About: I’ve cared for pets my whole really, from my childhood dog who was my sole responsibility, to my current dog, to watching friends pets while they’re are out of town. My current pup is a large high energy dog so I know what it takes to care for active and intelligent breeds. I have a fully remote job giving me flexibility to care practically full time while my partner cares for our pet at home. I’m currently working fully remote, so I have a lot of flexibility to stay wherever I am needed. Additionally I have only a select amount of meetings each day so I have a lot of availability to take pets out every couple of hours between calls. I have a fenced in yard at my house with a friendly pup who is happy to be crated if needed. Ideally I prefer watching your pet in the environment they are most used to already :)

“I can’t say enough great things about Aria! She took amazing care of my dogs while I was away. From the very beginning, she was professional, kind, and clearly passionate about animals.”

“Anna has been awesome with my dog. She's attentive, responsive, and always leaves the best Rover cards that truly capture how weird my dog is. Would definitely use again!”

“Grateful for Roslyn. She’s been just a big help with Bella in this new transition of her being home during work days. Very communicative. And flexible.”

“He is so awesome and our dog loves him!”

About: I am a life long animal lover and pet owner. Ive had cats and dogs my whole life and love the light they bring to our lives. I truly think of pets of family and I promise to treat your baby like my own. I am comfortable with administering meds and light grooming. I’m currently working from home part time so my daily schedule is actually pretty flexible. I am available in the afternoons, evenings and even overnight. I have a pet safe home and apartment complex. We have plenty of grass and space for your baby to safely roam. Plus I am walking distance from a neighborhood park with plenty of space.

“Riley and Victoria have been great from day 1. They walk our puppy twice a day and always leave good, detailed notes about how each walk went. They are very patient with her as she is not great on a leash yet and easily excitable by other dogs. So happy I found them through Rover!”

“Claire is wonderful! She is very flexible when I need to change plans last minute. Lucy loves when she comes to take her for a walk and to play during the day.”

“Great experience with Victoria!”

“Liz provided great care for my girls. I have an older dog, that can be a challenge as she likes what she likes, when she likes it. Liz, was patient and learned how best to handle her. Liz communicates well, and provided peace of mind for my week long trip. Deserves more than 5 stars”

About: I grew up with 5 dogs, 3 labs and 2 shitzu mixes. Their energy, love and playfulness brightened all my days. I will forever miss them. My love for dogs led me to volunteer with Wags and Walks and to babysit my dog niece Phoebe. Is it a good walk if you don’t stop to pet every dog you meet? I am a career IT. I started out as an IT in the Navy, after I got sick and was discharged I decided to pivot to work doing things I love and that fulfill me. I started out volunteering, pet/house sitting for friends and realized this is what I would like to do full time until I can transition into culinary school. I have nothing but love for all animals, tenderness for their people and a passion to make their time on Earth the absolute best! While I cannot host your animals, I pride myself on being able to anticipate animals needs! No ask is too complex to me because every animal’s needs are important and deserve to be tailored.

“Thank you so much as always! You are awesome and always take such great care of our animals :)”

“Laurel is a great sitter! Hazel loves when she comes over and we always know she’s in great hands.”

About: I've been around animals my whole life, and love them dearly. I watch out for them like they are my own kids. I'm trustworthy and hard-working. I've lived with cats, hamsters, horses, a Golden Retriever, a Dalmatian (with pups!), and several mixed breed and smaller dogs throughout the years; and am looking forward to calling your little BFF a friend of mine too! I am a 38 year old mother of two. My daughter is 19, and my son is 14. We've lived in Madison for the past 11 years with our 3 cats. I work for Metro Schools, so Rover is a nice side-job especially during the breaks. I'm currently only doing drop-in visits for dogs as I had fleas brought in a couple of times that were passed onto other dogs. I'm sorry that I can't offer that service anymore, but I don't want to go through that again. I am also glad to keep (or do drop-in visits) for cats, rodents, and birds for a lower rate...also drop-ins for livestock, with the rate depending on the job. Dinosaurs are a little extra ;o) I just had a new baby and am on a leave of absence from my job with Metro Schools. I am available most any time for drop-in visits and walks. I will follow your instructions for their feeding and/or care and take the same precautions for their safety as I would take with my own pets.

“Very friendly and responsive! She seems very patient as well, i really appreciate that! ❤️ hopefully i can start having her walk my Teddy 1-2xs a week!”

About: Hey there! I work from home with an incredibly flexible schedule, & am desperate for some time with dogs! I'm a huge animal person in general (with my own terribly behaved but very handsome cat, Tim Riggins.) I just moved from Chicago, & am looking for anything that helps me get out of the house more often- what better reason than pets!? I have been taking care of other peoples animals for 20 years- long time pet sitter with dozens of references, if necessary! I love giving animals as much attention as possible... I mean, have you seen them? THEY ARE ALL SO CUTE! I love doing anything that involves spending time with animals- playing, snuggling, walking- really anything at all! I'd love to help you, & your pet out! I work from home, with a super flexible schedule so I'm available to help pretty much whatever time(s) work best for you and your pet! I'm happy to do whatever it takes to keep your pet safe while they're in my care! As an anxious millennial, I worry about everything, which works to your advantage! I'm very thorough and use a lot of care with all things animal related.

“Karen is fantastic. She is very attentive to our pups and provides great updates after her visit. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for some to stop by for midday visits or walks for your dog(s).”

“Sylvia gave Sunshine so much love and went above and beyond what was asked to care for her!”

About: I have been watching dogs for about 4 years now! I grew up with dogs my whole life and after moving out of my parents I started to have other peoples dogs come over to my house as well as going over to dog parents homes to play with their dogs/ stay overnight if needed! That way I can get my dog fill without adopting my own ( right now ) haha I currently work freelance for a music label and need some extra money, and would love to dive more into dog sitting as I am already doing that some! I don’t have a fenced yard, but I am home everyday of the week, I do a lot of work from home freelance! I also love to bring dogs to the park while I work and taking them for walks when I have my breaks! My house has two cats but they are super friendly with dogs and we can also put them in the other room!

About: I have been surrounded by animals my entire life and have never not had a furry friend around. I love spoiling not only mine, but others animals as well. My job is very demanding and I understand the stress of trying to find someone to care for my pet when I can’t. That’s why on my days off I want to give back and help others in that same situation. I’m working as an ER Nurse right now so my schedule varies by the week, but when I am off I am more than happy to walk your pet, check in on them and give them all the attention! I am respectful of your space and your pets.I am not able to watch dogs at my property now, but I am more than happy to check in on yours or stay with your pet when needed.

Remington P.
“Remington has been one of the best pet sitters we have ever found and will always be using her if she’s available! Our 2 dogs were absolutely obsessed with Remington when we came home and probably could have cared less if we came back or not. The best feeling honestly, knowing our fur babies were in great hands. Not only did Remington care for our pets but she was totally willing to keep with my watering schedule for my indoor and outdoor plants. Our home was treated with respect and was neat and tidy when we got back. You cannot go wrong using Remington as your pet sitter. You and your pets will all agree!”

Chelsea P.

“Chelsea has a long history of being an animal lover and wonderful caregiver. She's entrusted to watch all her loved ones pets whenever needed, and does so with the same care and attention one hopes to find in anyone entrusted with their children. These are traits she's naturally and effortlessly passed onto her own children as well; teaching them the same love, care, and respect for critters early. She understands the importance of knowing how to care for any living entity based on the individual. You can't get better than that when it comes to the care for your friend and family. Highly recommended!”

dale c.
“Dale is a doting mother to her own two kitties and an exceptional Auntie to my pup, Oreo. He is a 10lb sometimes too excited to see her Terrier mix, but his overwhelming kisses and lack of personal space don't seem to bother her. I would trust recommend Dale to spend time in my home during my absence and 100% know she would love on and care for my pets.”

Riley W.
“Our dogs love Riley!! She is the first person we go to when we need someone to care for our dogs! She has watched them numerous times while we are away, and has always been super responsible and reliable with our fur babies. Riley has such a big heart and love for animals. The dogs get excited to see her, and we always feel comfortable travelling and knowing they are in the best of care when they are with her.”
