About: I’ve been a dog walker and pet sitter since March 2024. I have experience walking all sizes of dogs from Bernese Mountain dogs to an 8 week old pug. I’ve worked with deaf dogs, a dog that was post-op for an ACL tear, and administered medicine if the pet required it. If you have a reactive dog, I may not be the best fit for you, and that’s okay! I have experience with dogs that are reactive to cars, but I prefer not to work with dogs who are reactive to other animals. I started doing this for a little extra cash & exercise when I’m not touring as a full-time stand up comedian. (It’s a real thing. I promise you never have to hear my jokes, but your dogs probably will at some point during our walks.) If you need a weekday dog walker, I’m your gal! You will also have ample notice for any time that I am traveling out of town for shows as my tours are booked the year prior. I had about 10 consistent weekly clients in Pittsburgh working with a business called Happy Tails, but I just moved to Charlotte so I’m looking for new clients! I’m available most weekdays. Weekends are tougher and will depend on my schedule from my full-time job, but I am open to weekends as long as I am in Charlotte. I am very serious about the comfort and safety of your pet. That means I will take the safest route possible (paved sidewalks with low traffic if possible), provide water, and clean up after them when they potty to keep your neighbors happy. I am happy to follow any guidelines you have for caring for your animal. I am also open to doing a trial period with your pet to make sure that we are a good fit for each other.

About: I’ve been caring for animals from a small child. Many people have called me the Animal Whisperer because the connection I have with animals and many experiences with animals in my lifetime. 

Our family of three children has owned many dogs and cats giving me experience with pets of different personalities, needs, and routines. I understand that every pet deserves patience, kindness, and individualized care.

An active lifestyle makes me a great companion for energetic pets, while my calm, patient nature helps shy or senior pets feel comfortable. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, or simply relaxing with a caring companion, I’ll provide the attention, affection, and reliable care they deserve. When caring for pets in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I’ll carefully follow your instructions for feeding, fresh water, medications (if needed), walks, litter box or yard cleanup, and playtime. I also understand that many pets simply enjoy companionship, so I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, affection, and reassurance while you’re away. About: I have raised two dogs from puppyhood and handled their training and daily care myself. Kenzie came home at six weeks old, and my husky joined our family at eight weeks old. My experience includes house training, crate training, leash manners, basic commands, socialization, teaching tricks from the past with my pets and all the love and cuddles in the world with a mountain of toys. Friends and neighbors have also trusted me to help with their dogs, especially with common behaviors such as jumping, pulling, nervousness, and adjusting to new routines. I work from home working on my start-up business, so I am home all the time! This gives me plenty of flexibility to provide consistent, attentive care throughout the day. I can accommodate regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, meals, medication schedules, drop-in visits, and overnight stays. Because I am home most of the day, pets receive companionship and supervision rather than being left alone for long periods. I care for every pet according to their normal routine, personality, energy level, and comfort needs and special needs. My home offers a large backyard for supervised playtime, exercise, and fresh air. There is also a covered gazebo with a grassy area where dogs can relax, cool down, or take a quiet break when needed. There are also two cameras outside as well so I can always have eyes on them no matter what! I am currently transforming my garage into a fun indoor dog jungle gym, although that space is still under construction. For now, pets can enjoy the backyard, comfortable indoor areas, regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I carefully follow all feeding, medication, walking, household, and safety instructions. I also provide photos and updates so pet parents can feel comfortable and confident while they are away.
