Amber made Scout feel right at home, setting him up on the couch with his favorite blankets and toys when he was too anxious to lay down on his bed or in the bedroom, and she sent us plenty of updates/ pictures that we could show our son when he was missing him. Amber and her husband took him on long walks every day and got him plenty worn out to help him sleep at night, and gave him lots of love and attention which he wouldn't have gotten being boarded at a kennel or having someone just stop in to check on him all week.
