“Took great care of my babies will book again ❣️”

About: I grew up watching friends and neighbors pets from dogs, cats, fish, birds to some more unique ones such as chickens and llamas! My sweet Nyla unfortunately crossed the rainbow bridge this July 2024. At this time I am only hosting 1-2 dogs at a time. I like to be able to give each one the attention they deserve. My home is small and cozy, I don’t have a fenced in yard but I make sure we go out for plenty of walks and exercise. I live very close to dog parks and walking trails and enjoy running so no fear of your pet not getting enough exercise. I have experience administering basic medication as needed. My goal is to make your pups stay as enjoyable as possible and help you stay at ease during your time away. I provide plenty of photo updates to let you know how they are doing. I also provide FREE pick ups and drop offs for your convenience. I work from home part time and have a very flexible schedule which makes it easier for short notice or to be able to provide service if needed more than once a days. I try to learn as much as I can about your pet such as: routine, likes and dislikes, allergies, health concerns, etc to help make sure they feel safe and comfortable.

“Michelle is AWESOME!! My boy, Max loves his walks with Michelle and sh takes great pics of him during their walks. Thanks Michelle!”

About: I have cared for my family and friends pets for many years. Also I truly enjoy being outdoors and walking with dogs, I love their energy. I am retired from full-time work and believe dog walking and care can fit into my lifestyle and we all will benefit: pet, pet parent and myself. I commit to being safety conscious while walking the dogs I care for. Also, I utilize dog friendly leashes. I am very verbal with the dogs I walk, especially when greeting other dogs.

“Diane was wonderful! She was so patient with my very skittish dog and obviously know dogs! I would definitely recommend Diane!”

About: Hi! I am currently a full-time mother of a beautiful orange and gray tabby cat who lives with me in my apartment. I'm also a former mother/caretaker of several cats, dogs, fish, and a hamster! I have had the pleasure of watching two of these former cats birth their own kitten litters, which my family and I also cared for before giving them away to good homes. Around that same time we tended to a special-needs dog (he had an accident with a tractor which caused us to have to have his leg amputated,) As horrible as that was, thankfully he was an amazind dog who thrived despite this setback as a 3-legged dog for well over 10 years! Besides my tending to my cat, Angel's every whim, I'm also a proud auntie to 2 amazing doggies (a black Lab and a red Pit-Terrier mix,) and an adorable gray tabby cat, whom I'd love to visit more often. I am a firm believer in the "adopt don't shop" mentality, as there are so many deserving animals that need to find safe and loving homes. If I could have my way I'd adopt them all and live off the grid! The happiest life ever! I work from home so thankfully I can be available for your furbaby's every need when they are visiting. I have a pretty spacious 1-bedroom apartment where I can lock my cat in another room if you don't feel comfortable with her being near your pet. We look forward to meeting you and your furbaby! I am home all day most days so this is not a problem! I live in a spacious, 1-bedroom apartment in a dog-friendly community with plenty of green grass and walk paths, including a dog park. I always check on them throughout the day. I ensure that they have enough food available and am always available for a play-date or healthy walk.

“Alex was an amazing dog walker! She communicated with us quickly and gave very detailed reports on her visits with my dogs which made me feel at ease. My dogs were also quick to warm-up to her & I received tons of photos as well, I totally plan on using Alexa again in the future.”

About: Growing up with dogs and having over 4 years of hands-on pet care experience, I’ve developed a deep, lifelong love for animals. I treat every dog in my care like family, with the same compassion and attention I give my own pets. What sets me apart is my reliability, attentiveness, and ability to adapt to each dog’s unique personality and needs. I’ve cared for pups of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments—whether they need high-energy playtime, relaxing walks, or just some loving company. You can count on me to provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment while you’re away. I’m currently a graduate student pursuing my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy through a hybrid program. I’m only on campus once a month from Thursday to Sunday, which means I have plenty of availability to be at home during the rest of the month. I’d love to incorporate pet care into my weekly routine—it's a perfect fit for my flexible schedule and passion for animals. Providing a safe, loving environment for your pet while you're away would be a joy, not just a job! If I am caring for pets in a client’s home, safety and trust are my top priorities. I create a calm, pet-friendly environment where your dog can feel secure and relaxed. I always follow the pet parent’s instructions closely—whether it’s feeding schedules or routines—because I know how important consistency is for pets. I’m attentive, clean, and respectful of both your home and your pet’s unique personality, making sure they’re not just cared for, but genuinely cared about.

About: I love pets and have been taking care of my dogs and cats since childhood. I am patient and get along easily with any pet I am at home all week and can often take the pet on the weekends. I can walk the animal in the morning and after 2 p.m There is a bark park near my apartment,I have an adult friendly dog ,she is happy to have guests. My eldest son, he is 9, has been walking with our dog since childhood and knows how to treat dogs , he can help me taking the dog out for a walk often,if it necessary

“This was our first time using Rover and Elise was amazing! She kept great communication throughout both walks we scheduled for the day and sent us pictures to show us how happy the dogs were afterward. Great experience with Rover and with Elise!”

“Denise was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I look forward to working with her in the future!”

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 16 including sitting, bathing, walking and feeding. I can administer medicines as well as accommodate any special needs. I am currently working part time while waiting to return to school in September so I have a mostly free schedule. During boarding requests I can make sure I am home with the pet. I live in a dog friendly neighborhood extremely close to the Pinellas Trail. I also have a large fully fenced in yard that all dogs love!

About: I have 5+ years experience working in the Veterinary field & have plenty of experience with cats and dogs of all ages, shapes & sizes. I have volunteered with various animal shelters & rescues over the past 20+ years. I recently relocated back to FL from CO. I was a volunteer dog walker & foster parent for Foothills Animal Shelter in CO for the past 3 years. I have also worked as an adoption counselor at an SPCA in Florida in my past. I am currently working for a medical office which means Mondays - Thursdays, I leave my home at 8am and I return home at 4:30pm which I understand isn't ideal for all pets. On Fridays I leave at 8am and return home at 1:00 pm. I am off on weekends. Most of my Rover pups tend to stay from Thursday pm through the weekend. I am always happy to work out a plan with you to best fit both of our schedules. I am without any pets at this time therefore pet-sitting is something I am available to do! My 15 1/2 year old hound dog lived a long life of adventure but she passed in March of 2023. Caring for her in her elder years is what has given me a soft spot for the senior pets. Following her passing, we fostered (and kept) a big headed pittie boy who sadly didn't get more than a year with us. He was diagnosed with cancer this past April. He was given a very heartbreaking diagnosis and unfortunately we lost him just weeks later. I am an advocate for pet adoption/rescue which is why I give so much of my time to helping those who are looking for their forever home. I would treat your pet(s) as if it were my own and just how I would expect a pet sitter to treat one of my animals. On several occasions when I was still living in CO, I had several friends in FL who would fly me out to watch their animals when they would take longer trips! I believe it's important for you to know that I would never ignore any signs of distress your pet may be in and would contact you immediately with any concerns. Additionally, I am always happy to check in with you with a photo or quick update so you know your pet has been taken care of. I would describe myself as being responsible, reliable, timely, & of course, kind & attentive towards your beloved pet. Your pet would never be left alone for hours on end! I am happy to openly discuss my schedule with you based on your requested dates of stay. Graduate of Fear Free Shelters Program As mentioned in my bio, I also am currently without pets of my own with allows your pet to have my full attention! I was previously working from home which allowed for more pet sitting but recently my job role has changed which has me working 7.5 hours M-Thr. Friday I only work from 8:30-1, and off on the weekends. For this reason, most of my dogs tend to do long weekends; dropping off on Thursday evening and picking up on Sunday evenings or Monday mornings. I am always happy to work with you on pick up/drop off times that best fit each of our schedules. I have volunteered with animals for years therefore, security and safety are a huge part of my animal care whether in your home or in my own. I also lived with a nosey hound dog for 15 years therefore, nothing is ever left around that an animal might potentially want to eat! No doors are ever left unlocked or unsecured! My house plants are all placed high up, off the ground as my hound used to try to eat them. They are no different than a curious child to me. If you have ever lived with a hound, you probably understand how extra cautious I am as a pet sitter! I am experienced with puppies, seniors, reactive animals, administering medications, etc. I am not one to leave an animal outside without supervision. I have a great attention to detail and would always ensure your pet is safe & secure before leaving my home. I sadly no longer have a backyard but I live on a dead end so it stays quiet here. Nice shady areas to walk. Very safe and not many dogs in the general area from what I have gathered. * My home is 2 miles from two 24 hour pet emergency rooms. (Blue Pearl & Tampa Bay Vet Specialists)

About: *Vet records required* My course are 8am-8pm. I have over 1.5 acres for your fur babies to enjoy. I have owned and cared for cats, dogs, reptiles and birds for over 10 years. Clients, friends and family have trusted me with their pets and home. *I do not discriminate against any breeds* I have open availability and would love to care for pet(s) any day of the week. Whether that be boarding, doggy day care or stopping in at your home to walk, feed, play with and care for. I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes and ages. I am able to provide the patience and kindness they deserve. I have a dog who requires a lot of exercise and am used to as well as happy to take extended walks, provide one on one care or bring my pup to keep yours company!

Erin T.
“Growing up with my sister has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. From the very beginning, we shared a home filled with love, laughter, and an ever-changing zoo of pets—dogs, cats, rabbits, and even a turtle. Each animal brought its own personality and challenges, and through it all, my sister showed an incredible sense of responsibility, compassion, and patience. She’s always had a natural connection with animals, treating each one like a cherished member of the family. But her nurturing spirit doesn’t stop with pets. My sister is also a trusted babysitter, often caring for young children with the same attentiveness and warmth. She has a remarkable ability to make kids feel safe, heard, and entertained—all while maintaining a calm and structured environment. Her attentiveness, empathy, and sense of fun make her a favorite among both children and parents.”

“Amanda is one of those people who animals gravitate toward. She met my aloof, suspicious-of-strangers hound once, and within minutes he was leaning on her and letting her love him up like she was his new best friend. She's extraordinarily responsible, caring, and is an excellent communicator. Hire her!”
