“Lora was so sweet and did a great job of keeping me in the loop and sending photos of my cats while I was out of town! It made me feel so much better knowing they were well taken care of.”

“Mandi was the best! She took great care of my cats and was totally comfortable and willing to do insulin injections. She clearly cares a lot about animals and I felt very safe leaving mine with her!”

“This was our first time using Rover for our kitty. We appreciated Kacey’s communication leading up to and during her visit. What a great experience for us and our cat!”

“Priti did an amazing job taking care of our dog when we needed someone to drop-in for an overnight scheduling conflict. She communicated with us during each visit, sent us lots of cute pics and didn't hesitate to ask questions to make sure our dog was well taken care of. When we had a flight delay and reached out to her in a panic, she was more than accommodating to one last evening drop-in. She took such great care of our dog and put our minds at easy. Definitely will reach out her in the future!! Thank you Priti!!”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our dogs. From the moment we met, it was clear they had a natural connection with animals. She is gentle, attentive, and incredibly patient. Will definitely book again with Liz :)”

“Talia was an such an exceptional cat sitter for our Bengal cat. She treated our boy, Finn, as if he were her own...Finn warmed up to her, jumped on her lap to cuddle after the 2nd or 3rd visit (we didn't expect that) as if Talia was one of our family. We didn't realize all the ways we spoil our cat until we wrote our instructions down for Talia.. she followed them all to the letter, and her daily pictures of Finn were really nice!”

About: I recently earned my degree in Animal Science, giving me a strong background in animal behavior, health, and care. I have hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs needing gentle attention. My education and practical skills ensure I can provide safe, reliable, and personalized care for every pet. I work part-time as a cattle inseminator for only 4–8 hours a week, which leaves me with plenty of flexibility for pet care. My schedule allows me to plan visits, walks, or overnight stays around my limited work hours, ensuring pets get consistent attention and care. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I maintain their normal routines so they feel comfortable and secure. I follow all instructions for feeding, walks, and playtime while ensuring the home stays safe—doors, gates, and leashes are always secured. I pay attention to each pet’s unique needs, whether that’s extra exercise, medication, or calm companionship, so they’re happy and well cared for in their own familiar space.

About: I’ve been taking care of all types of dogs for over 10 years. I have a very friendly German Shorthair Pointer who loves to play! I’ve trained many puppies who have all grown up to be well-balanced dogs. The last 8 years I have worked as a special education teacher and recently took a role at an outdoor school working part time. This change has freed up my afternoons and I would love to fill that time helping families take care of their animals! My husband works from home and I work part-time as a preschool teacher with plenty of time to play/walk/watch your dogs! We are free on the weekends, too. We love dogs of all ages and sizes. We already take care of our very friendly 4 year old dog so adding more dogs to the schedule is no problem! Ozzy is high energy but the friendliest dog! He loves all dogs, cats, and kids. He is happy to play and run but is also happy to leave other dogs alone if they don’t want to play with him. He is not pushy or aggressive at all. No resource guarding troubles or problems sharing toys or water bowls. I have a fully fenced yard with lots of room to run and play outside. A very friendly GSP to help socialize or burn energy. I am comfortable crating your dog if that’s part of their routine and comfortable feeding and administering medicine as well. Our day is structured to not only meet Ozzy’s (GSP) needs but maintain behavioral expectations as well. To ensure safety, when other dogs visit, I constantly watch their interactions to ensure good behavior/social skills and will intervene to administer breaks or corrections when necessary. The house has ample room to separate dogs if needed.

About: I have been around dogs and cats since before I was in school, I used to house sit for several neighbors when they would go on vacation, have dealt with pets from the baby stages all the way to their senior stages making sure they're well taken care of and comfortable. I currently am a stay at home, I have plenty of time in my schedule to take on the role of caring for your fur babies, especially the ones that need extra care and love. I have free time everyday of the week I believe pets are more comfortable in their own homes so I provide care in your home. I believe that following instructions and giving your pets exactly what they need is priority, I would love to meet them and spend time keeping them comfortable while you're away.

“This was my first time using Rover and having Ali take care of my cat while I was out of state was great! Ali was communicative and great with my cat! I would highly recommend hiring Ali 💯😊”

About: My family has a border collie of our own at home and he has always needed tons of care. As a herding dog, he’s always been an energetic and high maintenance guy. I have been looking after his needs since I was 10, along with an host of other small animals (2 hamsters, a fishy, and a trio of pet rats!) and I’d be delighted to show your pets the same level of love and care I show my own. 🐶🐱🐹🐍🦜 I’m also an elementary education major with a minor in inclusive/special ed. I am no stranger to the patience and care that goes into teaching and taking care of little humans, and that extends to animals as well. While I am home for the summer, I would love to look after your furry friends (and they’re free to help me with my school work for summer classes, too)! I am home for a short time this summer, before I move into a house in Bellingham with some of my peers. Because I am taking classes remotely this summer quarter, I will be able to care for your pets whenever I am needed! I am able to do potty breaks, walks, feeding, anything your pet needs. I will do my very best to ensure they have the care they require to make them comfortable.

“Krista was easy to communicate with during the entire process. She was attentive and followed the instructions and scheduled to a T. We felt very much at ease during our trip knowing we could count on her. We will definitely be booking her in our future.”

About: I have taken care of a wide variety of pets my entire life! I am comfortable around animals, including lizards. I treat all pets like family. I work over nights, so I am avaliable all day to care for your pets needs. I will also check I'm before I go into work and when I am off. I have a fenced yard for dogs to run around in, as well as a dog park up the road. I have cat towers and scratches for cats to enjoy.

“Esther did drop in visits in my home while I was on vacation. My dog is comfortable at home so this arrangement worked great for us. Esther came the same time two times per day and sent pictures and updates of the visit including food, water, meds and what they did together during the visit. I was finally able to enjoy my vacation because I knew Cooper was in such good hands. I came back from my trip and my dog was just as happy as when I left. I enjoyed the sign in and out feature of the app as well. I will 100% book with Esther again.”
