“So if you are looking for a breath of fresh air for an animal sitter do not look any further. Jodi went beyond just taking care of our dog who is a lab 60 Ibs. Down to every detail I ask her to do she did plus did more. She brought out our garbage to the curb and brought in our mail each day. We had a camera which we told her we had. When we had a chance to look at it she was interacting with our dog, excited to be there and our dog always greeted her with a wagging tail and his toy. She walked him each visit and did not care about the 1/2 hour she had to be there. She stayed as long as he did his business and was happy. She truly loves her job and it shows. If you are reading this review please beware of dog sitters that have good reviews. We do have a camera (which we tell each of them) and have seen dog sitters sit on the chair waiting for the 1/2 hour to be up. They leave back door open and just stand there while the dog is outside for 10 minutes then they leave. When we ask to walk the dog they have an excuse why they did not walk like the weather. Jodi is a gem and nothing like the negative comments I wrote. I will definitely be hiring her again!!”

About: 10 years experience is just how long since I’ve started getting paid to Pet Sit but my experience goes back since a child with our family pets, then my own little family as an adult always included our pets. I have experience with puppies and elderly doggies. I am currently not working so very open and flexible to all days and times. I plan to do Pet sitting/care part-time at first but am hoping it works out to be able to do more on a full-time basis. At this time I am not open to Pet sitting in my home as my apartment is small and I live with my teenage son and his dog lives with us who is territorial.

About: Hello! My name is Emily, and I'm a pet sitter with a passion for animals of all shapes and sizes. I have been caring for pets for several years, and I understand the importance of providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for your furry friends while you're away. I understand that pets are part of the family, and I always treat them with the respect and care they deserve. I am reliable, responsible, and always go the extra mile to ensure that your pet is happy and healthy while in my care. I look forward to the opportunity to care for your fur baby! I am a Registered Nurse who works night shift three days a week so I am pretty flexible with my schedule. I'm sure we will be able to work out a time for both of us. I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, and I am comfortable administering medications, following special dietary requirements, and handling any other specific needs your pet may have. I am dedicated to providing the highest level of care for your pet and ensuring that they receive the love and attention they deserve while you're away.

About: I’ve owned dogs my whole life. For the past 5 years, I decided what better job to have than pet care! I started Petsitting for others and love it. I treat pets like they are my own. Although I do love spoiling pets by playing with them and giving them lots of attention, I also abide by the owner’s rules. I love to walk dogs. I also have experience giving dogs medication. Over the past 5 years, I’ve become a sitter for cats as well and I am very comfortable with them. Currently, my schedule is flexible. I am unable to board dogs but I can travel to your home and provide the care that you need. I can provide care in the client’s home.I am very trustworthy and will be very respectful of your home and pets while I am there.

About: Growing up surrounded by dogs, including German Shepherds, Pomeranians, and Dalmatians, I developed a deep understanding and love for pets. I enjoy walking with dogs. As someone who works from home, incorporates daily exercise into their routine, and enjoys spending time outdoors, pet care seamlessly integrates into my daily and weekly schedule. With two young children at home, I'm currently more inclined towards dog walking, instead of providing any pet care services in my home or client’s home.

“Jennifer was fantastic with Travis! She made him very comfortable, and was extremely attentive and affectionate with him while we were away. Great with updates, photos and videos! She made leaving him behind, much easier. I’d highly recommend and will absolutely use her in the future, when and if she’s available to help care for Travis! I’m sure he will be thrilled as well! Thank you!”

About: I’ve fostered 11 dogs in my adult life in addition to owning two of my own. I’ve had up to 5 dogs living with me at a time and am one to embrace the chaos! Whether I’m staying with your dog overnight or just dropping by for a visit with them, I can help with potty training, socialization, and even teaching your dog basic commands like sit, down, and stay. My 5 year old mutt is a Canine Good Citizen so I know a little about best practices with training. I’m a firm believer in science backed, positive reinforcement only methods so your dog will never be yelled at, dominated, or made fearful under my care. If I’m walking your dog I’m not intimidated by poor leash manners and am happy to help work on them during our walks! No matter your needs, I’m here to help! I work from home 4 days a week, only going to the office on Thursdays. I’m available to help out anytime I’m not in the office. If your dog can be left alone on Thursdays from 8am-4:30pm I’m even available to help on Thursdays. I have two dogs who love other dogs in my home who would be available to help with socializing your dog. I’m a big believer in science based, positive reinforcement training only. Your dog will never be yelled at, dominated, or made fearful when under my care. My 5 year old mutt is very confident and great with showing other dogs (specifically puppies) the ropes.

About: I am experienced with dog care, I work at a kennel providing care to dogs and cats for over 10 years. I have experience providing medications (orally, injection, eye drops, etc.) dietary needs and everything in between! I love taking walks and providing dogs with necessary exercise. I have 3 dogs of my own and know how much they mean to my family and would love to provide the same love to your dogs that they are used to while you are away! I work in sales in the pet industry so I have a very flexible schedule working from home most days and out traveling on the roads anyway! I I am happy to provide the best service possible that you request! Whatever that is for you and your pets, I am here to help and make your pet feel comfortable!

About: We got my childhood dog, Maxi, when I was 6 years old. Growing up I would help feed her, give her daily walks, hold her still and calm her while my dad cut her nails, clean up her poop in the backyard, sit with her outside so she didn't have to be attached to the lead, and more. She passed away a little over a year and a half ago and now that I'm home and graduated from college, I feel the lack of her presence and miss having a furry friend around. I would love to have the honor to treat your pet like family in whatever way you need. I've dog sit for friends while their families were on vacation, I helped train my sister's dog when he was a puppy, and walked many dogs for neighbors and am excited to put my skills to good use and to learn so much more! I currently am searching for a part time job so my schedule is wide open! Even with the jobs I have applied to, the shifts are no more than 4 hours so giving bathroom breaks will not be an issue. I only have a few weekends I'm traveling for weddings so chances are I am free for whenever you need me! The routine you already have with your pet is the best bet for a smooth transition while you are away. I am more than willing to get acquainted with your pet before you leave and hear how you already handle bathroom breaks, walks, leaving your pet at home when you leave, etc.

About: I'm a lifelong dog lover who believes every pet deserves a safe, happy, and stress-free environment. My passion for animals began in childhood, as I grew up with three dogs and a cat and was the go-to pet sitter for my neighbors. This extensive experience has made me comfortable caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. When you book with me, your dog will be treated like a member of my own family. As someone waiting to start at a full time job in October, I have a highly flexible schedule with plenty of free time to dedicate to your pet. Your dog will have my full attention and will be a part of my daily routine, including plenty of time for walks and playtime. Safety is my priority. Your pet will be cared for with respect and affection in a familiar environment, following your instructions carefully to maintain their routine and comfort.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life. I often cared for the pets of the families for whom I nannied, in addition to pet sitting in general. I’m an avid runner and like to walk a lot, so it’s a plus if your dog also likes that. I work from home, and occasionally travel for business. I’m also available depending on your location to stop by to take your dog out or for a walk or to feed them. Your dog can have free range of my townhouse, as long as they’re house trained. Since I work from home, I’ll be there to keep them company. My brother visits here and there and brings his dog who is extremely friendly and loves everyone he meets.

About: Disclaimer: My husband & I share 50/50 custody of our 12yr old daughter; she may be home with us during part of your dogs stay. My husband will be home every evening as well, however, I am the sole care taker for your pets while they're with us. How it started: In 2022, we got Baelfire (Bae) at 8 wks old and she lit a "crazy dog mom" type of love in me that I now feel needs shared with all the dogs. In my twenties, I would occasionally stay over other people's houses to care for their animals (dogs, cats, turtles) but it wasn't until Bae when I got into pet care regularly. I am comfortable with up to three dogs total (so, mine plus two) of any breed or size. Just a note- we also have 3 cats. Our cats have their own room they can go to that dogs do not have access to without supervision. This is my full time, only job. I am with your fur babies 24/7 if they're at our house, and I will spend as much time as I can with them if you want them to stay at yours- generally 1 to 2 hours at a time, multiple times a day; I personally don't feel like 30 minutes is enough. What your dog gets: *a new bestie! Our dog, Baelfire, is 3. *new places (& smells!) to explore. *ice cream (vanilla, of course) *swimming (weather depending) *extra long walks and hiking *unlimited 24/7 access to cuddles *car rides, windows down. (Not all the way) *a good chance of going home with a new toy (like when you buy souvenirs.) *the safety feel of home, but excitement of being somewhere new What you get: *pictures and videos daily & phone calls if requested *quality care and affordable pricing ($40 per night for boarding & $20 for walks/drop ins, if you pay via Rover, $5 OFF [of everything] per night/drop in/walk if you pay via Venmo/CashApp) *peace of mind while you enjoy your own vacation

“Kayla was great with both dogs and they absolutely love her! I have two large dogs and she was able to get both of them out at the same time. I would recommend her for anyone looking, especially those with multiple dogs”

About: I love dogs and they seem to love me, too. I have cared for dogs of all ages and ability, including energetic puppies and gentle seniors. I'm attentive, patient, and comfortable with administering medications. I pay special attention to senior dogs with mobility issues. If you're currently training a puppy, I'm happy to reinforce the commands and techniques you're using. I will follow your lead to help support your pup's progress during our time together. I currently work part time and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to accommodate your pet's walking routine with ease. This flexibility ensures I can provide consistent, timely care tailored to your dog's needs. Although I'm currently only offering walking services, I have experience caring for dogs both in my home and in clients' homes. I'm always careful to ensure dogs are securely leashed before going outside for walks or bathroom breaks. For senior dogs, I take extra precautions like blocking steps to prevent falls and administering medications on time. During walks, I carry water and check pavement temperature to protect their paws. Above all, my top priority is the safety, comfort, and well-being of every dog in my care.

About: Ive had dogs my entire life and absolutely love taking care of them! I’ve watched my friends dogs and neighbors dogs in the past and have always loved spending time with them, whether it was just watching, feeding, or walking them. I have two part time jobs that I usually work 2 days a week at each, however I am willing to stay over nights at a house and drop in before and after shifts. When I don’t work I am around mornings-evenings and weekends. I’ve always walked my dogs for usually longer periods of time, I’ve been introduced to everything you should know about walking different types of dogs. All of my dogs have been super high energy and have used harnesses because of pulling so I know how to properly use those. I am very experienced to all kinds of dogs and all ages from puppies to older dogs as well. I love when a client is very descriptive with me, leaving notes to where everything is is super helpful, especially when garage and alarm codes are involved.

About: I’m a lover of all animals, but dogs have always had my heart. There is nothing quite like the joy that comes with being surrounded by dogs. Their instantaneous affection, contagious happiness, and unique personalities make me so excited to interact with any dog that I cross paths with. I love my job as a special education teacher, but I have always wanted to work with dogs in some capacity, too. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life & understand that beyond their basic needs being met, what they really need is a whole lot of love, and humans who are willing to take on their abundance of love, as well. I hope to make lots of new furry friends on here and give them so much love!! I have a full-time teaching job, so during the school year I am available on nights (after 4pm) and weekends. Over the summer and during holiday breaks, my schedule is much more flexible! I have two dogs that currently live at my parent’s house and come to stay with my every few weeks. This arrangement began when I got my dogs in college and could not keep them in my apartment, and we have found that it works best for them since I am gone most of the day for work. That said, my home is open and animal-free for any pet stays. We have a walkable neighborhood with friendly neighbors and fellow dogs. I also have experience dog-sitting at the dog’s home for those who do better with keeping their usual routine.

From the very beginning, it was clear how responsible and attentive she is. I always feel confident that nothing will be overlooked. She shows genuine love and affection towards my dogs. Daphne and Darla absolutely adore her, and I can tell they feel safe and relaxed whenever they're with her. I have seen her work with many different breeds and different sized dogs. Kim P.
“Kim has watched my 9 year old golden retriever, Nala, multiple times over the past few years. Kim is very reliable and detailed oriented when it comes to scheduling. Nala can have some separation anxiety and be very needy. Kim did an exceptional job with making Nala feel secure, safe and loved while she watched her. She walked Nala daily, played with her, and of course gave her lots of love and cuddles. Kim kept me updated with photos throughout her time with Nala so I was able to see how my pup was doing. Nala gets so excited when she sees Kim which makes me feel at ease when I have to go out of town. I will definitely have Kim continue to watch Nala for me.”
