I also do not let my cats outdoors, so any cat staying with me will be safe in the home. I have a dedicated room in our home where I house all of my rover guests away from our pets. Small dogs are okay to be boarded in my home, as well as any cats as long as they are litter box trained.
“Kayla was awesome! My dogs are very “needy” (lol) and require a lot of time and attention. I needed a day where I could just solely focus on work and getting things done. Also, they hadn’t had a bath or groomed in awhile and their fur was starting to get matted so thought I’d get that done also. I messaged Kayla asking if she was available that week to watch them/bath & brush them. She offered to take them immediately that day! She was very nice when I met her and made me feel comfortable. She took so much care and time with grooming them while also making sure they were comfortable to make sure that she got all the matts out that she actually kept them until 9pm with no extra charge. She also kept me updated every step of the way. My boys came home so soft and clean and I could also tell she tired them out because they both came home and went straight to sleep. She sent me lots of photos of them playing which made me happy to know that they had a great time!”

“Emily was very patient and kind with me learning how Rover works and helping me figure it out as traveling plans evolved and changed. I felt safe leaving my dog with her the first time he's ever stayed with someone. I was reassured several times with messages, photos and videos. She was also able to get him to eat even though he was being picky and I trusted her judgement with him. She has a double fenced yard which came in handy as my dog is an escape artist. I recommend Emily as a caring, adaptable, responsible pet sitter who easily handles challenges and gave my dog a loving environment to stay in. I think my dog would welcome future stays at "Camp Emily" and I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again.”
About: I've been a devoted dog parent to my own pup for 3 years, who truly means the world to me. Caring for her has taught me how important patience, gentleness, consistency, exercise, and affection are for a happy dog. I’ve also volunteered with rescue shelters and animal sanctuaries, helping care for dogs and supporting animals in need. “Amber is very good with Asher. He is a bit skittish and she knows how to handle him. Any other time I had taken Asher to be boarded, he came back a little different and less trusting. Not so with Amber. When I bring him home after being with her, he goes quickly back to his old self. I see no new behaviors.. He’s his lovable self and that says a lot for the care she gives him.”
