I knew from that moment she would be provided better care than any traditional facility could ever promise. Penny can be a handful to say the least but they did an incredible job of channeling her energy. They took her for long daily walks, visited the dog park a few times, and were constantly keeping her occupied. Knowing Penny was being cared for as if I were by her side allowed me to truly enjoy my vacation without a single moment of worry. Virginia responded to every message within minutes and her and Robert both posted pictures throughout the day. On top of the incredible care they provided, they were also extremely accommodating around the drop-off and pick-up scheduling. I cannot say enough about how magnificent they were. Do yourself (and better yet your fur baby) a favor by choosing them instead of a traditional facility. You will not regret it!”
