About: I am a pet lover. I have taken care of dogs, cats, llamas, and horses. I am also a dog groomer and trainer. I chose a pet career after retiring from teaching. Taking care of your pets is my priority. I want to give your pet all my love and attention. I don't have any other job! About: While technically I have zero years of “pet care experience”, I’ve grown up with dogs and cats since I can remember. My family has owned dogs such as Alaskan Malamute's, German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers and Labradors. Whenever a friend or family member has needed someone to take care of their pet while they’re away, I am one of their first calls. I have loved animals my whole life and this is a good way to help those that need it. I do work a full time job, however there’s a lot of downtime during my working 9-5 hours which gives me the freedom/flexibility to do this. About: We have 8 years old cat - Russia blue. Sometimes we feed our friends cats. More cats we take care of, the cats gain more trust in us. My sons has 2 dogs. My friends rely on us to feed their dogs. Sometimes we walk their dogs up to 60 minutes. We work full time. Joseph is available during weekends and Monday- Friday mornings. About: I have always been an animal person. I am experienced in giving medication, house training and baths. I have even have given a pet ivs once when they were I'll. I am available all day. If I need to leave my house it is no more than 20mins and I will notify you if wished. I have a medium size fenced in back yard which has plenty of playing space. One cat has to take a pill and she reassured me that all was well at home. She also watered my indoor plants and took the used kitty litter to the curb on trash night. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
