We contacted Heeyoung the day before, she responded so quickly and was able to come to our house, meet Ollie, go over all the instructions and we were all set. Such a terrific experience and Heeyoung was so gentle and caring with Ollie. I treat all the fur babies with love and as if they are my own ❤️ I do work from home so I am able to give the fur babies attention and take them for walks I work from home and have lots of flexibility. I live in an apartment but I allow pets to roam free in my home. I do have blankets and toys as well for your pets. My apartment complex has lots of grass where they can run and play as well. Mickey requires medication, and Jada was very reliable in making sure he received all of his medications on schedule. She took him for walks, provided his food, and made sure he had regular pee and poop breaks. Jada was always on time for her visits and was very prompt with her updates, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Most importantly, she was wonderful with Mickey and treated him with care and patience. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog.
