“This was my first time using Rover.com and I HIGHLY recommend Shannon for overnight weekend stay. She treats my pup as if they were her own. She is reliable, trustworthy and goes above and beyond. My pup adores her whole family and that means everything to me. It is apparent from the moment you see her interact with your dog that it is not just a business to her, it is her love. In addition, her knowledge regarding all aspects of canine care are extensive and helpful. The peace of mind in knowing that my pup is well cared for is priceless. I was surprised that her scheduling system is easy to use and she provided very personalized care- easy to reach and gives updates pictures of his stay. It was a last minute booking and she was able to accommodate a meetup before the actual boarding which I appreciated. She kept us updated with photo and videos of Remi throughout the day. “I was vacationing in the Hamptons when I had an emergency medical situation u needed to attend to. It was spur of the moment and I had to fly to NEW Orleans. Jared responded to my request immediately. Heet me bring my dog to him at 2am in the morning so I could get a red eye flight. He immediately set me at ease and took Redford to okay with the other dogs. He sent me photos and videos if my pet while u was gone and my dog was having a blast! I really don't think he missed me at all! I am so grateful to Jared. He is a nice person. I trust him and would highly recommend him to other pet owners who are scared to leave their dog with a stranger.
