About: I’ve shared my life with many rescue pets, each one loved into a long, happy life. Caring for animals comes naturally to me, and I treat every pet as if it were my own. Now retired, I’d love nothing more than to spend my days giving your furry family members the love, care, and attention they deserve. I currently work part-time, which gives me the flexibility and time to care for your pets. I’ll make sure they feel loved, safe, and happy while you’re away. I have a fenced yard and a small doggy door that can be kept open or closed for safety. Small dogs and cats are welcome on the furniture (if you allow it), so they’ll feel right at home. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, with fresh water available at all times. Along with attention, playtime, and walks, I also provide plenty of cuddles, brushing if needed, and a watchful eye to keep them happy, healthy, and comfortable.

About: Hi, thanks for checking out my profile! I’m Audrey. I work from home full time and I have 10+ years experience caring for animals and petsitting. I am a Rover sitter and also have my own licensed pet care business. I have just recently opened my Rover availability for new clients. Please note that at this time, I am not able to host in-tact males (with the exception of puppies). I have 2 playful female dogs, Claire and Shell. Claire was dumped at a Sinclair gas station, hence the name Claire, and she was pregnant when we rescued her. She had 7 puppies and we named them all after gas stations for fun. We kept one, Shell. The others were adopted to their forever homes after 8 weeks. It was a great experience to care for a litter of puppies, and I now have experience caring for dogs of all ages from newborn to senior. When you choose me to care for your pup, they will have access to play in our fenced yard and anywhere in the house with my two dogs. I also have a vinyl dog pool in the yard for dogs that enjoy splashing around in summer months. I spend lots of time throwing the ball in the yard, baking pupcakes, and giving belly rubs. I also bring the dogs on a hike or to the park typically every day (on or off leash - up to you) at no extra charge. I’ll send you LOTS of pictures/videos and updates throughout the day so you’ll always be at ease knowing your pup is being well cared for. Your pup’s well-being is my priority while they are in my care, and I only book a limited number of dogs at a time to ensure I can provide your dog the personalized attention they deserve. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and our bed (unless you prefer otherwise) and will be treated as if they are family. We have plenty of high quality treats to go around and I also often bake homemade treats. Our living room is full of toys and chews! And if your pup is more into cuddling than playing, I’ll make sure they get all the snuggles and belly rubs they need.

“Marta did a wonderful job with our two rescue dogs, Leo and Mickey. She kept them fed, watered, and walked for 5 days so we could have peace-of-mind during our vacation. She also reported back to us twice a day with excellent photos--nicer ones than we have. We sill certainly ask her to help us again for our next vacation!”

About: I have grown up caring for animals my whole life. I love to play and take them on walks. I can also wash, feed, and any other caregiving responsibilities. I currently work during the weekdays until around 5 but after that I am totally free. Caring for pets is something I naturally build into my routine. I make time each day for walks, play, feeding, and check-ins. Whether it’s daily walks, feeding, or just giving them some extra attention, I treat pet care as an important part of my week—not an afterthought. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I always respect their space and follow the owner’s instructions closely—whether that’s feeding schedules, medication, or favorite walking routes. In my own home, pets get a calm, safe environment with plenty of exercise, attention, and affection. I make sure each pet’s individual needs are met, from active play to quiet snuggles.

Audrey S.

“Audrey was our petsitter for many years before she left NY. She took care of our dog Ollie and our two cats Max and Chef. They all loved her. She is so personable and warm. Ollie had such a bond with her. She'd take him swimming and that was his favorite. He passed away recently and she sent us flowers. I think she was as sad as we were to see him go. Max and Chef usually hide from people but they warmed up to her so quickly. We called her the cat whisperer. She would send us videos of them playing with these yarn balls she had or curled up in her lap purring. We are thinking of getting another dog and we'll miss having Audrey around to petsit but I'm sure she's making lots of animals very happy in Utah!”

Granite pet parents share their Rover experiences
Taylor was communicative, kind, and took amazing care of our sweet Pepper! She sent lots of pictures and videos and her communication assured me that Pepper was very well-cared for. She took the time to play with Pepper - who is a pretty shy cat - and Pepper warmed right up to her. We will absolutely be working with Taylor again!! Cannot recommend her enough!!
