“If you want your pet taken care of like he/she is part of a caring family, then Rocio is your best bet! She can host other dogs too, so it's better to have a well-socialized dog who have no issues with other dogs. She follows daily grooming tips, walks the dogs, give them ample exercise and try to continue training with the same commands you have at home. There is no fenced backyard and off leash dog areas are kinda far from their home, but if you have a city apartment dog or a more sedentary dog, then they will be fine. I feel like I left Penny at a city dog resort, instead of a pet hotel that has no personalized interaction with your dog. Definitely recommend for dogs who love to be with their humans! We also received short videos of Penny throughout her 10 day stay. Overall, I am very happy with the service provided and will book future stays with Rocio.”
