I have two cats named Brian and Bryan at home who are my world Currently working a part time job Thursday through Saturday. Shifts are quite brief, only 5 hours- so I have plenty of time left in the day tend to the needs of those with paws I care for my clients pets as if they are my own while upholding the standards of the pet parent’s training, household, and comfort levels

I’m reliable, attentive, and comfortable following detailed feeding, medication, walking, and home-care instructions. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, so I communicate well and treat every animal and home with respect. As a freelancer, my schedule varies, but I often have daytime and evening availability throughout the week. I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine and can often accommodate drop-ins, walks, and check-ins with advance notice. I take pet safety and your the respect of your space seriously. I follow feeding, medication, walking, and household instructions carefully, keep doors and gates secure, and make sure pets get the attention and supervision they need. I’m respectful of your space and happy to send updates and photos so you know how things are going.

“Our family had to go out of town for a funeral without a lot of notice. We had never left our kitties with a stranger before and we were pretty apprehensive about it. But from the first meet and greet through our return home, Kayla did so much to put our minds at ease. Here are some highlights: At the first meeting, it was obvious that Kayla loves animals. I wanted someone here for them whose heart was truly in this job, and her’s really was. She also not only answered all of our questions, she asked some that we weren’t even thinking about (lights, plants) and took detailed notes. While we were gone, Kayla kept our kitties fed, gave one of them his medication, which we expected, but she also took lots of pictures and sent updates about her time with them. And gosh, I loved these updates! They were detailed, and some made me laugh, these updates also kept me from worrying about my pets during a time when I had a lot going on. I would absolutely request Kayla again and I would certainly recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter. We came home to happy and well cared for babies!”

About: I love watching dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages! I have experience taking care of my own dog, as well as frequently boarding family and friends dogs at my house when they are out of town or for stop in visits. I currently work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, and live close enough to come home during lunch to let the dogs out for a bit during the three middle weekdays. I have a fenced in yard and a friendly, playful pup to keep your dog company while you are out of town. For boarding clients, I will only take dogs that are comfortable around other dogs (for your pups safety and my own!). For in-home care, I strive to do the best I can making your dog comfortable with me during our time together. I will maximize time during visits for play/walk/leisurely time outside depending on owners preference.

About: I have always grown up with at least one doggie at home and I have recently adopted an orange rescue cat who is now one year old! If any of my family is out of town, I am trusted to take care of their pets. This includes taking them on walks, accommodating to specialized diets, and spending quality time with them! I currently am enrolled in classes for the evening and will work part time. My schedule is very flexible as I am not scheduled daily! I insure each pet will receive care tailored to their unique needs. I am careful to double check all doors are closed and gates are locked. If any special rules are required to keep your pets comfortable, I will be sure to see them through.
