About: I've been dog sitting for friends and family for several years and have grown very comfortable caring for dogs of all shapes, sizes, ages, and personalities. My experience caring for pets comes from raising my own two rescue dogs. When my family first brought them home, they were nervous, hesitant around people, and not always easy to handle. Like many rescue animals, they needed time, patience, and consistency before they felt comfortable in their new environment. Over the years, I have helped them build confidence through daily routines, training, exercise, and plenty of love and attention. Watching them grow from uncertain rescue dogs into friendly, affectionate companions has taught me a great deal about animal care. It showed me that every pet has a unique personality and that building trust often takes patience and understanding. Today, caring for my dogs is a regular part of my life. I feed them a combination of wet and dry food twice a day, take them on walks throughout the day whenever my schedule allows, and make sure they get the exercise, attention, and affection they need to stay happy and healthy. One of my dogs also experiences seasonal allergies and requires medication during certain times of the year, so I am comfortable following care instructions and administering medications when needed. Because of these experiences, I understand the responsibility that comes with caring for someone else's pet. Whether a pet is energetic and playful, shy and reserved, young or old, I strive to provide a safe, comfortable environment where they feel secure, cared for, and loved while their owners are away.

About: I've taken care of dogs since the age of 10. Neighbors, Friends and Family have relied on me to check in, feed, walk and play with their pets. I currently work from home, I can take care of your pet ANYTIME. Non Smoking household, no children present, dogs allowed on the couch. Oral medication administrated if needed. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I can easily put your dog in a play room if needed with soft music playing and lots of toys

About: In Kindergarten, my family got our first puppy. Her name was Daisy and she is my guardian angel. We grew up together, we played together, I learned the responsibilities, better yet I discovered my natural connection with animals. I nurtured her when we were scared of storms and picked her up going upstairs during her senior years. Years later our family got another puppy named Mowgli and he is my pal. Raising him was a different task and experience but he turned out to be a great partner. We run, fetch, catch and of course clean and bathe often. I have dog sit and walked for neighbors and family. It would be amazing to get to know your pup! Currently working part time so very flexible. Hoping to have more time to assist in pet needs and get to know some new furry friends. Backyard has a fence and house has a few floors to play. If preferred or allowed, sure don’t mind pets in the bed or couch.

“Mont’e was absolutely amazing! He provided excellent care for my cat and dog while house sitting. I was pretty nervous to leave town and Mont’e was super kind and professional. He updated me regularly, took my dog on walks, and even took her to his family’s Christmas Eve celebration (after asking of course) because I was worried about her having separation anxiety! Mont’e treated my pets as if they were his own and when I came back they were both super calm and relaxed because of the great care provided. About: I have grown up around animals and when I was 6 years old my family adopted our first dog. Since then, I have understood the importance around having an animal in your life, yet also the responsibility it brings with it. At the age of 12 I joined my sister in her dog walking business. Each day we would walk our neighbors dogs after school whilst making sure they went potty and were properly cared for via instructions given to us. As we grew older we started to watch them over night on weekends, and go with our neighbors to places where they needed help with their dogs. Dogs are not just pets…they are family. I have used that time as a dog walker to grow my own personal experience watching other families pets. I have since watched one family’s two dogs for three summers in a row due to the amount of trust and loyalty I have built with them. I can take care of any type of dog that you may have. Small, medium, large; young, adult, senior. It does not matter to me. I love them all and would enjoy watching as well as taking care of them. I am currently working part-time at Kent State University as a Graduate Assistant. The most time I spend in my office is about 4-6hrs per day. On the weekends I am home in Chardon. I will be able to accommodate your animals needs if needed on the weekends, and during the week. I will be home for the summer, but I will be moving down to the Kent area in the fall I always make sure that I meet the dog before I ever start taking care of them. As for walks, I would be sure to give them love before and after long walks. If I were to stay with them, I would ensure the pet and I would have time to play, go potty and a walk, as well eat dinner together so a bond and trust would be built. The pet would stay at their house so they wouldn’t be scared in a new setting.

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have experienced all kinds of different ages, breeds, and sizes!! I have also watched friends, family, and neighbors pets who have trusted me to feed, walk, play with, and care for them while they were away. I am a student who is looking to help over the summer so I am pretty flexible!! Although I may be working two days of the week in the morning. Overall, I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. I love staying active and spending time with animals, so your pet will receive lots of attention, exercise, and care. In previous homes I have taken dogs out on the leash to go to the bathroom as well as take them on walks. I have also had a mixture of some who like to sleep in a crate or in the bed with me. At my house my dogs have a little fenced in area to go to the bathroom where I pick up after them and they sleep in crates!! So I have had a lot of experience acclimating to whatever different a needs the pets have!! I provide a calm, loving environment where pets can feel secure and cared for.
