About: I have experience with deaf, senior and reactive dogs as well as cats. I fostered and trained for Blue River Pet Rescue and have taken dog safety courses with Nebraska Humane Society. I know what it's like to have a scared or sick dog and I know how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for them when you can't. I am no stranger to a special needs dog and I want to be that person for you and your pet when you need me. My own dog, who passed in April 2025, had CHF and I could barely stand to let him out of my sight. I was lucky that the people who fostered him offered to watch him when needed. Without them, I'm not sure how I would've found someone I could really trust to be patient and kind to him. Now that he's gone, I want to be able to be that person for others. I work completely remote, so I am always home, giving me a great opportunity to care for special needs animals or just animals in general. I work Mon-Fri, 12-8 and weekends are usually free. I live close to a dog park that I took my previous foster to every day and have a nice neighborhood for walks. I have a yard (not fully fenced in) with a tie out leash, though I go outside often and would never leave your pet alone. I got the tie out recently for my foster to help her with separation anxiety but would walk around the yard and area with my own dog for a few minutes every hour or so. I have lots of toys and keep a pet water fountain running at all times. I keep a couple of dog beds throughout the house, so there is always somewhere soft and comfortable to lay down, whether they want to stay close by or would prefer some space. My house is their house while they're here. Besides the trash cans, they are welcome to explore.

“I'm so thankful for people like Kristin. It's always nice knowing you can leave your pets with someone who cares. Great communication and will definitely be using her again!”

“Catrina and her family helped us out when we were in a bind by coming over and feeding our dogs and letting them out for a while. They were very kind and accommodating. We appreciate the assist, thank you so much!! ☺️”

About: Since I can remember, i’ve always done the favor for my neighbors/family members to take care of their pets while they are away on vacation or any last minute sitting. I enjoy spending time with animals, whether that be going on walks, giving them cuddles, playing out doors or even giving them a bath ! If you have specific instructions for me to follow, such as set feeding or potty time I will be punctual with those. I am no excited to meet your pet and spend time with them :) I am currently working a part-time job in the afternoon to later evening. I am free anytime in the morning and anytime after 7:30 pm. I am a college student and currently am on summer break, when school picks back up in the fall I will be available anytime on the weekend. I will make sure that your pet is comfortable around me and comfortable with me petting them! In your home I will first speak with owner and figure out pets routine and their favorite spots around the house and which areas are off limits, I will get familiar with the home as well. I don’t plan on having any pets over as I do live in a small apartment but if that be the case at any time, I will speak with owner and make sure I have all the essentials for their pet to have a welcoming and comfortable stay.

About: Hello, my name is Tracy and I'm a total dog person! Although I can't have a furry friend at home due to my living situation, I volunteer as a dog walker at the local capital humane society here in town. I've had the pleasure of working with dogs of all breeds and sizes, from tiny Chihuahuas to massive Great Danes! There's nothing better than seeing their tails wag and spoiling them with pets and treats. My dream is to own a large piece of land where I can provide a forever home for senior and handicapped animals. Until then, I'll continue to volunteer and do my part to help these amazing companions! I currently work full time and have a part time job on top of that i also volunteer 1 day a week at the capital humane society as a dog walker! i enjoy taking walks around the park and or neighborhood, after our long walk then we would go to the dog park and meet all our other furry friends!

About: Owned dogs all my life with experience from puppy to end of life. I truly believe our pets are part of the family and should be treated as such I often work from home with a lot of flexibility. I am up early and stay up late so can be accommodating to many schedules I do not have a fenced yard, I leash walk animals regularly. Historically with my own dogs I have underground fencing. Safety and attention are my concerns for animals

“Liz was great!! My fur kids just loved her. She even took time to come over before the scheduled date to meet my kids and learn their routine. She was so good with them and sent the best pictures!!”

“We were so lucky to find a dog walker in Ashland. Kim is only 10 minutes away from our campsite at Ashland RV Campground. It was such a relief finding her. Very easy to work with, walked and played with Dixie for about 45 minutes. We've used her twice & will continue while here for CWS.”

“We’ve never used a service like this before so we were nervous but it was awesome! The communication and pictures we received from Victoria gave us peace of mind so we could relax while we were gone from home. She took care of our anxious dog without batting an eye and we came home to a happy puppy! Thank you!!”

“Jessica did so awesome with taking care of my 9 month old puppy with drop in visits! She played with her and took her on walks even when it was chilly outside. She was also willing to put diapers on her which wasn’t an easy task! My pup loved having her come play and will miss her!”

I'm also available for some afternoon/evening hours on Thursdays, and evenings on Friday. I am currently not booking weekends but this may change soon, so check back. I do meet-&-greets for first time clients and then bookings to follow. You are not considered booked until your booking is paid, you will then be added to my schedule, at which dates/times will be locked in. I require a 3 day cancelation at this time but understand that things come up. I currently only do 30min and 60min drop ins. And 60min walks. Future boardings to come, check back. I like to acknowledge not only the importance of your pet but of you, your family and the home I work in. About: Hi! My name is Maddie and I am a current Master’s student at the University of Nebraska in the Counseling Psychology program. Since I was very little, animals have been an important part of my life. I have lived with dogs for as long as I can remember! I have had a lifetime of feeding, playing with, walking, and caring for them. I have also had experience with various sizes and breeds of dogs, and regularly look after a handful of pets (including cats) in my neighborhood. I have plenty of time during most of my days to snuggle, walk, and care for any of your furry friends. I work from home in addition to being a full-time student. My only "full" day of classes is Wednesday, but I am able to take breaks to come on check on my furry friends throughout the day. Otherwise, I am able to spend a lot of time at home and outside with your pup! While caring for your pet, I understand that I would be occupying the space that is your pet’s home. I also understand that the space should remain as it was when you left, and will always clean up after myself and only use what I am permitted to use by the owner! I want to make sure that both you and your pet feel secure with me being in your home.
