About: Having raised my Australian Shepherd, Snickers, from a puppy until her passing last year, I’ve cared for dogs through all stages of life. When I rescued Shadow in 2020, he was diagnosed with heartworm, and I guided him through treatment to a full recovery. I’ve also handled emergencies, like stepping in to protect him during a dog attack and ensuring he got the care he needed afterward. These experiences have taught me how to provide compassionate care, handle medical needs, and stay calm under pressure—all while giving dogs the love and patience they deserve. I currently work remotely in a freelance capacity, which allows me to maintain a flexible schedule. I’m happy to provide all-day care for your pets while ensuring they receive plenty of attention and companionship. For extended stays, I would just need access to a reliable Wi-Fi connection to manage my work responsibilities. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets, whether during a walk, a quick visit, or extended daytime care in your home. I ensure every dog walk is enjoyable and secure by using sturdy, properly fitted gear and choosing safe routes tailored to your pet’s needs. For drop-in visits, I make sure your pet gets not only the essentials like food, water, and potty breaks but also plenty of love and attention. For extended daytime care in your home, I create a calm and nurturing environment, keeping your pet’s routine consistent and providing companionship throughout the day.

“We had Megan come in the morning for a walk and in the evening for a check-in. This is the fourth time we have used Megan. We have always been happy with how she handles Finley Magee. We highly recommend Megan, and we will continue to have Megan watch Finley. This was the longest we spent time away from Finley Magee. It was hard for us to leave your 4-legged baby and I know it would be hard for our pup too. Megan put us at ease with her detailed progress reports during each visit. Megan’s knowledge, flexibility, compassion, and patience is incredible. By day 3, Finley was jumping around and excited to see Megan. We are very fortunate to have Megan help us with Finely Magee!”

“Skylar was very communicative with me prior and after taking my two dogs for their walk including with photos! During the booking, there was bad weather at the time (freeze) but offered playtime instead as a substitution to the walk since the temperature was too extreme for their paws. I greatly appreciated the offer and so did my doggy girls! They love her and will definitely be booking again!”

About: I've owned dogs for 50 years. My love of dogs has even trickled down to my grand daughters, who actually call me Dogpaw instead of grandpa, lol. (that is true, btw) I am retired and actually prefer the company of animals to humans these days. Being retired gives me a lot of flexibility. My home is equipped with a dog door (medium size - up to probably 40 pounds can come and go as they please to the fenced backyard. I am 70 years old and retired from the music business. I have owned dogs every year for the last 50 years, though to be fair, my last two dogs were Terriers that lived to be 19 and 18, so just two for the last 37. I have lots of experience recognizing dogs' illness or need to see a vet. We have a great walking area less than a block from our house with a small park area. I have a fenced backyard and as mentioned, a nice, nearby walking area and neighborhood. My house has a dog door that allows most dogs up to 40 pounds or so easy access to the backyard. I typically walk most weekday mornings for a couple of miles, if the dog's ae and condition allow.

About: I have had all kinds of dogs including; french bulldogs (currently own 2), pit bulls, a Havanese (currently own), a border collie, golden doodle, and a chihuahua. I’ve had experience with a wide range of different dogs and have personally trained 2 of my own. I currently am attending esthetician school. My schooling is at 8:30 am-5:30 pm Monday-Wednesday. Dog walking and dog/cat check-ins, currently work the best with my schedule. Thursdays-Sundays I am ready to care for your pet whenever I am needed! When it comes to my dog, I always try to accommodate her needs. She gets plenty of walks and receives all the nutrients she needs from the food and healthy snacks I provide her. Her fur gets matted easily, so I make sure to brush her hair at least twice a week.

About: I have dog sat for many families and love to hangout with any animals! I have a dog so playing with animals comes easily to me! Fits in perfectly! I am going to be home from school over the summer and will have a lot of free time! I don’t have a schedule at all so I will be free at all times! I try to take my dog on a walk at least once a day! I love to spoil her and give her treats when she is good!

About: Animal lover with years of pet experience. Reliable, friendly, and ready to give your furry friends all the love and care they need. I have two golden retrievers of my own and we love going on walks together! I pet sit my neighbors five cats anytime they go to vaca so I have all the experience of pet sitting others furry friends!! I am currently a full time student at the University of Arkansas so my weekday afternoon are pretty full but I am happy to take a doggie on a walk after my classes, after 3 most days, and completely open on the weekends to sit and walk and play with your animals!! Being a freshman in college I live in a dorm so I am unable to have them stay with me at my place but I am more than happy to come sit at your lovely home and take them on walks and to doggie parks! I had a Great Dane back home so very comfortable walking big and little dogs on a leash.

About: I have worked as a vet tech for an animal emergency hospital so I can care for them medically if needed. I own a Great Dane so giant breeds are more than allowed. I’m in the process of beginning a nonprofit Great Dane rescue and going to school to teach therapy dogs. Your family will be in good hands always. I work 1-2 hours every night and do online courses so my schedule will be fully devoted to you and your needs. I hope to be able to board soon. Your home, your rules. I just make sure everything is well taken care of while you are away. I will abide by your wants and your pets needs always.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and currently care for two cats of my own. I also help care for my sister’s dog, including walks, feeding, and playtime. I’m comfortable with all aspects of both cat and dog care — from litter box cleaning and giving space to shy cats, to energetic walks and belly rubs for friendly pups. I know that every pet is unique, and I always adapt my care to match their personality, energy level, and needs. Whether it’s a quick drop-in visit or extended care, I make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m happy to keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine. I work night shifts, which leaves my mornings, afternoons, and weekends wide open to focus on caring for pets. I’m also off on Saturdays and Sundays, giving me extra flexibility for longer visits or house sitting. Since I’m already used to caring for my own cats and walking dogs, pet care is a natural and fulfilling part of my day. I care for every pet and home with the same level of attention and respect I’d give my own. When working in a client’s home, I follow all care instructions closely — whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, or administering medications. I always make sure pets are secure and comfortable. I never leave pets unattended in unsafe situations, and I keep walks safe by staying alert, avoiding crowded areas, and using a leash at all times. I know it takes trust to let someone into your home and care for your pets, so I’m big on communication and will always keep you updated with messages and photos. My goal is to help your pet feel relaxed and cared for while you’re away — and to give you peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands.

About: I’ve been a dog mom for 25 years - we have had great danes, golden retrievers, and labs. My heart dog was our great dane Duke that we rescued - he lived to be 12 years old, a long time for a dane! I have experience with senior dogs and puppies. Although I am new to Rover, I pet sit for our neighbors and friends any time they’re out of town. I’m a work from home mom so my schedule is flexible. I can be available weekdays 9a-3p, and 5p-8p. Weekends I can be available 9a-5p As a mom of four and a golden retriever mom, I know how important it is to feel safe leaving your babies in good hands. When I care for pets in your home, I treat them like part of my own family. I follow routines to keep things calm, clean, and familiar.
