“Jaci is the absolute BEST! I’ve been using rover now for about 3 years for my dog Jasper. And she’s the BEST sitter out of every sitter that has kept Jasper. Not saying the other sitters weren’t good but Jaci is the absolute best. I reached out to her last minute for overnight boarding. She responds fast. She cares for Jasper like I care for him if not better. She sent me videos & pictures the entire time he was there. Her dog seemed friendly and got along well with other pets. I would have appreciated a few more updates during the stay, but she always responded when I reached out. To be fair, it was a holiday weekend, so I understand she may have been busier than usual. Overall, I had a positive experience, and I'm grateful she took care of Nicky.
