“Jared did a fantastic job with both of my cats, did great with giving all medications and keeping two cats with very different appetites both fed and happy. About: I have grown up with dogs and cats and have developed the deep love and understanding of pet care. I have learned how to recognize the subtle signs of an animals needs, which help me provide the best care possible. I understand how important it is for pet owners to know that their pets are in safe hands, which is why I always communicate regularly and provide updates. You can always count on me to show up and provide a nurturing environment. I am excited to extend care and attention to other furry friends! I am currently a student at the University of The Incarnate Word. I am typically available from 12 to 6 pm however, could also do very early in the morning. When I am caring for pets in a client’s home my priority is to create a safe, comfortable and trusting environment. I follow any specific instructions from the pet owner regarding food, exercise, and behavior, maintaining consistency to reduce any anxiety. I will always make sure that the pet has access to freshwater and plenty of affection. I focus on maintaining a calm and protective environment so both the pet and owner feel at ease knowing they are in trustworthy hands.

About: I have a genuine connection to animals and care deeply for them. In my own home I care for a senior dog and two bunnies. I always give my animals my first and my best. My schedule is flexible as I prepare for graduate school. My goal is to make some connections with families that need additional pet care that I can work my schedule around to accommodate theirs. In my client's home I will be sure to understand and fulfill all of the specific expectations they have for their pets. I will provide love, comfort and a safe environment for any and all pets. While you are away, at work or just need a little extra support I will make sure your sweet pet feels all the love they are missing.

About: Hello! I have a German Shepard and love animals of all kinds. I have been around dogs and cats my entire life but have been the primary care giver for just past a decade. Walking - I am an extremely active individual who absolutely has no limit on distance. With my own German Shepard we walk miles and miles everyday. Wether your furry friend needs a shorter more relaxed walk, or a long distance session, I am always looking to provide the most engaging experience! Drop-Ins - I have a very flexible schedule and am willing to do drop-ins nearly any time of the day! I have owned dogs of all sizes so whatever play style they may enjoy I am willing to accommodate! I walk and play with my dog daily. At minimum we get around 90 minutes of outside time a day. I play with him for 15-30 minutes daily indoors. Try to groom at least once a day! I always try to keep a high level of awareness when I’m interacting with either my own or someone else’s animal. Paying attention and being vigilant helps to mediate any potential issues. Kindness is key. Animals should be loved and respected. Care and compassion goes a long way in developing a relationship with an animal.

“Megan was so attentive to my girl. Looking after an older dog needs some tenderness that she offered in spades. Great communication to boot. Very grateful and will book her again.”

About: I’m a retired dog/cat groomer with 12 years of experience. During those 12 years of grooming I specialized in creating a safe, comfortable and trusting environment for all pets, specifically anxious and senior ones. Being around animals my entire life both personally and professionally has made animal behavior second nature to me. I offer bathing and nails for dogs under 50lbs (at clients house). Prices for bathing and nails are based on size and temperaments. I hope to meet your pups and/or kitties! I have an 8 year old Aussie/Heeler mix and my family has 2 dogs (german shepherd and a poodle mix), chickens and geese that we all chip in to take care of. I provide care based on the pets needs but always provide safety and comfort. In order to provide the best care in your home I will ask several questions to know what your pets preferences are

“Ciria was a great sitter for us. She kept us updated and was very kind to our dog while house sitting. She worked with us to figure out a good care plan and sent us lots of photos. I have no complaints, and neither will you!”

“Sarah was incredible! We received frequent updates with photos and she even went above and beyond to sweep, mop and wash the items that she used during her stay. Our senior doggo Jay got his walks, food, water, cuddles and most importantly attention that he is so used to when we wind down each evening. I must say, this was our first overnight booking with Rover and Sarah helped make it a VERY positive experience. We will certainly be hosting overnight Rover stays again, specifically with Sarah because it went so well and allowed us comfort and confidence in both our dog and home during our time away. Book Sarah!!”

“Kelly was beyond AMAZING. After having some rough experiences with past sitters, we were nervous to leave the pups again. However, Kelly went above and beyond our requests, stayed in communication with us and totally set our minds at ease. Our pups were happy and healthy when we got home - we could tell they were happy with their care as well :) We couldn’t ask for a better sitter!”

“Kris was awesome with our girls! Our youngest is quite nervous around new people but Kris was great with her. We thought she’d just hide in her kennel but she sent so many photo updates of her playing out and about! Thanks again for taking such good care of them!”
