About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life and continue to be. I raised three (a Great Dane, American Eskimo, and Beagle-mix) for well over a decade and was truly blessed to have a sitter who loved and cared for them like they were their own during a few vacations. And now I want to give back. I know how hard it is to leave your pet(s) because they are a family member you can’t explain to that you’ll be right back. Whether it’s for a few days, a week, or weeks, in my home or your home, I am committed to caring and keeping your baby as comfortable as possible. I have a lot of experience caring for an array of dog breeds, temperaments, and specific needs. I’m always happy to schedule a meet and greet or two as well. I am a very structured and routine person and work full-time (50% remote) so am able to easily accommodate in home or out of home pet care. I have a fenced in yard however always go outside with the dogs whether that’s to play or potty as I genuinely enjoy being with them. I do not currently have dogs, however my home is completely dog friendly and they have free range. When watching dogs in your home, I am more than happy to jump right in to following your schedule and routine.

Taylor S.

“Taylor is a wonderful sitter; she is very kind, caring, and quite obviously loves animals. I needed a pet sitter at the last minute and she”

Yusuf H.

“John did amazing! He is the most detailed sitter I have ever hired, he is the first sitter that treated watching Matteo as a job, which is hard to find. He shared tons of cute photos detailing his routine so I can continue a better routine when I am home. Matteo is very energetic and needs to get out a lot of energy out and when you work a job that works nights it’s important your pet is exhausted! He succeeded! My dog doesn’t warm up instantly to new people but they were best friends right away because John is a good person that really cares about his job and the animals he watches over. After first meeting John I felt I finally found a reliable and trustworthy sitter for the most important member of my family. Thank you John! Looking forward to booking you again!”

Amanda S.

“Amanda is absolutely fantastic. She is my go-to house sitter that I have used multiple times. She takes great care of my dog and house and allows me to travel in peace when I’m out of town knowing everything is safe and cared for.”

Tobi B.
About: Experience with all ages of dogs and cats, from newborn to senior care. Excited for any chance to bring some joy to a furry friend, and for a chance to play around outside! I’m currently working two part time jobs, mostly during the morning to early afternoon. I can be available afterwards and can run out on breaks to care for animals nearby the Dayton area. I have a kitty named Ravioli and a fish named Gretel that are my pride and joy! Whenever I stop by home, my parents puppy Zoe is my adopted child (but don’t tell her that!).

Carla B.
“there is not a person i know more in love with dogs than carla, she takes great care and appreciates all animals, no one is better suited to take care, train or entertain you pet more than her.”

Kaziah J.

“She did amazing job and even adjusted her schedule to help with our special needs!”

Allison D.
“Allison took care of our dog, JoJo, when we were traveling out of town. We are completely obsessed with our dog, so we definitely did not take finding a dog sitter lightly, and Allison lived up to all of our expectations. She is extremely friendly, she gave us regular updates, she left our home in wonderful shape, and most importantly, JoJo was safe and happy when we returned home. I would not hesitate to have Allison care for our fur baby and our home anytime she is available.”

Lydia S.
“Lydia is a very caring pat owner and lover who will make sure your pets are well fed and loved! I've never met anyone who loves animals more and genuinely cares about them. She's excellent at communication, trustworthy and highly recommend her to watch your pets as well!”

Ashley J.

“Ashley was so loving and attentive to our Enzo while we were away for a family reunion. She sent regular updates and pictures and he seemed to be so relaxed and happy with her caring for him! She administered his anti-seizure meds and I knew he was in excellent hands!”

Katie B.
“Katie was great with our little chihuahua, Trudy! She can be shy and a little timid, but enjoyed walks, play time and snuggles on the couch with Katie. We also loved getting a photo here and there of our happy pup. We recommend for sure!”

Amari G.
About: Hello! My name is Amari. I have been taking care of dogs for about 12 plus years now. My love for dogs started when I was a kid. I believe that taking care of a dog is more than just feeding them and walking them. Taking care of a dog means loving them such as playing with, rubbing, and interacting with them. I have a Yorkshire Terrier named Floppy. When I got him as a puppy he was so energetic and loving. Now he is 9 years old and he’s still very energetic and loving just like when he was a puppy. I believe he is that way because I spend as much time with him as I can and make sure he’s healthy. I put love into him and he gives love back. So, that is my commitment to your dog. I am committed to showing love and care to your dog and every dog I encounter. From walking your dog to dog sitting, I will make sure I do my best to provide the best service I can to keep you and your dog happy. I work full time during the week so I am available from 5-9 pm on Friday and 8-8 Pm Saturday and Sunday to care for your pet! I have a Yorkshire Terrier that eats sweet potatoes and fish for his meal. He uses a harness to go outside to the bathroom. I have a crate, toys, leash, bed and food to use to take care of your fur baby.

Sierra H.

“Sierra stepped in to overnight sit for us on our last day of vacay when our normal sitter couldn’t stay the entire time. Needless to say, we have added Sierra to our list of approved sitters! Our crew took to her immediately. We have a reactive dog, another dog that takes meds every 12 hours, and two cats. None of it was too much for her! She is responsible, timely, and gave such thorough updates. We will definitely be booking with Sierra again.”

Caroline S.
About: I grew up with 4 dogs and have been dog sitting since I was 15 for family and friends. I love dogs (sometimes more than people…) and simply enjoy being with animals! I currently have two cats as well and work to spay and neuter feral cats in the Dayton area and eventually adopt them out. I am currently in a hybrid Physical Therapy program so am very flexible with how I spend my time! I am looking for some additional income to help with student loans and tuition:) I am very adaptable to how you’d like your dog or cat taken care of - I know each person cares for their pet in their own way. I love taking them for walks, to parks, and will socialize them as well!

Shelby B.

“Shelby is an amazing dog sitter! She took great care of our dog while we were away for a week. This was our first time using Rover and Shelby single handedly exceeded our expectations! She was very attentive to Hazel’s every need. I know Hazel had a great week filled with lots of fun outdoors on walks or playing fetch with her frisbee. She even took it upon herself to bring her own treats and toys that she gave to hazel. We will definitely be using Shelby in the future!”

Trina F.

“Trina is the sweetest! She is terrific with Gracie Girl and she sent us lots of pics and detailed updates on how Gracie was doing, which we very much appreciated (thank you!!). She is super respectful of us and our home and we feel very comfortable having her here. Thank you Trina for everything!!”

Shelly W.
“Shelly is a very seasoned animal owner/advocate. She has helped many numerous animals through her work with animal rescue, and fostering animals in her own home. I could not think of anyone better to provide for your pet!”
