I'm currently working remote on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I'll have plenty of time to drop in and play. I’m currently working part-time, so I’m available to play, train, and care for your lovable furry friend 7 days a week from 8am to 2pm and 9pm to 12am. About: Growing up, I've always had animals in my life. At one point my family had four cats and three dogs! I absolutely adore animals and the comfort, joy, and love they provide to us humans. What better way to spend my free time than to spend it with fur babies! I'm currently employed full time as a licensed social worker, and would love to dedicate some of my free time to caring for animals. My work schedule is pretty flexible which would allow me to shift things around. About: Trained two puppies and provided senior care to my precious 17 year old shih-tzu. Safety is my top priority and I maintain an environment filled with enrichment and fun. I work full-time from home and I am able to provide my undivided attention to your little ones! My sweet Ava (1 year old shih-tzu) is a gentle-mannered and friendly dog who loves to play with the dogs I watch! I have a 1,700 sq. ft apartment with long hallways suited for lots of fetch and running! We have a dog park on the roof of my complex with artificial grass and a large play area. I keep my house completely clear of any hazards due to my curious and playful shih tzu! I have multiple playpens on hand for your dog to have its own space at nap time or bedtime (although I am always happy to have the dog sleep in bed with me, if preferred!) I strive to make each fur baby feel as loved as possible!

Starting with helping to take care of the family black lab from puppyhood through to old age, I moved on to petsitting for neighbors and friends who had dogs ranging from chihuahua to bull mastiff and everything in between. The safety and wellbeing of your dog is my number one priority, along with making sure that they get the fun and exercise they need daily. I treat every dog I meet the same way I would want a member of my family treated: with love and respect. In addition to dogs and cats, I also have experience with small mammals, fish, and reptiles so if you have any animals beyond your larger furry friends, I will likely be able to care for them as well. Despite working full-time, I still have plenty of flexibility to care for your animals. With working a regular and dependable M-F schedule, I have early mornings and evenings free every day and, location-dependent, can make midday lunchtime visits as well. You can feel comfortable knowing that your friend is never lonely and I always make up for longer time between visits with love and cuddles. In your home, I strive to keep your dog's routine as close as possible to what they are used to. With the anxiety they may feel not having you around, keeping what is comfortable and familiar is something I strive for to reduce some of that potential anxiety. In addition to keeping any existing routine, I love to take long walks, or whatever the dog can handle, as well as some at-home play. I also make it a point to always keep your home how you left it and clean up as needed.
