About: In addition to being a dog owner for eight years, I have a PhD focused on animal behavior. As an adjunct professor, I don't get as much time working with animals as I'd like, so I'm happy to provide care to your darling pets! I work part-time as a biology professor, so outside of the couple hours a day I'm in a classroom my schedule is very flexible. I do live in a remote location, so how often I can care for a pet will depend on driving time. I believe in making sure the animal feels safe and comfortable above all else. I am good with reading body language, and I let the pet set the pace in our interactions. I only practice positive reinforcement for training.

About: I have always had a dog in my house since I have been a kid. A house is not a home without a dog. I will treat your dog as if he/she were part of my family. I am working part time and want to spend some time with your dog. I work every other weekend as a nurse, and have some free time during the week to check in on your dog while you are away. I can provide walks, medications as needed & play time for your dog. I can groom your dog (if they like it), too! Looking forward to meeting him/her.

About: I adore being around animals and have had many years pf practice with taking care of friends pets. We have also always had pets in our family growing up. I work part time as a wedding photographer so Im usually very flexible with my schedule especially during the week. I also enjoy walking so Im also available for that. I will only walk outside with your pet if they have a leash or a fenced protected area. I won't them alone anytime. I will provide patience and love to them as if they were my own.

I’m a Veterinarian Assistant so caring for your pet is literally what I do, what I love.🥰 I do pick ups and drop offs !! I work in VETMED at a local Veterinary clinic part time . So that gives me tons of extra time during the week. I also do drop in during my work day as well. !! I have a fenced in yard and a very nice fur baby to keep your fur baby company. About: Hello! I have been pet sitting for friends and family for the past 3 years now and have finally decided to meet more animals! I am so excited to meet your fluffy (or non-fluffy) friends! I start school August 15, so until then I am free to take care of your pet at anytime of the day! I will typically try to DoorDash to make some extra cash, but will stop every couple of hours to check on your friend! I treat every home and pet like my own — that means following your routines closely and communicating with you along the way so you're never left wondering how things are going. For drop-in visits, I stick to the schedule you set for feeding, medication, and fresh water, and I always do a walk-through to make sure everything's secure before I leave. I'll bring in mail/packages and rotate lights if that's part of the ask. For dog walks, I keep to your dog's normal route and pace unless you tell me otherwise, always leash up before opening any doors, and clean up after them every time. I pay close attention to their body language, especially around other dogs or people, and I'll never push a walk if it's too hot, too cold, or your dog seems off that day. For overnight house sitting, I keep your pet's routine as close to normal as possible — same feeding times, same bedtime habits, same amount of attention and play. I treat your home with respect (locking up, keeping things tidy, not having guests over) and I check in with updates so you can relax while you're away. Across all of it: I send photo/video updates, I'm comfortable with basic medication administration (pills, drops, insulin if trained), and if anything seems off with your pet's health or behavior, I contact you and the vet right away rather than guessing.

About: What sets me apart is my real, everyday experience caring for animals. I handle high-energy dogs like my Belgian Malinois, volunteer at shelters, and provide patient, loving, reliable care. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine with college. I make time to walk, play with, and care for dogs because I genuinely enjoy being around animals and helping with pet sitting. About: Hi there, I am pet sitting dogs and around dogs since I was a kid! I am a lover of all dogs and enjoy spending time playing, walking, and cuddling with all fur babies! About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes & personalities. I’m not shy to specialized care needs and love to play, walk & give belly rubs! Services include drop in dog walks and play sessions and overnight pet sitting for short or long terms. I’ve cared for two large fluffy dogs with special needs for two months at a time. I also looked after a high energy chihuahua for three weeks, routinely walking three or four times a day to burn some extra energy! I work full time in Bloomington from 9-6, Monday - Friday. Walks will take place as late as 8am or earlier, during lunch break if you’re home is within 15 miles of Bloomington, and after 6:30 pm on weekdays. Weekends are flexible and I am comfortable transporting the dogs to a dog park or swimming spot if they do well on field trips! I’m more of a homebody and love to play and interact with animals in their home. Your house rules & pet care needs will be met with respect and understanding. Your dog’s boundaries, safety and needs will be prioritized. I appreciate cleanliness and will respect your home as if it’s my own.

About: I do have a cat of my own and a bunny and always dog sit my family dog Capone he’s about two and an half years old! And a pitbull mix, also dog sit Gemma a sharpei, I do have references! I can start in August mostly around 3pm until whenever! I’m very flexible with time and dog sitting or cat sitting I can do Mondays-Fridays! I always take care of my cat and bunny in the mornings and always give them my time attention after work and make sure they have fresh water and entertainment and treats!

About: I have owned dogs since I was 8 years old! From raising two puppies to housing a friends dog temporarily, I have acquired experience with training dogs as small as french bulldogs to as big as pitbulls! I have a passion for animals and truly treat them as family. I work part-time in the summer at a retail store where the shifts are 4 hours (but with enough notice I can request off and be available for all your pups needs!) I currently attend the U of I in Urbana-Champaign, but can pet sit/drop in most Fridays-Mondays! While I cannot offer a space in my home for your pup, I can assure you that your dog will be taken very good care of in your home and that I will do my utmost to ensure your environment is left as untouched as possible!

About: Through out my life I've had several different furry friends (and fish!). I have worked with all kinds of animals from ones that love to run and play to ones that would prefer to lounge around all day! I have several years of experience as a professional pet sitter, as well as having pets of my own. About: Hi! I’m Ana! I’ve been working as a vet assistant for about 4 years now. I have a chocolate lab named Helios that has a true zest for life, and an onery white cat named Gwen. With that being said, I have experience with a wide range of pets. I love animals so much I have been a vegetarian since I was 8! I have a soft spot for senior pets and am experienced in administering medications. I really look forward to taking care of your kiddos! I work until 5:30 on Tuesday-Friday, on those days I have an hour break so I am available for potty breaks and short walks at that time, and from 7-9pm after work. From Saturday-Monday I am available for overnights, walks, and potty breaks. I will treat your home and pets like my very own. At this time, I do not offer in-home sitting from my own home.

About: I've been a dog mom to s pit/lab mix and currently a pit/Cane Corso mix. He's a sweet boy who loves eveyone and is both active but also likes his daily naps. I work 3 days of the week so on my days off I'm available for walks/drop-in visits or boarding. Aslan would love to have someone to play with😊 I have a fenced yard and a doggy door which makes it easy for quick potty breaks and playtime. I enjoy taking my dude on hiking the trails at a park or to a dog park to run off his energy and take great naps after. I also spend a lot of time playing and training Aslan. Communication with animals is important to me and making sure their needs are met. Treats are on the daily menu!

About: I grew up on a farm with many animals. As a child, I had pet sheep, rabbits, dogs, cats, and cows. As an adult, I have always had cats. My 20 year old long hair cat just passed away in January. It was heartbreaking. I miss him dearly. We loved our guy so much. In his last 5 yrs, I spent many hours catering to his elderly issues. Medications and night yowling were issues that I happily took care of as he lived out his twilight years. I have a soft spot for all animals as they go through all stages of life :) I work from home and set my own hours, so my schedule is extremely flexible. I am open to many kinds of arrangements- one time sitting, a weekly routine, daily walks, weekends, etc. I am extremely fortunate to have a flexible schedule. My teen daughter and I live in a large 4 bedroom home, so we have tons of space to accommodate furry friends who need company. We do not have a fenced in yard, but our neighborhood is great for long walks. Our neighborhood has trails through the woods and a home owner’s association that maintains the trails. We have lots of fun walking the trails. I am an avid jogger/walker. I go out everyday, regardless of the weather. I have a very active lifestyle! We recently adopted a cat, but he stays in his own area on a different level of the house. He has claimed my daughter as his and lives in her room. When dogs come to stay with us, he typically stays in his room & pups never see him, although he has made friends with some of our regularly visiting pups 😊 I have a very flexible work schedule. When I do have to be away from home for work, I am gone about 2-3 hrs at a time. My daughter is at home often and also helps with pups. She is great with animals! We both like to take frequent walks throughout the day! In my home, I have a large open floor plan with tons of windows. During the day, I like to have pups next to me in my office, but some like to lay in prime viewing area of all the windows.

About: I have been casually pet sitting for people for several years now! I am ready to up my game and start taking care of people's pets professionally.
