About: I have 1 dog (Chico). I am a current USM Student studying Pre-Vet. I also am studying for my Veterinary Assisting Certification. I look forward to taking good care of your furry friends! I currently work Part-Time and my schedule for school is online this semester! I have plenty of time in my schedule for pet care and services. I will take good care of your furry friends! I will make sure there is plenty of enrichment. I will also have consistent potty breaks, feeding, and watering.

About: I've taken care of dogs & cats for as long as I can remember. We keep our pets until they pass that rainbow bridge. I am very reliable and will always send updated photos every time I am with your pet to remind you they are in good hands. I am also experienced with large breeds and the tiniest of pets! Located in Petal, near the Library area 😊 Early mornings before school, or in the evenings are great as well. I usually sit outside with a cup of coffee in the morning so they can run around, then in the evening the door is open with free roam to come in & out. If care is done in my home we have a fenced-in covered fence backyard and two of our own dogs to play with. I also have two playful children who can play fetch for hours! If care is done in your home depending on being watched in a fenced backyard or on a leash. Your dog will be watched and given the attention they deserve.

About: A recent graduate of Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine with a bachelor's in Veterinary Medical Technology! I have had pets all my life and have gained experience while in school and through volunteering, and now through currently working at a local vet office as a technician. I also have experience in pet sitting at owner's houses and through repeat clientele for pet sitting and walking. I would love to gain additional experience through pet sitting/walking. I recently graduated from the Vet Tech program at MSU and currently work at a local vet office, so this allows me to take care of pets full time on the weekends! I can also do late afternoon walks or drop ins during the weekdays after work! With experience in pet sitting and walking, I’m ready to keep your fur baby entertained or, if they prefer, just relax and give them cuddles!

About: Ever since I was little I have loved animals, so much so that when I was 12 I convinced my mother to let me get a dog, despite her fears of them. I raised, trained (haphazardly 😅), and groomed my dog from a puppy to an adult till she died of heart worms. After, I adopted my sister’s dog when she no longer wanted her. Grooming and taking care of her till I went off to college taught me a lot about caring for an older dog. In between dogs and even now I help my friends with their cats, feeding, grooming, and watching over them when their owners are out of town. I have a lot of experience taking care of pets and I am ready to tackle whatever yours may throw at me! I work part time on the weekends with 2 short weekdays, so when I’m not working or at my drum lessons I have all the time in the world to take care of your pets. I can devote hours to walking or sitting. The more time you need the more time I get to spend with your cute fur babies making it a win/win. Typically I like to feed pets around every 3-5 hours, but I am perfectly capable of adhering to any sort of schedule or rules you may have regarding feeding times. Having a fenced in backyard with a porch means that I can let them run around outside to their hearts content whilst still keeping an eye on them. I am extremely flexible so if there are any specifics when it comes to the care of your pet I will have little to no problem sticking to your routine.

About: I have been riding horses for 10+ years therefore I have a lot of experience handling animals (especially large ones). I also have 2 cats as well, who are my babies. I have experience pet sitting and dog walking, with many breeds! Each animal deserves all the love and the best care, so let me give that care to your fur baby! I am a graduate student so I do have class during the week. I am hoping to fit pet care into my schedule whenever I can and whenever the opportunity pops up. I love all animals, so just getting to play with your pets for even 20 minutes would make my day! Although I will not be offering in home services, I will be offering pet sitting services in the client’s home. I can take your pets for walks, let them outside, put them in their crate, and provide all other care for them as well.

About: My whole family is a part of the rover community! We take care of your dogs like our own. We’ve done this for the last 2 years I am currently job searching but when I get my job I will still take the time and care to love your babies and take care of them. If you prefer your babies to run around in the back yard I’ll sit there and watch them and play with them to let their zoomies out. If not I can walk them around the neighborhood for a nice good walk.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. Having had multiple breeds myself, I am familiar with the different needs that dogs require. I’m a certified dog trainer who is available for walks, boarding, drop ins and daycare. I am a stay at home mom, who has two dogs of her own. My schedule is pretty flexible for walks and daycare. I’m available pretty regularly. I have a fenced in yard, that contains my two Australian Shepherds. It is a chain link fence so dogs will be able to see through the fence. I let my dogs out regularly to play, where they have access to water outside as well as inside. While dogs are playing, I am present in order to intervene if there is any issues that arise (dogs are unpredictable and can get overwhelmed at times). Dogs are allowed on the furniture in the house, and will have access to toys to play with.

About: I was a dolphin trainer for 7 years and have had dogs my whole life! I have experience with training animals and boarding them as well. I am a stay at home mom of an adorable 11 month old baby so I have LOTS of time on my hands. I also have a one year old puppy that I take care of as well. I live 5 minutes from the dog park and try to take my dog there daily. If I can’t make it to the park I will walk him around my apartment complex. We are a very pet friendly home!

About: I have a dog that I love more than anything and I have been pet sitting for neighbors and and family for a couple of years. I also have my own reliable transportation. I am currently out of school for summer break so I am free now. Once school is back, I will be available in the morning before school, afternoons, and evenings. I feed and walk my dog, take her to the dog park, and give her lots of love. I’d love to get to know your pets and treat them just like my own!

About: I have grown up with animals my entire life. My first pet was a stray cat I named Smokey when I was 3 years old. We rescued my first dog, Lucky, from the pound for my fourth Christmas. I was gifted my first chocolate lab, Wesson, for my 6th birthday. I rescued a litter of kittens who’s mom got ran over by a car when I was 10. I still have two of those cats to this day - Prince and Tiggy (14 years old, happy, and spoiled rotten). When I went off to college I adopted my soul dog, a black lab I named Enzo, from the Humane Society. Unfortunately, he passed away in November of last year. The point is, I’m a genuine animal lover who will treat your pets like my own - because that’s what they’ll be in my care. Nothing brings me more joy than a dog licking my face or a cat rubbing against my leg. I promise your babies are safe with me. Not only will they be safe, they’ll be happy :) I’m currently working full time Monday through Friday 8-5. I can walk dogs, check on pets, play with them, etc. before 8 AM, during my lunch break 12-1, and after work (5 PM). I am completely open and free on Saturdays and Sundays. My apartment has a fenced in dog park right across from my apartment building that is very rarely used, but in good condition. I have two cats that I can keep locked on one side of the house if your animals prefer no company :). I am very flexible and can adjust to most needs your babies might have!

About: Hello! Our names are Genesis and Josh, and we have been surrounded by well-loved fur babies our entire lives! Genesis is well versed in exotic animal care, particularly amphibians and reptiles, and kitty care, while Josh loves all things dog! We have two babies of our own, our cats Gouda and Mirv. Gouda is a special needs kitty who requires a bit of extra care, and Mirv is a sweet boy and a gentle giant. Genesis also cares for exotic pets, and is experienced in cleaning, feeding, and lighting routines! We are students attending the University of Southern Miss, so we are free most any time after 2p.m. during the week, and at any time during the weekend. In our home, we try to go the extra mile in making sure our animals feel loved and cared for. Our cats often get enrichment games that involve treats, and our exotic pets are kept on a consistent cleaning and feeding schedule to ensure healthy brains and full bellies!

About: I have cared for dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, reptiles and fish since I was 10 years old. I am caring, dependable and trustworthy. Most of all, I love animals of all kinds. Animals are my first love, and I will make myself available to take care of your fur baby, reptile or home. Although they will miss you, I will love them almost as much as you do! I have lots of time on my hands and love in my heart, and I will care for your baby in my home or yours…whichever is better for you. I have a large yard and love taking care of animals of all kinds.

About: I’ve taken care of personal and friends’ pets since i was 10. I’ve fed, walked, bathed, and played with multiple breeds of dogs and many different personalities. I’m currently in school, so i would have to work around my class times and leave some time to study! other then that, I’m free. I will be able to feed, give water, and walk your dogs in your home! I can crate your dog if needed or leave them out.

About: My family has always had LOTS of pets and animals. For over 10 years, we would take in homeless sweethearts, foster them until they were healthy and ready, and re-home them. Now, I have four cats who are very full of personality and a sweet 9 year old (still my baby) pitbull that I love more than most good things in the world :D Currently, I am a full time manager at Books-a-million, where I've been for three years. However, I'm leaving in February and moving to Rover full time because I love Dogs more than I love books! I stay in an apartment with my four cats. It's spacious for them but this is why I won't board in my own home. I don't want to make them uncomfortable by adding more animals to their space. My dog is actually back home with my mom now. She has a bad hip and the stair were too much for her :( My happiness<Her Health

About: I’ve been playing, walking, bathing dogs since I was around 11 and I have watched my neighbors dogs since I was 16. I have also trained some of my own pups as well. I’m currently in college but as I’m doing online classes, I can watch your pets whenever I’m needed too. I can watch your pets from anytime to 6 p.m. I’m currently residing in an apartment around the USM campus with plenty of places to walk if needed to. I would rather watch them at your place as my manger won’t allow any pets.

About: I’ve cared for pets (dogs, cats & more!) for almost my entire life. I understand that pets are family & deserve the best! I am able to provide sitting/check-ins/walking/feeding/bathing and giving medication! I also have a relatively open schedule! I am available most days, my work schedule is pretty flexible! I mainly work weekends, but still have solid times during those days to help if any pets need check-ins, feedings, or walks! I have three indoor cats & a puppy! All are unique and have different needs, so I am familiar with most types of care! Routine is important in my pet’s lives, so I would take a client’s care schedule as serious as my own!

About: I have always had pets. I love animals and have some of my own. I am a teacher and am looking for extra opportunities to get out and do new things! I am working afternoons, currently, until the summer. I can work full time on weekends! My evenings usually start after 4:00 and end at 9:00! I have a huge yard in a low traffic area of Hattiesburg. I have to dogs of my own and I will make sure to have them in another part of the house if your pets are present!

About: I have experience training and dog sitting senior dogs, puppies, and special needs/disabled dogs! I also have experience cat sitting underage kittens who needed to be bottle fed! I worked as a doggy daycare attendee for 7 months and have more than a year experience volunteering at New Hope Animal Rescue Center. I'm very passionate about dogs and cats and love to study their behavior, health and nutrition! ❤ I work part time, which gives me lots of availability to care for your furbabies! I am most available before 3PM on weekdays, and all day FRI-SUN :) I always make sure to respect an animal's personal space and boundaries by reading their body language to understand how they're feeling.
