“Thank you Cassandra for making Tashi feel welcome....he looked very happy in the photos. Since he will have an over night stay next week, daycare was a good way for him to get to know you and your place.”

“Tevin is an actual angel. He took such good care of my pup while I had an all day work event in Atlanta. My dog, who can be nervous meeting new people, loved him instantly. Tevin was super communicative all day and sent over many videos and photos of them learning new skills and playing. So grateful to you Tevin!”

About: I grew up with a sweet dachshund and have been a dog-lover ever since! Andrew and I both work from home full time, and that makes us the go-to pet sitter for neighbors and friends. We’ve had experience with both active dogs and those that might need a little more care and patience. Rest assured, your furry companion will receive all the love, care, and belly rubs they deserve! With a fully remote job and my partner also working remotely, your fur baby will receive round-the-clock care and love! I’m thrilled to offer flexible boarding availability throughout the week and weekends. Your cherished pet will have all the attention and quality time they deserve. While I don’t currently have any pets of my own, my spacious and pet-friendly apartment will cater to your furry friend’s comfort and happiness. I live on the Beltline making it the perfect setting for long walks or quick pee breaks. I’m more than happy to accommodate your pet’s needs, whether it is crating them or something else. Your pet’s well-being and trust are at the heart of my care!

“Great stay with Richard and Samma B. They took good care of the dogs for the day we brought them over! They were also very responsive and included lots of pictures.”

“Dan was a fantastic dog sitter. He was attentive my dog’s needs and flexible with scheduling. (Plus, his backyard is a great place for a dog to get out their zoomies.) I highly recommend Dan!”

About: Hello! I grew up in New Jersey and have called Georgia home for the last 8 years. As early as I can remember, I’ve loved being around animals of all shapes and sizes. I bond easily with most animals because I am a kind, calm, and confident person. My friends call it a nurturing spirit because countless times I have been to a gathering or party and someone's pet decided that I was their new best friend. When I started living on my own in Atlanta, I decided it was time to adopt my first pets as an adult. I adopted two seniors who still had so much love to share. Their names were Brittanica (the cat) and Roberta (the dog). Both were diagnosed with chronic illnesses that required IV fluids and maintenance medications that had to be given on particular schedules. With advice from their care team, I made sure that each interaction for treatment was a positive experience. Sometimes I pulled out all the stops with treats, bundling them in a blanket, and setting up a soothing environment. If your pet requires such treatments, written notes would be appreciated so I can reference the process as much as possible. My current pets are younger than my first two and keep me on my toes! We have a lot of fluffy fun as Stellaluna is a sweetheart, longhaired domestic cat and Sir Waddles Von Wigglebutt is a very friendly, laid back corgi. We have a good routine where the first thing we do when we wake up is pre-breakfast cuddle time! There have been times where we’ve needed to be flexible and eat breakfast first though. My day-to-day is structured so that I can get steps in with Waddles and I can set up enrichment activities for his working dog nature. Often you’ll see us with the Atlanta Corgi group so he can be a social butterfly. If the weather isn’t great or I have a deadline to meet at work, he’ll stay home and do puzzles. Other hobbies that fit in my schedule include playing DND or board games, doing dog training classes with Waddles, and watching TV with Stella. When it comes to taking care of your pets, I will make sure that we keep to the routine they’re most familiar with too! We’ll do videos and pics as much as we can during the visit. My goal with each visit is that your pet is treated well and feels like they’re getting their own vacation even though they’ll be missing you. I work in the film industry in post production and I work remotely from home. I will have plenty of time to play and check on your furry friend for scheduled appointments. When I do not have an active contract, I enjoy taking longer walks and playing with your pet extra with your pet. To guarantee more than 30 minutes of play time, please book my 60 min visits. Safety is a top priority when I am taking care of animals. Regardless of how well trained a pet is, they are animals and are unpredictable at times. For that reason, when walking your dog, I will make sure that it is on leash unless we are in your fenced yard. If your dog is staying over with me, a crate is necessary so they have their own space where they’re safe when I’m not home. I do have a cat so if your dog is not cat friendly, we will not be able to work together. I believe in strong communication and transparency. While with your fuzzy friend, I will send you updates and photos through the app!

“Trevor was amazing at replying promptly to my same day request and made me feel at ease when leaving Leo with him and Osiris for the day so last minute! Leo had a good time with Osiris too!”

“I can be nervous leaving Louie with new people since she has separation anxiety and is very shy. She was very patient and understanding of Louie’s needs. She made Louie so comfortable and continued to communicate with me making me feel so much better. I will definitely trust her with Louie again and recommend sending your dog home to her.”

“Ashley was wonderful taking great care of our dog Bailey. She sent picture updates and communicated with questions regarding Baileys activities. We would definitely use her again should we find ourselves in the Atlanta area again.”

“Katelyn is a fantastic dog sitter! She watched Onyx during the daytime while I was away on business for a week and both he and I couldn't be happier. Onyx has been to a few boarding facilities in the area, but he never gets the exercise he needs there. With Katelyn, he got plenty of exercise, didn't need to spend time crated, and got to make some good friends. I really appreciate all the cute photos she sent me. She was also very prompt and professional in communication. I couldn't recommend her more highly.”

“Ashleigh was so sweet with our Izzy. As soon as we met her, Izzy asked for a belly rub, so we knew she felt safe. Ashleigh sent us many updates and videos that let us know that Izzy was in great hands. When we picked her up, Izzy was so happy and looked like she had the best time. We're really thankful that she was so well taken care of!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by pets my whole life! Growing up, I had two cats at home, and later on, I began taking care of and walking dogs for friends. Over a year ago, I became a proud dog mom to Nala, a Standard Poodle, and Rose, a Great Dane—so I have plenty of hands-on experience with both large and medium-sized dogs. I’m very comfortable caring for pets of all sizes and personalities, and I treat every pet as if they were my own! También hablo español 🇦🇷 I work part-time and have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to adapt to your pet’s needs. I’m available for morning, afternoon, or evening visits and can easily adjust my routine to match your pet’s usual schedule. Just let me know your preferred times, and I’ll do my best to accommodate! I have a big fenced yard where pets can play safely and freely. Your furry friend will also have the company of my two friendly dogs, Nala (a Standard Poodle) and Rose (a Great Dane), who love meeting new friends! I always supervise playtime and make sure all pets feel comfortable, safe, and happy in my care.

“Rachel and Midnight Moon were super friendly and very nice hosts. She was also very accommodating and flexible. My baby has been very nervous and she made sure she was comfortable. Thank you so much for everything!”

About: Hello, my name is Lindsay G. I joined Rover to become a sitter/walker because I absolutely love dogs and cats! I have extensive experience with senior dogs. My sweet girl, Jackpot (beagle mix) recently passed away at 17 years old. I truly understand the delicate care required for senior dogs in their golden years. While most of my experience is with dogs, I do love cats as well! I have often cat sat for several friends over the years. I would be happy to take care of your pet(s) and treat them as if they were my own! I work in the film Industry so I have large quantities of time off in between shows. I’m available 24/7 during those periods off. The only time I would be away from the house would be for running short errands. Me and my husband own a house in Decatur with a fenced in backyard. We no longer have any pets. Our house is clean and dog friendly…I have toys, food/water bowls and a dog bed for medium size dogs if needed.
