About: Hello! I'm Selena, a rising junior at Skidmore college, home for the summer. At school, I'm a member of a puppy raising club that volunteers for the Guide Dog Foundation, where we house-train pups so they can become service dogs in the future. It's super fun and rewarding work, and has gained me a lot of experience with all kinds of puppies. Back home, I'm the owner of one dog as well as two cats, and I regularly dog sit for my friends and family members. My love of animals is well known and I'm always their go-to for pet sitting, as they know I'm always happy to do it. My current Bernedoodle has been with me since she was just a puppy, so I'm very aware of how much care and attention puppies need. I've also cared for dogs on the older side, and I'm open to dogs of all ages and sizes! I'm currently a college student home for the summer taking online classes with nothing to do, so I'm very available and would love to spend my free time caring for animals! I am unfortunately a college student living in on-campus housing, so I am unable to care for pets in my own space. However, I make sure pets are happy in my client's home and makes sure to keep the space maintained well!

While I am no replacement for their person, I always follow your pet’s routines as closely as possible to keep them stress-free - no matter how detailed that routine may be! I respect your home by picking up and locking up after every visit so you can come home worry-free. I am happy to accommodate room limitations and house rules!
