About: I've been around dogs my whole life, my parents raised seeing eye dogs, and I helped with training and daily care from a young age. In my teens, I helped my mom run a small dog-boarding business out of our home, so I'm used to dogs with all kinds of temperaments and routines. Over the years, I've often been the go-to friend for dogs that need a little extra patience or understanding, whether that's a shy senior or a high-energy handful. I recently lost my own pup, and while l'm not ready for another full-time, I miss having a dog around and love being able to offer that care and attention to someone else's. I'm currently working on fixing up my very old duplex so I'm home, tinkering around most of the time, and my schedule is flexible. If you're worried about your pet being in a construction zone, not to worry! The living area is safe and segmented from anything that might be hazardous yet intriguing to your pet. I have a partially fenced yard, perfect for supervised play. Living in midtown means that there's plenty of interesting things to smell along walks. I can crate your dog if needed, and you're welcome to bring their own if that makes them most comfortable. I have quite a few house plants in my space, so please let me know if your pup is prone to chewing on them and I will move them out of the way for their visit.

About: I've taken care of both cats and dogs for my entire life. From elderly beagles to pitbulls with no concept of their own size, I love them all! I'm experienced with special needs pets, having personally taken care of pets who are blind and deaf; who have FIV, FeLV and CKD; and who are missing teeth and tail. I am familiar with giving meds orally (both pill and syringe form), taking care of sick pets, and monitoring symptoms. You know what your pet needs, and I always make sure quality care is given in your absence! I am currently available mornings, afternoons, and nights M-F and weekends. I am a teacher with lots of spare time during the summer! I prefer mornings and nights for walks to prevent your pets from overheating. I currently do not offer boarding for pets in my home. I aim to respect your home and leave it cleaner than I found it! I'm happy to clean pet bowls, vacuum pet beds, etc.

I have had my Staffordshire bull terrier Roxy for 5 years and she loves other dogs - although she is very high energy so that must be suitable for your dog. I have met the nicest people and dogs through Rover and feel lucky to be a part of this community. I live in a 2 bedroom, upper flat floor apartment, with a Roxy and her cat sister Raisin. I have an unfenced backyard and am 1 block from a gated dog park. I have extensive practice in administering oral and injectable medications for animals. My work schedule varies as I work in the medical field, but I generally work for 8 hours during the day. I am home on weekends and tend to spend most of my day with my pets, and yours too! I provide regular potty breaks and walks. I will oversee all meals. I keep the environment free of anything harmful to pets like toxic plants or foods. I am happy to incorporate whatever rules you wish.

About: I’ve been a pet owner for over 20 years, ranging from the typical fish, cat, and beloved Murphy, to include even a pet iguana (or two). 🥰 I have a fenced yard where both Murphy and your furry loved one can play and hang out. For overnight stays I have a large adult dog kennel that can accommodate a Mastiff just as comfortably as it can my Min Pin (who believes he’s the size of a Mastiff). 😄 I have an older dog with lots of energy and plays well with other dogs. I am an active person, so neighborhood walking is available for dogs with proper training. I can also provide some minor training reinforcement for puppies or young dogs learning new skills and/or tricks. 🐾 Tips are APPRECIATED!!! 🐾 I work from home! 🙌🏾 So my schedule is flexible and allows me to be able to work with and respond to clients in a timely manner. My home is fenced. All pets remain on the property unless they are taken for walks. I also will let clients know about overlaps in booking wih animals.

Now I typically share my dog sitting assistance with my friends (for free even!) although I don’t have pets in my own all animals will find a warm welcoming home here I’m currently working full-time, but I work in the evenings and come home on my breaks so plenty of time to check in on our furry friend during the work week I live in an apartment that has a fenced in yard for dogs and a neighborhood park nearby. I’ve sat for large dogs while living here and their needs have been accommodated!

About: Whenever I see a dog who needs love, it’s hard for me to say no. One thing you should know is that I do have a dog of my own, her name is Stella. I rescued her over a year ago and now we are best friends. Stella loves other dogs too! We are twin flames. Growing up without a childhood pet, I always jumped at the opportunity to spend time watching other people’s dogs. A previous boss even put me in her will as the godmother of her Australian shepherd, Grace, because I spent so much time helping with her. Everyone who knows me knows that I am a dog lover. I believe all dogs are good dogs who deserve patience and to be treated with importance. I am currently a full-time college student. My classes are Monday-Friday 8am-1pm with a short break in between those hours. During those times I will be unavailable. After 1pm Monday-Friday I am available. On Saturdays and Sundays I have full-availability; including the possibility for boarding starting Friday - Sunday afternoons. I care for pets by feeding at proper times, taking them outside on the leash to use the bathroom and to go for walks outside (I do have a yard but it is not entirely fenced in so dogs have to be on a leash). I do have my own dog, Stella, so I will request that any dog who comes to stay with me is friendly with other dogs. If so, then Stella will have a playmate!

About: We've always had pets in my family since I could remember. I love having animals in my life. I'm well experienced with walking, feeding, caring for, and cuddling all sorts of pups - from the poofiest Pomeranian to the sweetest St. Bernard.
