About: In all my life, I've always had at least 3 dogs - from huskies to chihuahuas and in between. I've been involved with all stages of their life starting as hyper puppies to senior care. Plus, I've helped care for various litters of kittens. I've been the go-to pet sitter for so many family since I was young, and I've loved every moment I've spent with each & every pet! I'm currently a full-time college student with a pretty flexible class schedule. I work remotely so it's very easy for me to design my schedule around what your pet needs! Your pets wellbeing is the most important part! I ensure that every aspect is as safe as can be, and as a cuddle lover, they will be as loved as can be. I'm also a big walker, so I love to have a furry companion when I can!
About: Whether I’m taking care of my own cat, or just getting to know your pets for a few days, I promise to show them all the same love! I’ve had pets my whole life, and have had a cat that’s been the center of my world the past few years. Obviously her basic needs are always a top priority, but so is just spending time hanging out and playing. I recently moved to Missoula and had to leave her at home with my sister, so I’m really missing having animals around me. I currently live in a house with a small enclosed backyard and a large park nearby. The neighborhood is overall pretty quiet and great for walks!
“Marit did a great job house and pet sitting for us and was a great communicator throughout our trip. We came home to find our shy dog Cindy happy and healthy and the house was clean and tidy.”

About: My dad was a veterinarian, so I grew up with animals and am well acquainted. I know how to best take care of your pet and am prepared to handle any situation. I’m trying to earn money for college in the fall, so I’m free almost anytime and am pretty flexible. I’m usually free in the mornings My home is spacious, clean, and has a fenced in yard with two friendly dogs happy to play with your pet. I give my pets the best care possible!
About: I have had dogs in my family since I was born. Over the course of my life, we have owned 6 German shepherds and one Belgian Malinois. I have rescued dogs in need from abusive situations and gave them a second chance at life. I have experience walking, feeding, playing, and watching dogs of all sizes, but I am comfortable with dogs over 80lbs due to the types of dogs I have owned. One of the GS i had was aggressive towards unfamiliar people, so I have a special place in my heart for dogs who may need to gain trust to be with you. Additionally, I am used to e-collar training as many of the dogs i have owned have gone through that process. Finally, I am very very careful when it comes to feeding and playing after a short amount of time. I unfortunately lost my 4 year old GS Jedi to bloat. She was 110lbs, and her stomach flipped one day. After this tragic loss, my family has become extremely careful when it comes to situations to prevent this. I have always been careful since i own deep chested dogs, but it has become more apparent now that i suffered that loss. Moral of the story is, I will love and treat your dogs like my own. I have experience dog sitting and would love to be a trust worthy person to care for your animals! I am currently getting my masters degree from University of Montana in geosciences, and rover is an excellent way to be able to work around my academic schedule. I am not necessarily looking to provide boarding services, but willing if absolutely needed. I live in a 2BR apt with a backyard on a quiet street.
“Meridian was wonderful! She took very good care of my dog, sending me regular pictures of their activities. I came back to a happy and healthy dog. I will definitely be using Meridian again.”

About: I've had a pet of one kind or another since birth. I love cats, dogs, and chickens! I have one dog, Finn, who was a shelter treasure. I have had a Great Dane in the past too. I have had many cats in my life, and even a horse, a couple chickens, and some guinea pigs! I would love to meet your animals. I work 2 part time flexible jobs, so mid-day care is not a problem. I can be available most evenings and some overnights. I am not able to bring other dogs to my home. Im happy to work within the system you have set up at your home to lessen the stress on your pet. If your pet is a snuggler that is very welcome.
“Holly was absolutely amazing! This was the first time I’ve used Rover for my pets and I’ll definitely be booking with her again. She sent great updates and pictures during her stay and left my house/yard cleaner than it was before!”

About: I love spending time outdoors and bringing that same energy to the pets I care for. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just some fresh-air enrichment, I make sure every visit fits your pet’s needs. I’m experienced with dogs and cats of all temperaments and treat each one like my own. Pet care is a regular part of my daily routine since I already have three cats of my own. I’m used to keeping a steady schedule for feeding, playtime, and check-ins, so adding drop-in visits fits easily into my day. I make sure every visit gets my full attention and that pets feel calm and cared for while their owners are away. I always make sure pets are cared for in a calm and safe environment. When I’m in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions closely to keep routines consistent. I double-check doors, gates, and food portions to ensure everything is secure and every pet feels comfortable and stress-free.
“Shannon was great! She communicated well and sent us pictures throughout the weekend of our girls. She also left our home in great shape. Would love to have her back again for future trips. Thanks Shannon!”

About: I've been taking care of dogs (and cats) ever since I can remember. Starting with my family who always had dogs, I was often responsible for taking them on walks, feeding/caring for them, etc.. Later, I became the go to pet sitter in my hometown neighborhood and got a dog of my own. I genuinely enjoy this type of work and do my best to make sure the dogs I'm with remain well taken care of. They deserve only the best.--As I know from personal experience, they are family too. I am only working part time for the summer/fall season, and therefore, have ample time for pet sitting. My job is quite flexible and I can be available most days for walking and evenings for house sitting. I am happy to follow whatever guidelines suit your needs for house sitting-- whether you keep them out, crate them, or only allow them to wander certain areas of your living space, I'll be sure to follow suit. --Whatever is helpful for both your dog and yourself to feel most comfortable.
“Haley was great! I was out of town for 4 days. Haley came to the house 3-4 times a day to walk, feed and play with my dog. I am extremely happy and relieved I found such a trustworthy and great dog sitter! I will definitely be using her in the future?? Thank you!”

About: 20+ years of animal care experience including multiple rounds of tending to litters of stray kittens while growing up - much to my Dad's chagrin at the time ;) I had the honor of rehabilitating my old rescue dog to help him resolve some of his behavior issues from his prior life so I love lending a patient heart and mind to more sensitive pets or those who need a little more affection. I love to dog walk, hang with cats, and I love to meet their people! I have a fairly flexible work schedule typically between 7:00am-3:30pm and am available to do earlier walks, lunchtime walks, afternoon/evening walks and pet-sit at your house on a fairly flexible basis. While caring for your pets, I keep in my mind that they are family first and am happy to follow your guidance with respect to instructions, their/your preferences, and meet them where they are in terms of the amount of affection they like to receive. I want them and you to feel as comfortable as possible when you cannot be together!
Grant Creek pet parents share their Rover experiences
I could not be happier with the exceptional care our sitter provided for my two boys, Carter and Toby. From the very beginning, communication was clear and friendly. I received regular updates, adorable photos, and thoughtful notes about how they were doing. It was clear that they were being loved and spoiled the entire time. Both dogs were a little nervous at first, but our sitter handled them perfectly, keeping them on their routine and ensuring they received plenty of exercise, playtime, and cuddles. When I returned home, they were calm, happy, and clearly well cared for. It is such a relief to know that I can travel without worry, confident that my pups are in excellent hands. I will certainly be booking again and highly recommend this sitter. 🐾❤️

Zoe is the best! She is very responsive and was great at keeping us up to date on how our pup was doing. I have a high energy dog and she took him out for walks and made sure he was entertained throughout the day. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a great and reliable dog sitter!

Haley is a rockstar!! She was so helpful and accommodating, she had such an awesome attitude, and she was so nice to my kitty! She kept me updated with photos and was a great communicator. My kitty clearly had such an amazing time with her. I came home to a very happy puff ball.

Can't thank Ashley enough for her responsiveness and flexibility. We had travel plans change last minute due to flight cancellations and she was unbelievably kind and adaptive. We got regular updates in her short stay with our 2 hounds, and she was very communicative during the stay. Would book again if we weren't leaving the area broadly.

Julie did SUCH a fantastic job with my pup! The best thing is that I knew my pup was being loved on and snuggled while I was away for two weeks. I hadn’t left my pup for that long with a sitter before and Julie immediately made me feel comfortable and my pup was obsessed with her right off the bat. She sent updates, videos, and pictures and I could tell my pup was happy and content. I very highly recommend Julie!!

I was incredibly anxious leaving my lil babies for a weekend as I try to bring my pup with me anywhere I can and have a friend feed the kitties but Naomi was amazing!!! Immediately felt at ease leaving them in her care! She was so sweet with them, asked great questions regarding their care and stayed in frequent communication with me. Thanks Naomi!! ☺️

Carrie was such a wonderful caretaker of my pups while I was gone for the weekend. She sent plenty of photos and even inspired my dog who normally doesn't like people to ask for belly rubs and cuddles within a few hours of her arrival. What's more--she left my house in even better shape than I left it. I will definitely call Carrie again the next time I need a sitter.

Makenzie is amazing! She stayed with my two Bernese mountain dogs for a week while we were on Vacation. They had the best time and I can tell they miss her. She took them out on walks and mountain hikes. She followed all the guideline for our older dog who needed a little extra attention and care. She stayed in contact and sent us photos updating us on their activities. She also watched our house and left it cleaner than we did. She was incredible! Highly recommend her!
