And with the resilience and dedication of V-formed geese, my four-legged family was exercised and engaged in such a good way. Evidenced in her calm and content energy in my return home. Reminding me of the words from my favourite poet, Mary Oliver, in the last verse of her poem titled, October: “One morning the fox came down the hill, glittering and confident, and didn’t see me- and I thought: so this is the world. I’m not in it. It is beautiful.””

I’m very reliable and would love the opportunity to walk your dog! I’m currently working part-time at a retail job, where I work 1-2 times a week. Monday nights I help coach my high school’s wrestling program. Otherwise, I have WIDE availablity for any time or day of the week. About: I was in 4-h for around 7-10 years and showed horses, cattle, rabbits, cats and dogs. I lived on a farm so I am good with all sized pets. I have a deep passion for animals and personally have 2 dogs a chocolate lab and siberian husky, and 2 cats a orange tabby and grey maine coon. I am a full-time college student so my schedule is pretty open all week and the weekends besides church Sunday mornings and I work Saturday nights 5-11. I am very responsible and have lots of experience pet-sitting. I strive to do my best job for all my cliets while also being respectful of their home.

About: I have always grown up in a household with pets and see them as family members. Currently enjoying the companionship of my 2 fur babies. Throughout my time of loving animals, i have had pets with allergies, a 2 different orthopedic procedures on knees and 2 eye procedures and feel comfortable with giving medications or eye drops. When it comes to my animals, I value the importance of them having the ability to be cared for when I am away and look forward to providing that to other familys. I am available most friday afternoons and weekends for drop ins and walks in the lincoln area. Could consider evenings on additional days upon request. Currently my animals are free roam, but I do have experiance with crate training. My animals enjoy daily walks, mind stimulating activities and practicing of their learned tricks, and lots of love.

About: I have taken care of dogs most of life, six dogs in total. Most recently I had a German Shepherd, Australian Cattle dog mix name Waylan. I started with Rover over 4 years ago and have sat for over 50 clients and 82 pets. To name a few I have taken care of Pit Terriers, Bull Terriers, Australian Cattle Dogs, Great Dane, Bearded Collies, Bearded Dragon, Mice, Hedgehog, and many cats. All from different families and all in-home stays. I consider myself an observant and knowledgeable animal lover. When it comes to special skills, I have experience training and administering medicine. My work schedule is M-F, 8:30 to 5pm in-office. Outside of those hours, I spend with your pets. Despite working full-time in-office, the happiness and safety of your pets is still my number one concern. I am looking forward to the care and attention I can give your pets in their home environment. I have experience taking care of dogs on farms, in apartments, and town homes.

About: As a pet owner myself for over 7 years, I’ve taken care of both small dogs and larger breed dogs! My chihuahua mix is my baby, and i will treat your doggies with as much love as i do mine. I do regular dog walks around our beautiful neighborhood, as well as frequent potty walks. I’m currently working full time at a daycare Mon-Fri, but am available on weekends for boarding or dog sitting!! I get off work around 6pm, if you have any questions let me know! Although my apartment does not really have a backyard, we do have mini dog parks for them to socialize, and i also make sure to do regular potty walks, as well as long walks around the neighborhood.

Every morning starts with feeding my dog and taking him for a quick walk to get some energy out before the day begins. In the evenings, I usually spend about 30 minutes either going on a longer walk or playing fetch at the park. On weekends, I make time for grooming like brushing his fur or giving him a bath if needed and sometimes schedule vet checkups or pick up new toys or treats. It’s a routine that keeps me grounded, and it’s always nice to end the day with a loyal companion by my side. When caring for pets in either my home or a client’s home, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and consistent environment. For dogs, I ensure they have regular feeding times, fresh water, daily walks, and playtime to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. I also follow any specific instructions the client provides, such as administering medications or adhering to training routines. If I’m in a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain the pet’s regular schedule to reduce stress from their owner's absence. I clean up after the pet, monitor behavior for signs of illness or anxiety, and send updates (with photos) to the owner for peace of mind. Whether it’s overnight care, walking, or short visits, my goal is to make each pet feel safe and loved while their owner is away.

About: Dogs and cats are my speciality. I have been pet sitting for quite some time. My friends, people from church, neighbors, and my family members. I am such an animal person! I will play with your furry friends while you are away seeing the world. I will make sure they have their basic needs and as well as the comfort of home. I know that their environment as well as who is taking care of them is a game changer for your furry friend! I work at a school. School is almost out. So I will be available after June 5th. I have lots of flexibility with my schedule during my summer months. During the school year, I am at school most of the day. I would be available during the evening hours after 5pm. I prefer fenced in yards. I love when pet parents have a wide range of dog toys provided to play outdoors as well as indoors.

About: I started my care for dogs when I was 14. I often sit for friends and family when they need me. I am an animal lover who just loves spending time with new animals. I love getting to know all of their sweet personalities. I am currently a student with no more than 2 classes a day so lots a free time to spend with your pets. I would be free to let out your pets multiple times a day and even spend the night if you would like. I am very accommodating when it comes to all types of animals. We can discuss what your animals need in your house and find some type of system.
