About: I have extensive experience in pet care, particularly with senior dogs and multi-pet households. Over the years, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges that come with caring for older pets. My responsibilities have included administering medication, ensuring they receive the proper nutrition, and providing gentle, attentive care to accommodate their slower pace and any mobility issues. In addition to my experience with senior dogs, I have successfully managed the care of multiple cats simultaneously. This includes maintaining a clean and stimulating environment, ensuring each cat receives individual attention, and managing feeding schedules to accommodate different dietary needs. My approach to pet care is rooted in compassion, reliability, and a genuine love for animals. I am committed to providing the highest level of care, ensuring that every pet feels safe, loved, and well-cared for in my presence. Animals are my passion so I’m currently just taking care of pets, so they will have my full attention for all of their needs and I can keep them on their current routines. I am currently just taking pets in their own home, so they will feel safe and well cared for in their own environment. I am happy to meet them ahead of time and get to know their routines so I can give them the best care possible.

“We are so lucky to have found Olivia. After our original sitter had to cancel 3 days before our trip, we were left scrambling to find a new one. Olivia responded to our inquiry very quickly and was flexible in scheduling a time to chat over the phone prior to us leaving. She was very communicative and provided great photos. Overall, I highly recommend her, and plan to rebook with her in the future!”

“Pamela is one of the best sitters we have ever hired! She kept our dogs comfortable while we were on vacation and sent me regular updates with photos. You can tell they had so much fun with her! We will definitely be scheduling with her again.”

About: I’ve owned dogs since I was a kid as I come from a big dog loving family! Starting with my personal and family experience: I have 2 dogs of my own: Pretzel who’s a Lab/Beagle mix and Wallace who is Lab/Heeler/Terrier mix! I have plenty of experience watching my sisters dogs, my best friends dogs, and my parents dogs. In college, I had a part-time job dropping in on a dog whose owner worked in the medical field and would have long shifts. I would go play with her, take her out to go potty and just spend time with her so she wasn’t alone for long periods of time! Aside from pet sitting for family and friends regularly, I don’t have a lot of experience outside of that; but it has always been a dream of mine to get a business like this running so I can spend my time doing what I love most, being around and caring for dogs! I feel comfortable with all breeds and sizes! Just some of the breeds I have interacted with are Dachshund, Beagle/Dachshund mix, Lab/Beagle mix, Rottweiler, Catahoula Leopard, Anatolian Shepherd, Goldendoodle, Lab/Doberman mix, and Pomskey. I am really excited about this new adventure and I hope you will pick me as your sitter! Currently I work on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays, so I have plenty of time in between to spend with other pups! I hope at some point I could have this replace my current job! Unfortunately, my dogs aren’t the most friendly with others so I cannot offer services in my home. However, there is potential for me to have pets outside in my fenced in area for some outdoor playtime! Depending on my availability I am okay with overnights at your house if you are on vacation! I would treat your pets like they were my own and follow any instructions you have! Lastly, I offer dog walking services. I would love the exercise just as much as your pup would!!

“Chelsea was great and extremely thoughtful and prepared. Asked all the right questions prior to watching the dogs and kept me updated throughout the time I was away. This was my first Rover experience and it was definitely a positive one. Thanks, Chelsea!”

“Alissa is absolutely amazing!!! We just met but my pets already adore her 🐕💙 This makes leaving them easier ~ I know our babes are in great care! The Kelley family highly recommends Alissa!!”

“Paige is a great sitter! I used her for the first time this month for ten days. From the first, punctual communication, to the end of her stay in my home, Paige proved to be an excellent dog sitter/home sitter. I received daily pictures and videos of my dog and her dog running through the fields and cuddling on the bed together. Since our original meet and greet, I had total confidence that Paige would be a good fit for taking care of my pup. She is very easy going and understands dogs. To top it all off, she left my home looking better than when I left! I would not hesitate use Paige again.”

“Shannon was awesome with our dog Echo. He eneded up needing a little medical intervention and Shannon's experience working at an emergency vet clinic was invaluable. She cared for Echo and resolved the issue and we came home to a happy pup. We would definitely use Shannon again. She was great!”

“April did awesome with our puppy! I loved that she frequently sent me photos of him and kept me updated throughout the day. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone to watch their furbabies.”

“Katelyn is amazing! Her communication was top-notch. She will be at the top of our list next time we need care for our pets. She gave us full reports on potty times and feeding. I felt so at ease with her in our home. It was great to be able to relax and enjoy our time away from home knowing that our fur babies were in good hands.”

About: I have had cats and dogs in my life sense I was a child. I can love your pets like my own in their own environment while you are gone. I currently can work from anywhere. A lot of my bisiness is all online. I can work my business online and still take care of your animals (in your home). I go by their feeding schedule, love on them, play with them, walk them, take them out potty (for dogs) and anything else the is needed to make sure pets a happy and healthy.

About: I have a great experience with many different types of dogs from senior dogs to puppies due to my wonderful experience and training I had working at an animal shelter. Every dog is different and I will take the time to make sure your dog feels comfortable and safe with me. I am currently in between jobs as my sportsbook that I was operating unfortunately closed so I have lots of time to look and care after your dogs. I have always believed if your going away and if possible it’s healthiest for the dog to stay in there environment compared to exposing them to a new place. I am more than happy to stay in your home or just stop by and make sure they are happy and safe and well cared for.

“Couldn’t have felt more comfortable with Jade staying with our high maintenance dog Nox! She’s so respectful and takes great care of our pup! She also cleans up after herself and sends lots of photo updates to make sure we were comfortable. I could alway reach her and knew our dog Nox was in good hands! I secretly don’t want to leave such a good review because I want to make sure Jade will be available whenever we need her ??. But seriously - use Jade!!!!”

About: I currently work full time in Grand Rapids. I have had two golden retrievers that I grew up with. Both made it to 10, so I have some experience with senior dogs. I love and miss them so much. I currently have three cats (lost one cat in 2021) and love them so much as well. I don’t have experience with bathing cats or dogs but love to cuddle and play with them. I have experience with cleaning up accidents, and cleaning up litter boxes. I work in Grand Rapids, so I’m not home during the day. However, I check their food and water at the beginning and end of the day. I also do their litter boxes either everyday or every other day. I play and snuggle daily. I keep my cats inside. I do not have a fenced in backyard so I would be keeping dogs on a leash outside while I’m outside with them.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. Little dogs, big dogs, hyper dogs, and grumpy and old dogs. I know that every dog is different and their care and my approach needs to reflect that. I work full time and have a flexible schedule. I am always available on weekends and after 4pm but am more than happy to stop in during my lunch break. I have a fenced in yard, two friendly dogs, rooms separated by strong doors and with lots of windows to watch the neighborhood from. Dog friendly flooring.

About: Used to caring for pets with unique temperaments. I grew up around the smallest of small dogs and the biggest of big dogs! No matter the pet I’ll love them just the same. I’m currently perusing a Master’s Degree with mostly online classes. My day job’s hours vary week to week but I usually have 3-10 free hours in a day! Whatever instructions you have for your home I will follow, and I make sure to tailor the attention to each individual dog’s needs while respecting your space.
