About: Hello! I'm Selena, a student at Skidmore college, doing research over the summer. Back home, I'm the owner of one dog as well as two cats, and I regularly dog sit for my friends and family members. My love of animals is well known and I'm always their go-to for pet sitting, as they know I'm always happy to do it. My current Bernedoodle has been with me since she was just a puppy, so I'm very aware of how much care and attention puppies need. I've also cared for dogs on the older side, and I'm open to dogs of all ages and sizes! Caring for pets is very important to me, so much so that when I do not have an animal to care for (i.e. when I'm alone at school), I become very sad. Growing up, taking care of animals every day was very important to me. I am unfortunately a college student living in on-campus housing, so I am unable to care for pets in my own space. However, I make sure pets are happy in my client's home and makes sure to keep the space maintained well!

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals my entire life. Ever since I can remember my mother has been fostering dogs and I’ve always been right there to help her. I’ve owned dogs such as Bull Mastiffs all the way to Chihuahuas so size is no issue for me. Every dog me or my family have owned were taught all their tricks by me including sit, stay, speak, spin, leave it, quiet, lay, take it, etc. I am currently working a seasonal part time job Monday through Friday from 2:30-5:30, so I have plenty of time to check up on and play with your pup. I can crate your dog if needed. I usually feed my dogs 3 times a day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I can send pupdates for you and provide FaceTime calls if warranted for your furbaby.

About: I’ve had a family dog my entire life, so caring for dogs has always been a big part of my life. I also have experience watching and walking dogs for other people, including strangers’ pets, and I’m comfortable with different personalities and energy levels. I’m active, reliable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs, whether that’s going on walks, playing, or just making sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I’m available throughout the week and have a pretty flexible schedule. While I have an internship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I still have plenty of time for pet care, walks, and check ins. I’m patient and understand that not every animal is super outgoing or likes new people right away. About: Hi there! My name is Natalia and I live in South Burlington my little 12 year old fur baby (pug/daschund mix). I can understand and relate to the stress and importance of finding a trustworthy care giver. I would love to be able to give the kind of care to your little one like I would expect for my own. South Burlington and Williston area would work the best for me. I would love to meet your family and spend time with your little fur baby! :) I would be available Monday through Friday after 5pm (and before 8:30am depending on situation) and any time Saturday and Sunday. About: I have been a Vet assistant for almost 2 years and on the road to becoming a technician. I have also taken a 2 year small animal science program. I am fear free certified along with CPR in animals. I have a bunch of experience working with animals, and am comfortable giving medication or whatever care they may need! Im available most weekends and a couple weekdays to take care of your pets. I’m also available most nights after work to squeeze in some visits as well! I make sure the pet is as comfortable as I am. If the pet isn't comfortable then it won't be a good experience for me or them.

About: Animals are too good for humankind, so they should be treated like absolute royalty. I grew up with cats and had a small but successful dog-walking and pet-sitting business in my neighborhood growing up. I am more than happy to treat your pet as if they were my own <3 I am currently unemployed and searching for a new job, but in the meantime, outside of my rugby schedule, I am available to take care of your pets! About: I have donated many hours going to my local dog shealter and dealing with many different types of dogs. Learning each of their personalities was one of my favorite things about going there. I then ended up adopting one myself! I have just graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh and still am unsure of my next move in life. I have such a strong passion for animals and love spending time with them and also doing what is necessary to make their lives better. I have a big back yard with no neighboring dogs, this allows for my one dog to have the best time back there. I have a 30 ft leash and balls are provided!

About: Common courtesy and communication is paramount. **Willing to travel up to an hour away. Just because Rover says you are outside my service area it does not always mean you are. I have clients an hour North and South of me. **Necessary update as of 6/21/23** I will require current credit card info be on file at your vet or provided for me in your pet write up ONLY in case of emergency. In the event of an emergency and I could not get a hold of the human, puppies have no pockets to hold a card, the vet required me to pay. I have raised 3 separate RESCUE Rottweilers to be exceptional ambassadors of their breed. I currently do not have any pets since my big boy passed away in 2016. I hope to again one day have my own dogs. Until then I will love YOUR pet. **I DO NOT board animals at my home. Only repeat clients would MAYBE be possible for a very short amount of time.** Clients pets have included many breeds, species for days, weeks. Many Golden Retrievers, Doodles, mixes aka Heinz57s, Old English Sheep dog, lots of kitties, a chameleon, turtles, a bearded dragon, a small bird, fish, Rottweilers, a very challenging but lovable English Bulldog and Huskies one of which was very reactive. Oh and a LOT of house plants! PLEASE NOTE: I am deathly allergic to horses which I am very sad about. Any type of animal requiring LARGE amounts of hay would also be a problem i.e, goats, cows, alpacas I am sorry to say. Small rodent animals requiring hay for food or bedding has not been a big deal. My personnel dogs were very public dogs, parks, events etc. With the ever present fact in mind that as good as my animal was it is still an animal. Never purposely putting them in a situation to be loose (unless at home or a fenced park) or get into anything that could harm them. Read quite a few books/manuals by military working dog trainers in hopes of training a service oriented Rottie. Came very close to passing the Good Citizen certification but my dogs never liked the “stay” part when I had to walk away with my back turned. They just had to be next to me. So close. PLEASE NOTE: I have my preferences set to NOT to show any photos of YOUR pet publicly. I would ask permission first to share. Photos only NEVER infomation of course. My schedule allows me to be available to be in YOUR HOME, with your pets all day/night, unless noted ahead of time and of course trips to the store. I have many types of animals that insist on sleeping in bed just like they do when their people are home which in fine by me. Just take some Benadryl and snuggle on in. I try to stick closely to how the home runs normally so the pets do not have any surprises that can make them anxious. Sleep, food, walks, play time etc. I supervise dogs in their own yard fenced or not. I am very organized and like an outlined idea of their schedule to be written down for me to follow as closely as YOU would.
