“Simply the best ❤️ Jasper is exhausted had a busy week and came back more loving then ever ? Thank you for everything from picture mail to communication at any time of day I appreciate you”

“We just moved to GA and are in temp housing, so we were all stir crazy and needed a change. We found Kathy and even though it’s nerve wracking to leave our boys with someone new we dropped them off. Kathy sent lots of pics and msgd how they were doing-which definitely put our minds at ease as they looked happy and active (bonus for us she had 2 boxer pups visiting to keep them busy!). We found ourselves the next weekend still in temp housing, so we were off again-took the boys-they ran up to the house excited, tails wagging so we knew they liked it there!! Our boys came home 2 week ends in a row tired-which for anyone with a boxer and golden knows is a bonus!!! Thanks Kathy-see you next time we’re heading to Atlanta!!”

“Dana and Brandon were great. Clean and welcoming environment. Kinda felt like dropping our fur-kid off at a friends house for the weekend. They stayed in touch with us and sent updates and pics. We will definitely be calling on them in the future and recommending them to our friends.”

“Bryan and his family are amazing. He walked me through the process. Answered any questions I had and even gave me knowledge on dogs that I never knew prior. Me and my dog felt so comfortable with everything and he is the absolute best. I would highly recommend him to anyone.”

“Ashley did a fantastic job of keeping us updated on Gus. She sent pictures to show how he was doing. This was his first time being boarded and I was very nervous about it. Ashley was great at communicating with me about how he was doing. Highly recommend!”

“Seulgi was amazing - if I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. She kept us updated on our dog all weekend and sent lots of pictures. We are beyond happy and definitely booking again!”

“I must say I do get nervous when Luna’s going to someone for the first time because she hasn’t met them before, but it seems that she did a great job. The sitter was very friendly, professional, and communicated very well and sent pictures which I love that. I’m glad that she also had someone to play with. I will definitely be using this Sitter again I highly recommend.”

“Uhtred had so much fun with Ladonna! She sent us lots of pics and updates - communication was great! She was extremely generous with her time and very flexible accommodating our schedule. Uhtred can’t wait to go back to hang out with all his new friends!”

“Brandi is a Godsend I was so nervous the first time I boarded my Dog Bear with her because he wasn’t use to being around other Dogs and is very shy around people. But everything went well and now he’s like part of their family.”

“Kyrie was amazing! Cooper had a blast while we were away. Kyrie was very attentive to Cooper and frequently took him on walks. He kept us updated with lots of photos and videos making our trip away stress free and knowing Cooper was in good hands. Highly recommend and will be using Kyrie again in the future.”

About: I’ve had animals my whole life. I worked at an animal shelter for a couple of years when I was in high school as well. I currently have two small dogs that I adore. I will treat your pet as if they were my own! My weekends are normally open so I am available to check on your pet throughout the day as needed. I will send you a text with a picture each day or at each visit. I work full time during the week so any drop in visits will be outside of my normal work hours (I’m usually home from 6:45am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. I am open for boarding during the week. The dogs will have access to a doggy door at all times. I will make sure your pet has fresh food and water and can administer medication if needed. If we walk around outside, I’ll make sure the ground is not too hot for their feet.
“Jonathan is great he spoils my dog, takes Bruno to the dog part plays with him. My dog has ear problems, and Jonathan, makes sure that he keeps his ears cleaned and updates me if there’s any problems. This is the second time I used Jonathan and when me and Bruno up this time, Bruno was so excited to see Jonathan. That how I know Jonathan is taken care of Bruno as if he was his own dog and I just love that for Bruno. I would definitely recommend Jonathan.”

“Awesome sitter! They took great care of my two dogs for five days and kept me updated throughout the stay with daily messages and updates on how they were doing. It was clear that my dogs were happy and well taken care of, which made me feel much more comfortable being away from them. No complaints at all, and I would absolutely book with them again when we need a sitter. Highly recommend!”

“I left my dog Zara with Shaniece to get away for the weekend with my family. Shaniece was very timely in responses, she sent great detailed updates, and cute pictures. I was not worried at all. I knew Zara was in great hands. When we dropped her off she knew Shaniece was good people too. She went straight to her with no problems. I would most definitely book her again. I highly recommend!!!”

“Arnelia was great with my dogs! She sent many photos and videos, and she ensured they were comfortable playing with the other dogs in the home before allowing them to run around together. We also had a meet-and-greet prior to their stay, which was helpful to ensure it would be a good fit. She has a wonderful fenced yard for the dogs to run in that she keeps well maintained. Arnelia provides training and grooming during their stay and was able to quickly pick up on their training needs. The dogs seemed very happy while they were there. I look forward to working with Arnelia again!”
“While I was on a trip, she looked after my baby. I was terrified to leave him with someone. I felt bad that he believed I had abandoned him. When I was able to speak with her, she kept me informed, which is helpful because it gives me a basic notion of whether he's affected, leaving him with someone else so we can plan how to handle it going forward. Also it helped me cope leaving him. He was happy when I picked him up.”

Frequently asked questions about Rover
Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.
Every sitter on Rover has their own routine. Depending on the arrangements you agree on before the stay, a sitter can follow your dog’s regular feeding schedule, provide a comfortable place to sleep, offer companionship, and support their usual exercise and play needs.
Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, daily exercise may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.
Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Wesleyan Hills home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Wesleyan Hills.
<b>Tip:</b> You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.
You and your Wesleyan Hills sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
