About 4 days into the trip, a massive storm hit and our balcony flooded. It caused flooding in our downstairs neighbor's apt and if it wasn't caught right away, would've flooded ours. Susi spotted it and figured out how to coordinate with the Super and neighbor to make sure the situation was under control. Without Susi we wouldve had a MUCH bigger problem to deal with.
