About: I’ve owned dogs for 10 years. I’ve cared for puppies as well as senior dogs. Your dog will be in the home with us and will be loved as a member of the family by all of us. The back yard is fenced which allows free roaming and out door play. The dogs have access to a mud room which adjoins the house via a dog door. We enjoy taking lots of walks and playing ball. I believe healthy habits makes happy animals. I have the privilege of being a homeschool mom! I am home all during the week and will be available for all your dogs needs! Our home is small and very open which allows the dogs to be near us at all times. I do have a baby gate which separates the laundry room, so I can feed your dog and my dog separately. The back yard is fenced which allows plenty of free roaming and out door play. On warm weather days the back door to the back yard stays open most of the day and the dogs can come in and out as they please. From the backyard they can also access a mud room which adjoins the house via a dog door or a sliding glass door for large dogs.

“Ann was so great with my puppy! He’s a little difficult right now because he was just rescued and isn’t potty trained, but she was really patient with him and communicative with me. Definitely book her if you have the chance! She took him to the dog park and he was the happiest snuggliest dog when I got him back!”

About: I've been living in Utah for over 7 years, and love to be outdoors in any way I can - especially with any four legged buddies! I grew up with a schnauzer, as well as horses, goats, chickens and many outdoor cats. I currently have a crazy high energy cattle dog named Roo, a shy but sweet German Shepherd mix named Pinot, and a sassy long-haired kitty named Inigo, who is a rescue that loves dogs. I'd love to care for your critters while you're out of the house for the day or check in while you're at work. Depending on your preference, and your pet's needs, I can play with them at home or bring them out for a bigger adventure, like a hike! I have a fenced yard if they need to come spend additional time or waste more energy! Roo is highly socialized and loves new friends!
About: I’ve been caring for animals for years and it’s truly one of my biggest passions. From energetic puppies to senior pets who need a gentler touch, I’m comfortable providing the right level of care, attention, and patience. I’ve spent time working in dog daycare/pet care settings, which has given me hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. I know how important it is to make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable — especially when their favorite humans are away. Whether it’s daily walks, cuddle time, sticking to a feeding routine, or making sure medications are given properly, I’m reliable and attentive to every detail. You can count on me to treat your pets like they’re part of my own family, giving them plenty of love, exercise, and care while keeping you updated so you always feel at ease I work full time Sunday - Thursday. My hours are different everyday but I am willing to work around them to help you out as best as I can! I would love to come to your home and provide care for your fur babies! Most pets do better in their own home and I don't have the best setup at my home. I don't want to create any unnecessary stress for them.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Henefer. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.
For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Henefer.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
