Jaina did a fantastic job looking after our 80 pound loverboy, Luca. She stayed in our home while we were away five days, and both he--and our home--were well taken care of. He even got a daily walk (in winter, no less!). Jaina is who you want in a sitter: responsive, reliable and kind. She provided daily updates and photos of our dog, too. About: I've always had animals in my house growing up whether that be puppies/kittens or senior dogs/cats. I enjoy spending time with animals and playing with them whenever possible. I also dog/ cat sat for friends and family on numerous occasions. I currently work part-time so I have plenty of time to care for your pet. I am available any weekday at certain times (which can be adjusted if needed) and all day on the weekends. I have cared for my pets in many different ways. I've crate trained my dogs for the most part, but I have also trained them without, so working with crates is something I'm familiar with. I also used to live in an apartment building, so walking dogs came on a daily basis and with ease.

About: I have a dog of my own, and I’m away for college so I don’t see him much. I would love to connect with other dogs so I can feel more at home! I am currently a college student, so I have plenty of time to walk or visit your dog! I am available Monday-Thursday after 5pm, Friday after 1pm, and selective weekends. I have an electric fence at home which my dog has adapted to. I also make sure to walk him and play with him in order to keep him active, since he is an older dog.

About: I worked in the veterinary field for 9 years. I have extensive experience with pets who have fear aggression or need special care due to anxiety or age. I have for the past decade been routinely petsitting or dog walking for friends. I am currently working part time, and my schedule is pretty flexible, so I am open most days to take love and care for your pets!! My main goal in any dog walking or sitting gig is that the pet and the owner are 100% comfortable with me. As a pet owner myself, I know how important our babies are to us. I want there to be no concern about my services provided. I want you to feel confident that I can provide the top most care when it comes to your furry loved ones.

About: I’ve taken care of family pets my whole life, including Labrador retrievers, rescues, and Pembroke Welsh corgis. I love all dogs, playing, walking and cuddling with them! I currently work at a hospital (3 12hr shifts). On days off, I can pop in whenever, and days that I work would be early in the morning and later in the evening. I know how to properly feed dogs, safely walk them with traffic and other dogs, and play with them to ensure they are getting by exercise and socialization time.

About: I have animal sat for neighbors, family and friends. I love being outside and caring for animals. I have experience feeding bathing and walking dogs of all sizes! I am available mornings and evenings for walks! I am waiting to start another job so I will be flexible until the end of summer! I am able to come by and let your dogs out and take them on walks, I have friends and family who I do this for as well!

About: I have grown up around animals and when I was 6 years old my family adopted our first dog. Since then, I have understood the importance around having an animal in your life, yet also the responsibility it brings with it. At the age of 12 I joined my sister in her dog walking business. Each day we would walk our neighbors dogs after school whilst making sure they went potty and were properly cared for via instructions given to us. As we grew older we started to watch them over night on weekends, and go with our neighbors to places where they needed help with their dogs. Dogs are not just pets…they are family. I have used that time as a dog walker to grow my own personal experience watching other families pets. I have since watched one family’s two dogs for three summers in a row due to the amount of trust and loyalty I have built with them. I can take care of any type of dog that you may have. Small, medium, large; young, adult, senior. It does not matter to me. I love them all and would enjoy watching as well as taking care of them. I am currently working part-time at Kent State University as a Graduate Assistant. The most time I spend in my office is about 4-6hrs per day. On the weekends I am home in Chardon. I will be able to accommodate your animals needs if needed on the weekends, and during the week. I will be home for the summer, but I will be moving down to the Kent area in the fall I always make sure that I meet the dog before I ever start taking care of them. As for walks, I would be sure to give them love before and after long walks. If I were to stay with them, I would ensure the pet and I would have time to play, go potty and a walk, as well eat dinner together so a bond and trust would be built. The pet would stay at their house so they wouldn’t be scared in a new setting.

About: I’ve been responsible for the care of pets most of my life. Pets are family to me. I love getting to know their individual personalities and supporting their needs. My routine varies daily and weekly. Weekends and evening are more open but, depending on the day and mommy schedule, I can sometimes be available during the day on week days. Overnight stays can be available for house-sitting if my 14 pound, male dog, Franklin, can accompany me; he is very friendly and attached to me.
