About: I got my first dog when I was in 3rd grade and couldn't imagine life without them now. I spent the last 12 years working with animals as well as having a full house at home. Both my dogs, champ and Oliver, I raised from 8 weeks old and did all their training myself. I have been doing walks and drop ins for 2 years now and have references available upon request! I am a stay at home mom so it's very easy to fit in providing the excellent care for your fur babies to my schedule! I can do anything needed, whether it's basic a stop during the day or if you need more specific detailed care like medicine administered. We will adjust my care routine to the needs of your fur baby.
About: I’ve been the primary care taker of my dog. I have also dog sat multiple times for 4 different dogs, three of which are in the same household. I’m currently working part-time at tacobell, and I’m still in high-school, but for the summer I am mainly working from around 930/10 to about 5/530, this will definitely change when school starts back up though! I would like to work more at other peoples houses due to my own dog being territorial.. I can take the dogs out for walks (Maybe take them on a trail if that’s alright) or I can let them into the backyard if that’s what is preferred. I will also pick up the dog’s poop (I’ll bring my own poop bags and will throw it away in the outside garbage can).

About: I’ve taken care of pets my whole life from small animals to dogs and cats! I currently have 2 cats a brown tabby and black cat! They are spoiled lol!! I’m definitely trust worthy when it comes to others animals as i was relied on by friends and family through the years of taking care of many pets! About: I have donated many hours going to my local dog shealter and dealing with many different types of dogs. Learning each of their personalities was one of my favorite things about going there. I then ended up adopting one myself! I have just graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh and still am unsure of my next move in life. I have such a strong passion for animals and love spending time with them and also doing what is necessary to make their lives better. I have a big back yard with no neighboring dogs, this allows for my one dog to have the best time back there. I have a 30 ft leash and balls are provided!
About: Common courtesy and communication is paramount. **Willing to travel up to an hour away. Just because Rover says you are outside my service area it does not always mean you are. I have clients an hour North and South of me. **Necessary update as of 6/21/23** I will require current credit card info be on file at your vet or provided for me in your pet write up ONLY in case of emergency. In the event of an emergency and I could not get a hold of the human, puppies have no pockets to hold a card, the vet required me to pay. I have raised 3 separate RESCUE Rottweilers to be exceptional ambassadors of their breed. I currently do not have any pets since my big boy passed away in 2016. I hope to again one day have my own dogs. Until then I will love YOUR pet. **I DO NOT board animals at my home. Only repeat clients would MAYBE be possible for a very short amount of time.** Clients pets have included many breeds, species for days, weeks. Many Golden Retrievers, Doodles, mixes aka Heinz57s, Old English Sheep dog, lots of kitties, a chameleon, turtles, a bearded dragon, a small bird, fish, Rottweilers, a very challenging but lovable English Bulldog and Huskies one of which was very reactive. Oh and a LOT of house plants! PLEASE NOTE: I am deathly allergic to horses which I am very sad about. Any type of animal requiring LARGE amounts of hay would also be a problem i.e, goats, cows, alpacas I am sorry to say. Small rodent animals requiring hay for food or bedding has not been a big deal. My personnel dogs were very public dogs, parks, events etc. With the ever present fact in mind that as good as my animal was it is still an animal. Never purposely putting them in a situation to be loose (unless at home or a fenced park) or get into anything that could harm them. Read quite a few books/manuals by military working dog trainers in hopes of training a service oriented Rottie. Came very close to passing the Good Citizen certification but my dogs never liked the “stay” part when I had to walk away with my back turned. They just had to be next to me. So close. PLEASE NOTE: I have my preferences set to NOT to show any photos of YOUR pet publicly. I would ask permission first to share. Photos only NEVER infomation of course. My schedule allows me to be available to be in YOUR HOME, with your pets all day/night, unless noted ahead of time and of course trips to the store. I have many types of animals that insist on sleeping in bed just like they do when their people are home which in fine by me. Just take some Benadryl and snuggle on in. I try to stick closely to how the home runs normally so the pets do not have any surprises that can make them anxious. Sleep, food, walks, play time etc. I supervise dogs in their own yard fenced or not. I am very organized and like an outlined idea of their schedule to be written down for me to follow as closely as YOU would.

I believe pets are family and deserve the best care possible. I am open to dog walking, drop in visits as well as overnights. I have years of experience walking and caring for dogs and I’m the go-to person for my family in friends when they need a sitter. I work flexible hours and have mostly day time available with the possibility of later check ins in the evening. With a little more notice I’m available for overnight stays. I like to keep a dog’s routine as stable as possible by staying in their home. I’d love a detailed thorough schedule if possible to make sure I’m meeting all of their needs!

We were anxious about leaving him but she demolished our fears and we were able to rest assured knowing our cat Maui was being well taken care of.
