The visit was actually cut short due to a change in scheduling at the VA but when I picked him up, he was happy to see me, but didn't seem upset at all. This is a spoiled little boy and he was as comfortable as could be expected.! Lori was friendly and confident with how she handled things. I will definitely use here services again! About: As a military spouse I have helped care for our dogs and many of our neighbors dogs as well. From large to small, I love dogs of all kinds. I enjoy walking and playing with dogs, and our own dog loves the company of other dogs. I am a mom and am in nursing school, but pet care is the highlight of my day. My schedule is open during weekends during the school semester, and outside of that I'm fulltime at home. I have a fenced in yard and a dog and cat friendly home. I also have children at home, but they are 10 and up. I prefer dogs crated at night, but during the day they are allowed to roam inside or out in the fenced backyard and will be well taken care of with lots of friendly petting in my home.

About: We've always had fur babies until now. We had to let our last pet cross the rainbow bridge at 17 yrs old. We rescued him when he was 5. Such a sweet boy!! We've also had German Shepherds, a Beagle, Rabbits, and Guinea pigs. Experience with Puppies and Senior dogs. FYI--I tend to be a bit over protective. I was able to retire early, so I'm home ALOT! Home is my happy place. My husband of 31 yrs still works a few days a week but is also home often and loves animals. We have a fenced in backyard with grass areas, and a pool. I'm very protective and would take your baby out front on leash, and out back on leash or under strict supervision, whichever you dictate. We have a large front yard and side yard and live on a quiet dead end street which is perfect for walks. We also have a fairly large home where small dogs can get plenty of indoor exercise. Home is my happy place! I retired early so I'm home most of the time. My husband of 31 yrs still works a few days a week but is home other than that. He loves animals too! I have a fenced in back yard and a large front & side yard. I'm over protective and will keep your pet on leash outside and well supervised.

My Macie Harper was recovering from her spay, and I did not feel comfortable to leave her home alone in her crate for any extended period of time due to a prior complication as well as maintaining a medication schedule. Melanie was professional, incredibly sweet, and excellent with communication! Her house is perfectly equipped for pet safety & comfort. Will absolutely use Melanie’s services again!! Can’t thank her enough!! My baby girl greeted us with a smile and tail wagging and gave Melanie a million kisses!!”

About: I’ve taken care of and watched over pets for a while. My family has always had dogs, so I have a lot of experience watching dogs from puppy-age to full grown. I request cash or check only; if that is not an option, then I understand. I live in Gray, but my apartment complex has a great walking path for dogs and Founders Park in Johnson City is not far away at all! My work schedule every week is Monday 3:50pm-8:15pm, Tuesday 3:50pm-8:15pm, Thursday 3:50pm-8:15pm, and Saturday 8:20am-12:45pm. Other than those times, I am free to watch over your fur baby (or babies)! I live in an apartment, so I don’t have a fenced in yard, but my complex has a great walking path. My roommate and boyfriend are also lovers of dogs, so your baby will get plenty of love. My dog loves playing with others and is willing to share toys and treats!
