About: I care deeply for animals in both my personal and professional life! From childhood through today, I have cared for my sweet dog and guinea pig companions at home. I am currently pursuing a career involving animal care & conservation education, so I understand the importance of connection with animals on a multitude of levels. I hope to apply my skills while gaining some experience with domestic species that are less common at work. I have occasionally done drop-in visits for friends & family in the past, so I am excited to get started with Rover now! My work ethic is meticulous and I enjoy collaborating with others. I will pursue a shared understanding of the needs for you and your pets to determine if we are a good match. I am most eager to develop a relationship with your companion that becomes more and more comfortable each visit! Applicable species experience: dog breeds ~ brittany spaniel, shih tzu, labrador retriever, terrier mixes small mammals ~ guinea pig, rabbit, ferret, chinchilla birds ~ ringneck dove reptiles ~ common box turtle, bearded dragon, blue-tongued skink, corn snake, ball python, milksnake, sand boa **I'm not afraid of frozen rodents and mealworms, but will minimize handling of live crickets and other jumping insects :) If you have an animal that I haven't listed, please feel free to reach out! I am open to working with other species if our needs are compatible. I have pretty open availability at the moment as I work on the next step in my career. Feel free to message me with any questions or requests! We can choose timing based on both of our needs. To keep your pet comfortable at home, I will do my best to maintain some form of routine in each visit. I also enjoy coming up with creative enrichment for the animals I care for. We can discuss ways to promote mental stimulation and/or physical movement in the absence of owners, if interested!

About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life, including my own pets since I was 10. I also worked at a dog kennel and as a dog grooming assistant when I was younger, and I’ve dog-sat for other families. These experiences taught me how to safely handle dogs, help with bathing, and keep them calm and comfortable in new places. What makes me different from many sitters is my experience with senior, disabled, and recovering dogs. I’ve cared for pets after surgery and illness, including staying up overnight to watch them, hand-feeding, helping them move around, and gently taking them outside. I also cared for my disabled Lab whose back legs didn’t work, helping with bathroom needs, cleaning, and daily comfort. Because of this, I’m very patient, attentive, and comfortable caring for dogs who need extra help, medications, or a slower pace. I treat every dog like family and focus on keeping them safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily schedule. I complete my schoolwork through flexible online classes, which allows me to be home most of the day. Because of this, I’m able to give pets frequent attention, regular potty breaks, walks, feeding, and companionship throughout the day instead of leaving them alone for long periods. I’m used to caring for pets as part of my daily routine at home, including feeding, cleaning, and making sure they are comfortable and safe. This flexible schedule allows me to be reliable and fully present for the pets in my care. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I make sure they are fed on time, have fresh water, get walks or potty breaks, and receive lots of attention and playtime. I also give any medications if needed and keep their space clean. I respect the client’s home and keep everything tidy, including cleaning up pet messes, washing bowls if needed, and making sure doors and gates stay secure. I send updates and photos so owners know their pet is safe and happy. My goal is to make pets feel relaxed and cared for while their family is away.

About: I have been taking care of all types of animals since I could walk. I grew up near farms and ranches in Colorado, had Guinea pigs, dogs, cats, fish, frogs and many more species. I have taken care of 12 newborn Great Dane pups, large breeds and the smallest breeds. I am experienced with animal care, protocols, health issues, CPR and first aide for animals. In the past I have been challenged with aggressive animals and handled them with the best care, patience and understanding. Under any aggressive dog, is a scared puppy. All animals deserve respect and love. As a busy pet parent myself I understand how important it is to care for our pets, as they are apart of our families. I have a full time job and am off on the weekends. I am always available in the afternoons, over nights until I have to leave for work in the mornings, and can do frequent walks. Here we understand that our pets need attention, socialization, and love in order to thrive. I have two dogs of my own at home, a three y/o Great Dane names Eggo and a 2 year old basset hound named Maple. I care for your dogs like I care for mine. We understand that every dog and pet has a specific schedule and needs. We follow their schedules the best we can, we follow feedings, potty breaks and can administer meds if need be.

About: I've owned and cared for dogs since I was three years old. I've always loved them! I've worked at a dog boarding kennel for over a year now and I love it! Before that, I worked at a farm with lots of different animals and I've watched/walked dogs on the side for a long time now. I also have experience with cats as well! I'd love to meet your four-legged friends and family! I work part-time at a dog boarding kennel and my hours are different sometimes. I'm either working 7am - 12:30pm OR 3pm - 7pm. I usually work the afternoon shift (3 - 7). Since I have worked with animals a lot, especially dogs, I definitely consider myself pretty educated. About: I’ve had a golden retriever, Toby, since I was seven years old and I love spending every moment with him! I’ve dog sat for my family members and friends many times and have dealt with dogs of all sizes and breeds! I’m currently in school right now so I am available any weekday after 4:30 and all day on weekends. I am very flexible with my schedule. I have an open back yard where my dog can roam and I can play fetch with him, I also sometimes talk him to the dog park and run with him there!

About: I have had dogs all my life . I enjoy taking care of animals and the best part is walking them a training them . Im a mail carrier who sees dogs all day long and there is not a dog out there who doesn’t love me! I am currently working full-time, but have time in the evening and early morning to walk or Stop And to take care of your pet I have a fenced in yard But I walk my dog every day my cat stays inside. I do let her out in the backyard in the fenced in area.
