About: I currently have a 4 year old mini Australian shepherd. My experience includes watching a puppy overnight, helping train a deaf dog, and taking neighbors dogs on walks. I am a teacher so I am available all of June-August to provide all day care for dogs or just walk dogs during the day. I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable home where dogs are treated like family. I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, walks, fresh water, meals on schedule, and lots of affection. “Absolutely ZERO complaints or issues with Nicole. She watched our cat for a week during a recent vacation. My wife and I are super early risers. Typically waking up around 3am. We got lucky with Nicole, she has a similar schedule and was able to feed our cat early mornings consistent with our daily feedings. Our meet & greet was great as well. We have never used Rover and were really unsure what to expect. Nicole answered questions via messaging before scheduling a meet. A few hours before our scheduled time, Nicole reached out to confirm our appointment. Nicole asked many questions about our cat, home, plants etc. Asked if she should shovel snow, water plants, take garbage to curb etc. Nicole really put my wife and I at ease after talking with her. Nicole gave us great report cards with her daily check-ins. Always received multiple pics of our cat in our home. We are new cat owners and were nervous on what to expect. “Wow! Rachel is absolutely amazing! We had a last minute need for someone to watch our cats - 2 brothers that joined us from a foster home about 10 months ago. We found Rachel on the site, reached out to her, and she immediately responded and stopped by that day to meet us and Bo and Luke. Rachel was so kind with the boys from the moment she met them. They are still pretty shy, but Rachel was great sending updates and pics each day (although hiding under our bed) and ensuring their bellies were full and their potties were clean. About: I have grown up around animals and when I was 6 years old my family adopted our first dog. Since then, I have understood the importance around having an animal in your life, yet also the responsibility it brings with it. At the age of 12 I joined my sister in her dog walking business. Each day we would walk our neighbors dogs after school whilst making sure they went potty and were properly cared for via instructions given to us. As we grew older we started to watch them over night on weekends, and go with our neighbors to places where they needed help with their dogs. Dogs are not just pets…they are family. I have used that time as a dog walker to grow my own personal experience watching other families pets. I have since watched one family’s two dogs for three summers in a row due to the amount of trust and loyalty I have built with them. I can take care of any type of dog that you may have. Small, medium, large; young, adult, senior. It does not matter to me. I love them all and would enjoy watching as well as taking care of them. I am currently working part-time at Kent State University as a Graduate Assistant. The most time I spend in my office is about 4-6hrs per day. On the weekends I am home in Chardon. I will be able to accommodate your animals needs if needed on the weekends, and during the week. I will be home for the summer, but I will be moving down to the Kent area in the fall I always make sure that I meet the dog before I ever start taking care of them. As for walks, I would be sure to give them love before and after long walks. If I were to stay with them, I would ensure the pet and I would have time to play, go potty and a walk, as well eat dinner together so a bond and trust would be built. The pet would stay at their house so they wouldn’t be scared in a new setting.

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover; I have cared for my own pets most of my life, and did my first ever (non-family) pet sitting job when I was about 12 years old. About: I've had dogs off and on my entire life but it wasn't until we adopted our baby girl Coco that I really fell in love. We had 13.5 wonderful years with her, then after she passed we decided to foster dogs in her honor and have been doing this since Sept. 2020 with several local organizations. We have fostered 25 dogs and have sat 26 dogs to date, including puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with behavioral and medical special needs. Our pricing reflects the peace of mind of knowing that your pet is well cared for and part of our family during their stay with us. Or for in house sitting, we are mature, reliable and trustworthy and treat your home like our own. We look forward to hearing from you! My husband and I are retired so we are very flexible in our schedule and decided we want to do something meaningful and enjoyable in our retirement. We have a large 1.5 acre lot with a pond on property. It is very serene and peaceful here. Our yard is only partially fenced so we keep the dogs on leash when walking outside. We make frequent potty breaks and like to take dogs for walks in the woods behind our house. They dogs usually sleep on a bed on the floor in our bedroom but will be crated if we have to leave the house for their own safety.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since i had my first dog in the first grade. A white Samoyed. When she was 3 she has 7 puppies! I was obsessed with them. We sold 6 and kept one. So we had 2 big white Samoyed’s that I had the responsibility of raising and attending to. They were my whole world. I’m always the first to be asked to watch someone’s dog because if there’s one thing I’m passionate about, it’s loving on dogs. I now have a mini dachshund who i love so much. I have experience with puppies, big dogs, little dogs, and senior dogs. I’m able to train puppies and care for senior dogs who would need more help in their day to day activities such as meds, frequent potty breaks, and patience. I also had an internship with the lake humane society in high school and have a special place in my heart for rescue dogs/cats who could use some extra love. I am currently a stay at home mom with my 8 year old who is in school and 1 year old who both love dogs I figured i could help out some dog momma or daddies who aren’t able to be home with them all day. I am able to let your dog out every couple hours. And even take them for brief walks. We have plenty of dog toys to share, bully sticks (while supervised), treats, and extra dog bowls if needed. My husband is a realtor so is home most of the time if i am not. I crate our dog at home when we leave. I also have a camera just in case to make sure she’s okay while we’re gone. We moved so we don’t have a fenced in yard anymore. But had leads if they want to stay outside for a longer period of time. I also live next to my parents who have a fenced in yard where i could take them if you feel more comfortable with that.

About: Since I was 11 years old putting dog walking flyers on my neighbors porches, I have always had a passion for taking care of animals. I still have people contacting me to cat or dog sit for them, and they love to recommend me to their friends. I love animals, and I know how to handle them safely and responsibly. From working with horses to dolphins, I have been around many different animals. I have owned reptiles and guinea pigs as well as dogs and cats, I have been working with and riding horses since 2018, and every summer since around 2020 I have gone to the Florida Keys and learned about training dolphins, I have aged out of that program now. I also volunteered at an animal shelter when I was younger. I am looking for a job to use my skills with animals. I work at a veterinary practice for a large animal veterinarian currently on Wednesdays and Fridays. I am looking for another job that I can work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. I can also do weekends if you are looking for someone who will stop by and take care of your animal for 30 minutes to an hour, but I like to have time on my weekends to spend with my loved ones, so the activities that take longer I would like the save for weekdays. I promise to love and take care of your animal as if it is my own until their favorite person comes back! I have my own reliable transportation, I can take your dog to a dog park if it is dog friendly, or I have a lot of land at my house. I also could take it to any walking paths. I know how to handle animals of all temperaments, and I am a good communicator and will keep you updated. I would love the opportunity to take care of your animal! I work at a veterinary practice part time on Wednesdays and Fridays and I generally start early in the morning around 7, and it’s a 40 minute drive. My hours can vary but I’m usually done sometime before 4pm. I can do drop by visits on those days early in the morning and after 5pm. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, I can do dog walking, dog sitting, or doggy day care at my house! Anything that generally takes a decent amount of time I can do on those days. On the weekends, I can do house visits for 30 minutes to an hour, but I would like to keep my weekends open as much as possible to spend time with friends and family and go to the barn. I have my own cat as well as 4 other cats, an english bulldog, and a french bulldog owned by my boyfriend’s family that I live with. I generally feed and take care of my cats and the other cats, but I used to pet sit for them and took care of their dogs as well. As far as caring for animals in my own home, I live on 8 acres of land, some of which is a field blocked off by tree line that would be a perfect place to play. I also have a fenced in concrete and grass area for the dogs to use the restroom. I have crates in my house where I can separate dogs if needed. I also know of lots of places to walk dogs, and live by a couple of dog parks. As for care in a clients home, I have lots of experience. I can do litter boxes, feed and water animals, and give enrichment and treats if requested by the owner. I can also let dogs outside on leash, or in a fenced in backyard. I’d rather be safe than sorry, so I avoid taking a dog off leash if they do not have a fenced in or secluded area. I can take them on walks around your neighborhood as well. I am also willing to take care of exotic animals or livestock, as I have plenty of background in that as well.

I’ve had pets as long as I can remember- I’ve been lucky enough to have been a pet mama to small pocket pets, cats, dogs, reptiles (snakes and lizards), fish, a chinchilla named Jerry and even a small flock of chickens! About: My goal is to make sure that pet parents like me have someone they can trust to help care for their babies. I have two years of experience working at a boarding/daycare facility where I was a supervisor for 1.5 years there, this means that I have experience working with dogs who need to take any type of medication- like insulin. I have been working at an animal shelter for 6 months where I’ve grown to learn more about the body language of dogs which has made me more confident in making sure the animals are comfortable and I can tell when they are starting to get overstimulated. I treat every fur baby like my own just as I would hope anyone else would mine. I am currently doordashing, actively seeking more work. My schedule is very flexible so I am able to do last minute drop in’s if needed! I have a fenced in property where your dogs would be safe from getting out and wandering around, I have 3 very social dogs who love to have friends but I could also keep everyone separated if that is what’s needed. I also have crates if your pet needs to go in one. If I were to be at my clients home I would make sure that your pets are able to go potty at a scheduled time either going in your backyard or bringing them on a walk to get everything out of their system. I can make sure that your pet will not have anything in their area that could hurt them or be eaten which could cause more damage as well.

About: I worked in the veterinary field for 9 years. I have extensive experience with pets who have fear aggression or need special care due to anxiety or age. I have for the past decade been routinely petsitting or dog walking for friends. I am currently working part time, and my schedule is pretty flexible, so I am open most days to take love and care for your pets!! My main goal in any dog walking or sitting gig is that the pet and the owner are 100% comfortable with me. As a pet owner myself, I know how important our babies are to us. About: My parents are also animal lovers, so I have had many different dogs growing up from Great Danes to Teacup Chihuahuas! My first dog was a Golden Retriever named Roxy! She made me fall in love with animal care which is when I pursued positions working at boarding facilities, vet clinics, and animal shelters. These positions gave me plenty of experience working with many different breeds and personalities. I also learned correct ways to administer medications and deal with animals that may be in distress. I currently am in grad school and have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. My field season is in the spring, so I may have limited availability. I am very trustworthy. I understand that my only job is to come and offer the care and love to your pets while you are not available. Most of my time will be spent giving my full attention to your loved one’s! If your pet is not the social type or I need to be at your house for a long period of time, I have many hobbies (journaling, reading, crocheting, etc.), and I am also in school to receive my masters degree in Biology, so I have homework or materials I can bring to entertain myself if needed.

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats. I absolutely love and adore any animal. I currently have 2 small dogs of my own. I watch my neighbors dog when they go out of town and also family’s pets. It’s comforting to know that while your pets care is in another persons hands they will be genuinely taking care of and loved as if they were my own. I have also attended several dog training programs for my dogs and have taken them to plenty of dog parks to play and get use to being around other dogs. I also have experience with big dogs as well. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for as long as I can remember. Im always my family’s go to person when they need it! I’ve watched many kinds of dogs of many ages, including little 3lbs puppies to 120lbs leonbergers! I also was involved with service dogs in training. I’m currently free most weekdays after 3 pm and most weekends! I love being outdoors, going on long walks at the park, and I love dogs! So I figured this would be the perfect activity for me (: I always listen to the rules that are made for me to follow when watching someone’s pet because I understand that it is the best way to care for their fur baby while the owners are away.

About: I have grown up around animals and when I was 6 years old my family adopted our first dog. Since then, I have understood the importance around having an animal in your life, yet also the responsibility it brings with it. At the age of 12 I joined my sister in her dog walking business. Each day we would walk our neighbors dogs after school whilst making sure they went potty and were properly cared for via instructions given to us. As we grew older we started to watch them over night on weekends, and go with our neighbors to places where they needed help with their dogs. Dogs are not just pets…they are family. I have used that time as a dog walker to grow my own personal experience watching other families pets. I have since watched one family’s two dogs for three summers in a row due to the amount of trust and loyalty I have built with them. I can take care of any type of dog that you may have. Small, medium, large; young, adult, senior. It does not matter to me. I love them all and would enjoy watching as well as taking care of them. I am currently working part-time at Kent State University as a Graduate Assistant. The most time I spend in my office is about 4-6hrs per day. On the weekends I am home in Chardon. I will be able to accommodate your animals needs if needed on the weekends, and during the week. I will be home for the summer, but I will be moving down to the Kent area in the fall I always make sure that I meet the dog before I ever start taking care of them. As for walks, I would be sure to give them love before and after long walks. If I were to stay with them, I would ensure the pet and I would have time to play, go potty and a walk, as well eat dinner together so a bond and trust would be built. The pet would stay at their house so they wouldn’t be scared in a new setting.

About: I’ve been around all animals my whole life, My friends and family have always called me an animal whisperer because I’ve never met an animal that didn’t like me. I’m skilled in reading body language and respecting animals so they feel comfortable with me. “Austin provided outstanding care and attention to our Golden Retriever, Oakleigh, while we were on vacation last week. Daily pictures and texts showed she was comfortable and right at home with his family and 2 dogs. When we had flight changes due to bad weather, Austin was responsive and incredibly accommodating keeping her an additional night. Oakleigh came home happy and tired from all the ball chasing, which is saying a lot for a Golden. This was our first stay and definitely won't be our last.
