About: Hello there! I have a degree in Psychology and professionally trained at a company in Richmond, VA for 4 years, including running their Day Training Program. I have been training dogs and dog-sitting for 10 years. My mom and I ran a rescue for senior dogs so I have experience with all ages. I have extensive experience with fearful, reactive, and/or special needs dogs. I use positive reinforcement and am very calm, cool, and collected. I have cared for dogs with diabetes, dogs that need oral medication, and dogs who are very high energy. I am very active and love to be on the go, and I love to hike the trails with pups! I am also good to relax and hang out with the senior babies. Thank you for your time and I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby! I run my own business and have a very flexible schedule to meet your family’s needs. I am able to meet last-minute changes and special accommodations. I have a large SUV for outings and come equipped with all kinds of safety needs: extra leashes, collars, harnesses, water, and poop bags! I can also crate your dog in my car if necessary.

I have several small dogs, I am with them and care for them daily with lots of Tender Love and care!! Time for you to take that vacation without worrying about your babies!! I am able to come to your home to care for your pets and offer time and drops ins and some quality time and walks to hang out with your fur babies!!

“Kathleen was wonderful! We contacted her somewhat last minute and she was so accommodating. Very communicative and responsive. She sent us regular updates including photos of our critters and updates on how everyone was looking and behaving. The cats seemed to quickly warm up to her. She also took care of packages and things around the house. I would highly recommend Kathleen for your critters. We would absolutely book with her again.”

About: I grew up with all kinds of animals and I am willing do to whatever it takes to make them happy, comfortable, and cared for. I work full time as a residential cleaner, starting at 9 am and end times vary depending on how many houses I need to clean. I dont have any dogs. Not since I moved out. I watch a beautiful hound when his parents need time away. My parents have two beautiful well taken care of Rottweilers. I have five cats. I feed them good quality food and occasionally do raw food diet when I can afford it. I play with them when I can and they are inside cats.

About: I am passionate about connecting with animals, people, new places on the Earth! I've been housesitting, farming and studying herbalism and health coaching for over 15 years, and I am a verified/vetted 5-star sitter on another international pet-sitting site. I have also worked as a trained naturalist/wildlife guide and vet tech, and have extensive training in the biology, care, track and sign of mammals. Housesitting/animal care has offered me a wonderful opportunity to include animals in my life now that my own two Aussies have passed. I love meeting and getting to know your lovable pets! I love to be healthy and don't smoke anything :) I work mostly online through my wellness & health coaching website. Therefore, it's easy for me to incorporate pet-walking and housesitting into my schedule, offering lots of attention, love, and exercise/activity to meet the needs of your pets. From caring for domestic pets (dogs, cats, fish, guinea pigs, mice) to farm animals (chickens, ducks, goats, sheep, horses), I love to create safe and loving environments for the animals and to foster trusting relationships with them. Many of my housesitting experiences have been longterm and return clients, with some assignments lasting up to a year. Often they have included garden and farm maintenance (paid). I pride myself on leaving a home as tidy as I found it (often even more sparkly :)

About: I have always had at least one dog in my family for my entire life, and I wouldn’t want it any other way. I recently moved here by myself and am missing my pups. I’m looking to give all of my pent up puppy love to the dogs in the neighborhood! I work 5 days a week from 7am-4pm, typically with Monday and Tuesdays off, plenty of time for an evening walk and dinner any day of the week! Mondays and Tuesdays are free all day! I want your dog(s) to be the main focus of my time while I’m with them, as this is the only time I can satisfy the dog lover in me. There is no dog too big or too small- I have taken care of labs, boxers, bulldogs, poodles, dobermans, shiba inus, pugs, chihuahuas, and I hope to keep adding to the list! Back home, my family and I currently care for a three legged boxer and a sassy shiba inu

“Katlyn took great care of our pup! Used solid discretion when needed, and did exactly what we asked of her! We’re very grateful to have her here in the gorge and as a neighbor. Thanks again for your help!!!”

Robin J.
“Robin is an excellent pet sitter! She helped me with my kitty, Paz. He’s an energetic, sometimes precocious boy and Robin did an excellent job of giving him attentive, loving care. She sent regular updates and daily pictures, which made me feel at ease. When I arrived home, Paz was relaxed and happy to see me. I highly recommend Robin to anyone looking for a dependable and kind pet sitter.”
