I’ve cared for dogs, cats, horses, goats, birds, hamsters, and more, and I genuinely love getting to know each animal’s unique personality, needs, and routines. In addition to personal experience, I’ve worked for the AKC, which gave me an even deeper understanding of canine behavior, care, and communication. About: I have had dogs since I was in preschool. I started my understanding of them and other animals when I turned nine. Since then, I always have had my and other people’s pets interest at heart. Today, my dogs are ages eight and eleven and I am their most trusted person in the house. I’ve trained them both despite being in school and I take care of their hygiene. This includes brushing their fur, washing them, and cleaning their teeth. When I am not taken care of their hygiene, I make sure they have a daily playtime or cuddle session so they have some love everyday. I have a part time job that requires me to work on Friday evenings, some Mondays, Wednesday nights, Friday nights, and Sunday however I do have a cancellation on those days sometimes and I will let clients know. Other than that I am very flexible on both weekdays and weekends. If I am unable to work, I will communicate immediately to the best of my ability. I make sure hazards are out of range and site of the animal in care. I don’t rush the bond, and take it to the pet’s pace for trust. At home, my dogs at senior dogs that I have trained since they were puppies and we have a lot of trust in each other and a great bond. I can’t perform service at my own house since I have a toddler sibling who my dogs have gotten used to but I do not want to stress anyone’s pets out. We also have family members who have allergies.
