About: Common courtesy and communication is paramount. **Willing to travel up to an hour away. Just because Rover says you are outside my service area it does not always mean you are. I have clients an hour North and South of me. **Necessary update as of 6/21/23** I will require current credit card info be on file at your vet or provided for me in your pet write up ONLY in case of emergency. In the event of an emergency and I could not get a hold of the human, puppies have no pockets to hold a card, the vet required me to pay. I have raised 3 separate RESCUE Rottweilers to be exceptional ambassadors of their breed. I currently do not have any pets since my big boy passed away in 2016. I hope to again one day have my own dogs. Until then I will love YOUR pet. **I DO NOT board animals at my home. Only repeat clients would MAYBE be possible for a very short amount of time.** Clients pets have included many breeds, species for days, weeks. Many Golden Retrievers, Doodles, mixes aka Heinz57s, Old English Sheep dog, lots of kitties, a chameleon, turtles, a bearded dragon, a small bird, fish, Rottweilers, a very challenging but lovable English Bulldog and Huskies one of which was very reactive. Oh and a LOT of house plants! PLEASE NOTE: I am deathly allergic to horses which I am very sad about. Any type of animal requiring LARGE amounts of hay would also be a problem i.e, goats, cows, alpacas I am sorry to say. Small rodent animals requiring hay for food or bedding has not been a big deal. My personnel dogs were very public dogs, parks, events etc. With the ever present fact in mind that as good as my animal was it is still an animal. Never purposely putting them in a situation to be loose (unless at home or a fenced park) or get into anything that could harm them. Read quite a few books/manuals by military working dog trainers in hopes of training a service oriented Rottie. Came very close to passing the Good Citizen certification but my dogs never liked the “stay” part when I had to walk away with my back turned. They just had to be next to me. So close. PLEASE NOTE: I have my preferences set to NOT to show any photos of YOUR pet publicly. I would ask permission first to share. Photos only NEVER infomation of course. My schedule allows me to be available to be in YOUR HOME, with your pets all day/night, unless noted ahead of time and of course trips to the store. I have many types of animals that insist on sleeping in bed just like they do when their people are home which in fine by me. Just take some Benadryl and snuggle on in. I try to stick closely to how the home runs normally so the pets do not have any surprises that can make them anxious. Sleep, food, walks, play time etc. I supervise dogs in their own yard fenced or not. I am very organized and like an outlined idea of their schedule to be written down for me to follow as closely as YOU would.

She stayed in contact with us, made sure our cat took his meds, which is extremely important , and sat with him and pet him every visit so he wouldn't be lonely. She was prompt and stuck to her schedule. She made sure our cat had fresh water and food, and cleaned the litter box. We were anxious about leaving him but she demolished our fears and we were able to rest assured knowing our cat Maui was being well taken care of. About: I have had pets since I was 4 years old! I love having pets in my home and making them a part of my family. My dog loves every dog she has ever met and loves to have a playmate! If you bring your pet to my house they will be treated like one of my family members! I work full time Monday-Friday 7:30-4, but my husband works from home and I am home all day during the weekends. My husband also loves dogs and has plenty of free time during his work day to take walks and give lots of love! I have a fenced in back yard with lots of room for running. We are on a cul de sac so there is very little traffic in my part of the neighborhood. My home also has several baby gates to make sure that your pet is safe if I have to leave them in the house for a short amount of time.

I board 7 days a week and run daycare Tues-Fri We have a large dog specific room which daycare is run out of (while boarding your dog can join daycare for no extra cost) this room has a dog door that leads to the large fenced in yard. We have chickens in the backyard, All fenced in. birds in the house, a lizard in the house. We love animals! I’m home all day long so your animal will get lots of attention! I currently am home all day long. We love kid friendly dogs! The kids go to school but are happy to help once they come home! We would love the extra pup! Our pets are maintained in a clean environment. We have a fenced in yard and a little dog door so they are able to have a little freedom but are still safe. And we make sure that they have food and water as they need it.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, and have helped care for them from puppy to senior. I’ve been caring for my cats for the last 3 years. I have a deep love for animals and often care for strays when I can. I’m familiar with feeding, walking, and giving medication, and I’m reliable and attentive with every pet. I don’t start my next semester of college until September, so I’m very free and flexible throughout the summer. I also have experience watching and walking dogs for other people, including strangers’ pets, and I’m comfortable with different personalities and energy levels. About: I have been a Vet assistant for almost 2 years and on the road to becoming a technician. I have also taken a 2 year small animal science program. I am fear free certified along with CPR in animals. I have a bunch of experience working with animals, and am comfortable giving medication or whatever care they may need! Im available most weekends and a couple weekdays to take care of your pets. I’m also available most nights after work to squeeze in some visits as well! I make sure the pet is as comfortable as I am. If the pet isn't comfortable then it won't be a good experience for me or them.

About: I have donated many hours going to my local dog shealter and dealing with many different types of dogs. Learning each of their personalities was one of my favorite things about going there. I then ended up adopting one myself! I have just graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh and still am unsure of my next move in life. About: I’ve taken care of dogs both big and small and have most experience regarding senior dogs as I have my own as well, and even puppies. I also am a lover of walking/hikes and love to bring any dog along with me! I currently have a fairly open schedule with just two classes during the week for only an hour each monday-thursday but can come in the morning afternoon or evening around those classes anytime! I have experience with a leash for walking as well as crate experience as well if required. In clients homes I always make sure to keep a close eye on pets and follow any guidelines homeowners have set whether it be a leash etc. I also always make sure to clean up if need be especially with cats and food haha. At my own home there is no fence but I am always sure to keep an eye on the pets.

About: I have worked and lived with working police k9s and pet dogs. I grew up around dogs, cats, and other animals. I foster kittens for the local animal shelter every year for last several years, so there may be some additional felines at times. I’ve delivered babies and have cared for sick animals. My last dog was a giant breed with special needs in the end, and now have a toy Mexican hairless dog, and one indoor/outdoor cat. It’s just me and the two pets so a nice quiet calm house with fenced yard and safe neighborhood with great walking paths. I really enjoy animals and will treat your pet with love and care. If I have to work that day they get whatever care they need in the AM and when I return, I go straight to them. Often I ask the neighbor to give a midday potty break to the dogs if needed! We go for a nice walk, or jog depending on the weather. Sometimes we walk to road other times through the woods. We may go for a little outting, I bring my dog whenever I can, or spend time in the yard hanging out. Couch cuddles are a must, every day for us lol. Days off I center around my pets as much as I can :) Basic necessities are a given: food, water, walking/playing, potty breaks! The cats litter gets scooped and dog poo cleaned up. If needed, medications administered. In my home the pets are family, and we are always willing to temporarily add to it - the more the merrier!
