I appreciated that Caden was reliable with timing and communication, responsive to questions and he provided updates and photos of our dog enjoying herself during her stay! We are very satisfied with Sandra G. It was the first time that we used Rover as service to find some one who take care of our dog Mila and all the time we feel in confidence with Sandra G. and the way she treated our beagle. She sent photos and information about Mila twice times per day and answered our messages almost inmediatly, in the pictures Mila appeared quiet and comfortable and when we picked her up, she was as always is. If we need one place to leave Mila, definitely we will rebook whit her.
Greg and Denise (and their daughter) were phenomenal hosts for our GSP, Banjo! They had amazing communication throughout the stay, sent lots of pictures, and clearly kept him very busy/active. Pepper (their GSP) was an amazing dog, so well behaved, and got along very well with Banjo, keeping him very active as well! Thank you so much Greg and Denise! 5 stars, definitely recommend, and look forward to going back again soon when we are out of town next.
Michael was absolutely fantastic when it came to watching our dog Poe over a five day span. We had never used Rover before, but his daily updates with photos and videos of Poe at the dog park near his apartment put our anxieties to rest. He was also flexible regarding drop-off/pick-up times, and always responded very promptly throughout the whole process. Will rebook him again without question should Poe need to be watched while we're away.
Catrina did an amazing job with our dog Bo! She took great care of him and he looked so happy. Catrina kept us updated on all the fun activities they did and she did a good job of following our notes about Bo’s tendencies. I appreciate how well she treated our dog and all the updates she sent!
Charlie’s awesome - provides detailed updates, sends lots of photos and videos, and makes sure he understands all he needs to in order to care for your pet and make them comfy. He took on both my cat and dog which was a challenge and much appreciated! Would have him watch my pets anytime.
Miryam took incredible care of our Koby! He is super nervous with new sitters so we did two trial visits prior to leaving for 5 days. She took him on a ton of walks and sent lots of photos and was great about keeping us updated throughout the entire time. She even checked in on him the day after we picked him up. You can tell she and her husband love animals. We will definitely be booking with her again!
