“Puppy is home after his stay, and is happy, clean and very tired! Sitters are extremely responsive and accommodating, will definitely trust them with my boy again!”

“Kristopher and his family were so welcoming to Daryl, and there was a lovely dynamic among the dogs. They provided all Daryl’s favorite things: other dogs, family, and space to play. We had absolutely no qualms leaving him there. Communication with Kristopher was very easy. We will definitely reach out again!”

About: I have dog-sat for a variety of dogs and demeanors, from small untrained puppies, to older dogs on doggy-hospice. I consider my dogs part of my family and love getting to interact with and care for other dogs as well, knowing how importance they are. Outside of dog sitting, I also worked at a vet clinic for a couple of years helping to care for dogs after hours by letting them out, playing with them, giving them their medication and feeding them as well. I work from home full-time with plenty of opportunities for pet care and interaction. In my work-from-home office I have a comfy couch and dog bed that pets are welcome to sit on or sit with me as they please. I have a variety of door gates if my dogs need to be separated from dogs I am sitting for any reason. I have two levels in my home with dog food and water dishes available on both levels and exits to the fenced in yard (partial cement and partial grass) on both levels. I have the ability to gate each area of my home if needed to keep my dogs separate depending on the needs of dogs I am sitting. I like to snuggle and play with dogs and can let them out frequently. Sleep: We have extra dog crates if your dog prefers to be crated at bedtime like our dogs do, but they are also welcome to sleep on any of our couches or environment Stairs: While my home has stairs in and out, my lower level does allow for entry from the driveway and to the fenced in backyard without stairs - please let me know if your pet needs hip precautions and I am happy to accommodate! Pool and River: Our fenced in backyard does have an inground pool, we always supervise until we know how dogs interact with the pool. We live on a river but it is not accessible within the fenced in portion of the yard.

“Winston comes home from Renee’s house happy and sleepy. Her home and yard are great for a lower-energy dog. She also made sure to update me on his first day, which helped my peace of mind!”

About: Hi! I’m Kayla! I have been doing dog sitting/drop ins for about 2.5 years now. I have 2 dogs, 4 cats and chickens. I’m a stay at home mom, so my availability is very open. I am here to help with vacations, quick stops, a good afternoon walk, a potty break or some food and/or medication. I look forward to meeting you and your furbaby and giving you the best care possible 🤗 Pet care fits into my daily routine perfectly bc I am able to stop and take care of your furbaby in between times I have mom duty. It lets my days be flexible for last minute changes. We have an acre of land. We are in the process of building a fence, so right now we use leads to let the dogs explore and have some fun.

“This was the first time using someone to watch my 5 mo old puppy. So glad to have found Linda! Grace was well taken care of and came home exhausted after a day of play.”

About: ♡pricing is flexable message me for details I have pet care experience of all kinds including breeding and stud service, shots and weening. We have a large open floor plan with a 4 stall garage to roam. Price will vary if dog is not fully potty trained or in heat during their stay. I am a stay at home entrepreneur allowing me to be present with pets while they are here. I am also a self taught groomer! I will only be booking appointments on days that I can be fully present and involved with the pets scheduled. My husband and I believe this is a great opportunity to be able to love on all kinds of different breeds as our own and a fun way to take care of some of the most precious pets. * I am available for drop ins(potty breaks and walks) in the hudsonville-jenison area on Tuesdays and Thursdays aswell! There are no cats or dogs here (unless confirmed that its okay to board at the same time as another families pet) so you won't have to worry about your pet getting along with anyone else while they are here. Our yard is not fenced but we do have fenced in areas.Be sure to check your collars and leashes of any wear and tears before dropping them off💛 If your dog is medium-giant we prefer them to have a calm demeanor (couch potato) if not,but this is not a requirement 😉 tell me about your dog and we will see if it will be a good fit🧡

Emily B.
“Emily is a responsible and loving animal caregiver. She had experience caring for various pets growing up. She also worked part time at a local vet clinic in high school. Emily especially loves dogs and has two of her own. Her husband and kids also love dogs and welcome and enjoy furry friends. She watched my dog Pepper for two weeks when I was recovering from surgery and was unable to walk him, prepare his food and pill pockets, or clean up after him. He's 15 and in doggie hospice since he has a 4-inch tumor on his liver. He eats 4 times a day and his food includes canned chicken which takes time to prepare. He also has arthritis and can’t bound up the stairs like when he was young. If he tried to go upstairs, she would pick him up and carry him so he wouldn’t struggle and fall. I have lots of pictures of her holding and cuddling him. He clearly loved her and felt loved by her. We used a reputable kennel for a few years when we needed to leave Pepper. Each dog had a large kennel and their own run. If they sat by the door to their run, someone could open the door from the office. The daily rate included feeding, going out and limited interaction with teenagers. To have extra cuddle time and extra play time, there was an additional fee for that extra time. It was worth paying for it, knowing he would miss the human interaction he had at home. At Emily's because he was out and about, instead of being confined, interaction with humans was frequently available. I know our Pepper was happier in a setting that was more like home instead of being in a kennel.”
