About: I have always loved animals especially dogs ever since I was a small child and growing up I always had a very good relationship with animals. Not to mention they will always be in great care with me always 🥰🐶❤️. I also go on midday walks so they are mentally and physically stimulated. My husband takes the dogs out for long walks in the evenings as well. We are happy to include your pets into this schedule or add any additional care into this routine per your request and/or according to your pet’s needs. I have a large yard and 2 lovable pups that can keep your dog(s) company. We go on frequent walks and bathroom breaks around our quiet neighborhood and have tons of play space around the house. About: I believe that every child should grow up with the unconditional love of a pet. We rescued our first to grow up with our adult daughter and our newest addition has grown up with my teenage daughter. So in between your pet can be as lazy or as active as he, she or they wants. I have a large fenced back yard for playing and a huge front and back porch for lounging. Our home provides open space and cozy spaces for relaxing.

Your dog will have plenty of play time with my dogs in my fenced in yard, daily walks, and I enjoy training basic commands and leash walking. *Note: I am not the right fit for dogs who need to be the only dog in the sitter’s home. I work from home M-F with a flexible schedule that allows for plenty of yard play and neighborhood walks. Because my work hours are different each day, mid day dog walking is not possible for me unless you live in the Hyattsville/Bladensburg/Riverdale area of Maryland. Communication, safety, and advocating for your dog’s needs are of utmost importance to me. For example, my dog loves trail runs, hikes, and trips to the dog park. Should your dog enjoy any of those activities, you can trust that I will be attentive to their needs and advocate for them in different environments. If you’re not sure but want me to try, I’ll be attuned to your dog’s cues and respect their communication. I will not push them past their limits - they need to know I have their back. I have one large and one small crate should your dog be used to crate sleeping or in the process of crate training. Let’s discuss what your dog needs to feel comfortable when we connect.

About: I've always had dogs growing up in southern Virginia. I have taken care of my own pets for the past 10 years, I have a dog and a cat (that acts like a dog). My dog is not spayed, so I have experience with dogs in heat. If your dog is not neutered, I have experience monitoring behavior and separating the animals. My parent's dog is not neutered. As a loving parent of a goldendoodle, pet care is a big part of my daily routine. I am able to work remotely on most days so I can be flexible with my dog walking schedule. Most mornings start with fresh water and fresh food and a walk. I usually walk my dog again during lunch and then after the work day is over in the evening. I understand dog/cat behavior and know when to separate the animals. Moreover if you dog is crate trained, I will use that as their safe space whenever they may be anxious. If possible, please leave an item from home with your scent.
