“AMAZING!! My husband and I left our 1 year old Shih Tzu with Levy for 10 days to go on a cruise. The day before we had to leave we took him to the vet for an eye injury and he had to have antibiotics and eye drops twice a day. This added to the stress and anxiety of leaving him behind. Levy had kept him once before and did such a wonderful job that I knew he would be given the best care and love. Just like before, she sent videos and pics all throughout each day. I could see he was so loved and having the best time. Being new to this, we didn’t bring a bed for him to sleep on. She had one he could use and LOVED it! I ordered the same bed for him while we were on our cruise and can’t wait to see how much he likes it. Levy kept us up to date on how he was doing with his eye drops and antibiotics, letting us know he handled both with ease. I know he felt loved and that he could trust her and I’m sure that made a big difference. I had full confidence that she was taking care of him as well as we would, if not better! She has amazing joy and energy and it was so clear that our boy was so happy and well cared for. Also, I messed up the timing with our booking and didn’t allow enough time to drop off our puppy and get to the airport. I reached out to her on Rover about 1.5 days before our booking and she was so sweet and accommodating. And, as luck would have it, our flight home was delayed 2 hours. Again, she was so understanding and accommodating. She was so kind and made it clear that it was not a problem and to take my time. With the eye injury meds, booking mistake on my part, no bed, and delayed flight, what was intended to be a relaxing vacation could have been filled with guilt, high stress, and anxiety. Levy turned every single one of those things into a positive experience. Levy not only took the best care of our puppy but also the best care of us. We all love her and will only trust our baby boy with her. 5 stars aren’t enough!”
