About: I have taken care of both dogs and cats as a pet sitter in other people's homes. I attended vet tech school before switching to human healthcare. I have befriended extremely shy pets with love and patience. I have even raised my own 20-year-old cat from a 3-week-old kitten. I am currently between jobs, as I just moved back to Maryland and I am finding my place in the healthcare industry again. All the more time to spend with your furbabies! I am currently available any time of the day or night to take care of both dogs and cats. I will happily come over to feed your cat or dog, and take your dog out to potty, play with them, or even things like provide comfort if they get upset during fireworks or a thunderstorm. I am always sure to leave the home exactly as I find it (unless the pets need cleaning up after, of course!). I always double check that doors are locked, and will send you updates as frequently as you'd like.
About: I’ve watched my friend’s, girlfriend’s and roommates’ dogs for the last 8 years and thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to spend time and care for their pets. Their expectation is that I feed, walk, administer medication, and spend time with them as they wish. Every dog’s personality is different and I take a very gentle and amiable approach to getting to know them and their nuances. I have a flexible remote working schedule so I have the availability to address the needs of your pet. I can work around your schedule to most appropriately accommodate you. Typically when I watch dogs, they have the capacity to roam in their owner’s home and crates are not needed. However if that is a requirement for your pet, I am happy to meet that need.

I enjoy all animals and I would love to give extra love to any pups or cats that come into my care. I am currently working part time and a student. So most of my availability will be on weekends but I am still flexible especially if I get to spend time with animals. If your pets are in my care I will listen to all directions you give me. I have babysat for years as well so if you give me a list of instructions to follow they will be followed to a tea.
