About: I have had family pets since I was three that I have helped care for. As a child, I volunteered at the Saratoga animal shelter and spent time caring for the cats and dogs there. When I was fourteen, I worked at a pet resort, where I checked dogs and cats into the hotel and made sure they were safely cared for. When I was eighteen I got two cats, Noodles and Drake, who I absolutely adore. I am a 23 year old university student who is currently working on my phd. I’m excited to have the opportunity to care for animals during the summer and part time during my semester. I have experience caring for a wide range of breeds and ages. I also have a cousin and cousin in-law who are veterinarians and can be of assistance in case of any emergency. I look forward to care for your pet!! I’m currently on break from university, where I am working on my phd for history. Therefore, I have almost completely open availability for taking care of your pets! I may have one online class from 6-9 pm on Wednesday. I am dedicated to provide your pet comfort and love so that you have peace of mind while you are away from home. I will watch your pet at all times while they are outside on a walk or going to the bathroom. I will keep good watch of them in the time and will provide frequent potty breaks. I have a cousin and cousin in law who are veterinarians, so if I have any concerns, I have a trusted vet who I can immediately get in contact with. I am always reachable in case you have any questions or concerns.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals my entire life. Ever since I can remember my mother has been fostering dogs and I’ve always been right there to help her. I’ve owned dogs such as Bull Mastiffs all the way to Chihuahuas so size is no issue for me. Every dog me or my family have owned were taught all their tricks by me including sit, stay, speak, spin, leave it, quiet, lay, take it, etc. I am currently working a seasonal part time job Monday through Friday from 2:30-5:30, so I have plenty of time to check up on and play with your pup. I can crate your dog if needed. I usually feed my dogs 3 times a day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I can send pupdates for you and provide FaceTime calls if warranted for your furbaby.

About: I have been a Vet assistant for almost 2 years and on the road to becoming a technician. I have also taken a 2 year small animal science program. I am fear free certified along with CPR in animals. I have a bunch of experience working with animals, and am comfortable giving medication or whatever care they may need! Im available most weekends and a couple weekdays to take care of your pets. I’m also available most nights after work to squeeze in some visits as well! I make sure the pet is as comfortable as I am. If the pet isn't comfortable then it won't be a good experience for me or them.

About: I have donated many hours going to my local dog shealter and dealing with many different types of dogs. Learning each of their personalities was one of my favorite things about going there. I then ended up adopting one myself! I have just graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh and still am unsure of my next move in life. I have such a strong passion for animals and love spending time with them and also doing what is necessary to make their lives better. I have a big back yard with no neighboring dogs, this allows for my one dog to have the best time back there. I have a 30 ft leash and balls are provided!

About: Common courtesy and communication is paramount. **Willing to travel up to an hour away. Just because Rover says you are outside my service area it does not always mean you are. I have clients an hour North and South of me. **Necessary update as of 6/21/23** I will require current credit card info be on file at your vet or provided for me in your pet write up ONLY in case of emergency. In the event of an emergency and I could not get a hold of the human, puppies have no pockets to hold a card, the vet required me to pay. I have raised 3 separate RESCUE Rottweilers to be exceptional ambassadors of their breed. I currently do not have any pets since my big boy passed away in 2016. I hope to again one day have my own dogs. Until then I will love YOUR pet. **I DO NOT board animals at my home. Only repeat clients would MAYBE be possible for a very short amount of time.** Clients pets have included many breeds, species for days, weeks. Many Golden Retrievers, Doodles, mixes aka Heinz57s, Old English Sheep dog, lots of kitties, a chameleon, turtles, a bearded dragon, a small bird, fish, Rottweilers, a very challenging but lovable English Bulldog and Huskies one of which was very reactive. Oh and a LOT of house plants! PLEASE NOTE: I am deathly allergic to horses which I am very sad about. Any type of animal requiring LARGE amounts of hay would also be a problem i.e, goats, cows, alpacas I am sorry to say. Small rodent animals requiring hay for food or bedding has not been a big deal. My personnel dogs were very public dogs, parks, events etc. With the ever present fact in mind that as good as my animal was it is still an animal. Never purposely putting them in a situation to be loose (unless at home or a fenced park) or get into anything that could harm them. Read quite a few books/manuals by military working dog trainers in hopes of training a service oriented Rottie. Came very close to passing the Good Citizen certification but my dogs never liked the “stay” part when I had to walk away with my back turned. They just had to be next to me. So close. PLEASE NOTE: I have my preferences set to NOT to show any photos of YOUR pet publicly. I would ask permission first to share. Photos only NEVER infomation of course. My schedule allows me to be available to be in YOUR HOME, with your pets all day/night, unless noted ahead of time and of course trips to the store. I have many types of animals that insist on sleeping in bed just like they do when their people are home which in fine by me. Just take some Benadryl and snuggle on in. I try to stick closely to how the home runs normally so the pets do not have any surprises that can make them anxious. Sleep, food, walks, play time etc. I supervise dogs in their own yard fenced or not. I am very organized and like an outlined idea of their schedule to be written down for me to follow as closely as YOU would.
