whereas he usually acts sick when we leave him alone for only 5-8 hours; so we know he was given lots of love and attention. “Mia made fast friends with my 2 rescues! And they don’t usually warm up to strangers quickly. (They weren’t treated well by the people who had them for the first 6 months or so of their lives.) Mia kept me up to speed on their adventures while I was gone, sending me pictures and telling me how they were doing. I am so glad that we found Mia - I will definitely use her again to care for my kids! 🐾🥰”

“Christina took great care of our pets and our home! Even with freezing temps and 6 inches of snow on the ground, she made sure our high energy pup was exercised and entertained. She sent daily updates and always let us know what she had planned for the day. Our house was very tidy when we got home and the animals were very happy.”
