About: I have been a dog owner in my entire life. I have dog-sat for family and friends for over 20 years. Some of the breeds were: Jack Russell, English Springer Spaniel, Boston Terrier, English Cocker Spaniel, Chocolate Lab, German Shepherd, Husky, Poodle, and Labradoodle. I typically do not sit for certain large or strong breeds such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, or Mastiffs. However, I’m always open to a conversation to see if it’s the right fit for both of us. :) I am also comfortable with administering medications if needed and caring for elderly dogs. If your dog needs to be picked up or dropped off at the vet, etc, we can make arrangements as needed. I am very compassionate and will try and tend to every owners/pets' needs. I've had my oldest dog since she was 2-months old, so I am experienced in raising puppies. My approach to puppies is a positive reward one, and that is how I trained my dog when she was little. She picked up potty training and walking on a leash very quickly with this method. I also have a rescue dog I adopted when she was a year and a half. She has some trauma and came to me with lots of kennel stress and a distrust for men. I am experienced with "difficult" or reactive dogs thanks to her! She is the sweetest dog at home but becomes reactive on dog walks and I am working with trainers to help. Again, I prefer a positive reward approach and patience with all animals. Safety is my number one concern! I am very aware of what body language is threatening to dogs and how to best go about things so both myself and the dog feels safe. I prefer not to do on leash greetings, unless specified otherwise, and am good at getting positive engagement from dogs.

I work full time and typically available on the weekends or long weekends. Long or short walks are fine, i am a very active person. Oriana was amazing!!! We don’t live in the area so she came to meet our pup where we were staying the day before she was scheduled. She wanted to know his schedule and make sure he was comfortable with her. During the visits Oriana was timely, communicated, sent pics and videos. I highly recommend Oriana!! If we are back in the area with our pup we will definitely schedule with her again!! Your animals are in great hands with Oriana and you won’t be disappointed!!
Absolutely adore Noi! She was so wonderful with my elderly yorkie and an absolutely god-sent perfect sitter for Kensee. She was so accommodating with Kensee’s needs—whether it was extra walks and encouragement or feeding her her medicated food. It was very clear Kensee enjoyed Noi and how Noi was accommodating to her little quirks and attitude. Can’t recommend her enough!!
My partner and I have been very impressed with Jimena. She is an excellent communicator and provides several photo and video updates during each visit. She even has offered to help train our dog on some of the areas we have struggled with. We look forward to continuing to have Jimena as a part of our dogs life. Would strongly recommend Jimena, so long as it doesn’t take away time from our pup ;-)
