About: I’m a lifelong dog lover and proud owner of a 2½-year-old Cavapoo. Throughout college, I fostered small-breed dogs from very young ages and have regularly pet sat for friends and family. I’m experienced with dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors, and will treat your pet with the same love, attention, and care I give my own. I come home for lunch for an hour and have weekends open as well. I have a doggie door with a fenced in backyard for playtime and can always close it while I’m gone. My office is nearby so I am happy to go check on them periodically! When pets stay in my home, they become part of the family. I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment where they receive plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and cuddles. I do my best to maintain their normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, and any special care instructions, so they feel comfortable and at ease while you’re away. Since having pets of of own for 3 years I’ve gotten more experienced with meditation, feeding schedules and portion sizes, play time, and even bath days. I recently moved into my first home once I got my pets situated I wanted to start sitting again. I currently work a 7 on 7 off night job. I feed one of my pets in the morning and then both of them at lunch at 12. Their dinner time is usually 5:30. I like to take them walking in the afternoons. I have a fenced back yard, no poisonous plants on the floor, there’s enough space for your animals to walk around and even lay down and take a nap. Currently, I am a college student with a weekly routine that allows me to have full availability every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I am also available on Tuesday mornings. During the summer months, my schedule opens up completely! My approach to pet care is rooted in a "safety-first" mindset developed from a lifetime of caring for my own 17 year old dog. About: A recent graduate of Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine with a bachelor's in Veterinary Medical Technology! I have had pets all my life and have gained experience while in school and through volunteering, and now through currently working at a local vet office as a technician. I also have experience in pet sitting at owner's houses and through repeat clientele for pet sitting and walking. I would love to gain additional experience through pet sitting/walking. I recently graduated from the Vet Tech program at MSU and currently work at a local vet office, so this allows me to take care of pets full time on the weekends! If you have a fenced in yard i will pay outside with your pet(s) until they want to take a nap or if they get to hot. If your pet likes to pay in water i would love to pay in the water with them! I was gifted my first chocolate lab, Wesson, for my 6th birthday. I rescued a litter of kittens who’s mom got ran over by a car when I was 10. I still have two of those cats to this day - Prince and Tiggy (14 years old, happy, and spoiled rotten). When I went off to college I adopted my soul dog, a black lab I named Enzo, from the Humane Society. Unfortunately, he passed away in November of last year. The point is, I’m a genuine animal lover who will treat your pets like my own - because that’s what they’ll be in my care. Nothing brings me more joy than a dog licking my face or a cat rubbing against my leg. I promise your babies are safe with me. Not only will they be safe, they’ll be happy :) I’m currently working full time Monday through Friday 8-5. I can walk dogs, check on pets, play with them, etc. before 8 AM, during my lunch break 12-1, and after work (5 PM). I am completely open and free on Saturdays and Sundays. My apartment has a fenced in dog park right across from my apartment building that is very rarely used, but in good condition. I have two cats that I can keep locked on one side of the house if your animals prefer no company :). I am very flexible and can adjust to most needs your babies might have!
About: I've always had dogs. I work with rescues and have experience fostering. I treat animals as if they were my own. The price for overnight (8 hours) is different than 24 hours. Prices can vary and are negotiable, let's talk! I'm home all day and have an open schedule. I can help you at anytime day, night or overnight. I can't offer boarding due to our 5 furbabies at home. With my dogs, I'm always aware of where they are and their needs in the moments, because they don't all get along. I'm great at preventing and stopping a dog fight before they can even start. I was attacked as a child and still love dogs, it's not their fault. I'm great at reading animals once I know them. Seeing my dogs so happy while on walks makes me so happy. I always check the pavement with my hand before letting my pups walk on it in the summer. I'll follow your animals dietary routine, and if allowed they will always get treats from me. I'm also always sitting and laying on the floor to be at our dogs level, so you can expect the same.
